Be skeptical: I bought a package for 3 oil changes from WagJag. On my final oil change (July 2014) I was told my brakes were down to 3mm, would begin screeching within the month, and needed to be replaced; I opted to wait. 2.5 months later (Oct 2014) I took my car to the dealer for a unrelated diagnosis and had them check the breaks at the same time. They reported the front breaks at 40% and rear breaks at 60%, and suggested I get them reassessed after 10k-15k more km.

Despite Beverly Tire being hugely busy with tire changeovers, I was able to bring two tires in to resolve a leaking at the rim problem resolved. The guys at the service were great.

My initial interaction with Beverly Tire & Auto at Wentworth was good. I needed the brakes done on my vehicle. I asked if they could give me a quote on how much it would be to change rotors and pads all around. I was told that it would be around $600 -$650 depending on what needed doing. i asked what would make the quote more expensive, and was told that if calipers were needed it would be around an additional $100 for each. The next step they said was to bring the vehicle in so that they could confirm the quote. This is were things start to go bad. I got a call saying bad news, I needed rotors and pads all around (which is what I originally asked for) and that the calipers on the back needed replacing and it would be $1700 + tax. Now even if you add on the calipers, the actual quote was double what I was told. I declined the work and went to pick up the vehicle where i was given a bill for $37.97 for then to look at it to give me the quote that was twice what was stated over the phone. I can't say how good the work that this place does is as I did not have anything done. I would not go back here or recommend it due to my experience. I should also like to point out at no time was I told there would be a charge for doing the quote.

REMARKABLE SERVICE & PEOPLE. It is always wonderful to be pleasantly surprised by remarkable service. A few months back I required an emergency tire repair as the family were waiting anxiously to go camping – I literally phoned 9 different tire repair services in the area explaining my emergency … I heard 9 different reasons why they couldn’t accommodate my desperate need. Upon connecting with Shayne at Beverly Tire & Auto I heard that they were also fully booked; at capacity and my tire-size was not in stock. But instead of using these reasons as excuses, Shayne and the remarkable team at Beverly Tire & Auto turned the ‘impossible’ into an opportunity to delight my family … within 30 minutes they had not only sourced my tires but also had them installed. Remarkable! I have used their service 3 times since that fateful day ... and feel like a valued and appreciated customer every time. These guys are world-class.

I've trusted these guys for years and through 4 cars. Last two trips (with 2 different vehicles) for tire issues reslulted in continuous problems that should have been fixed properly the first time. My most recent trip, cost me $3000. Two weeks later I needed new front tires because the "work" done on the front end was probably not done correctly, and i was chewing up the tires. Needless to say that I have since stopped recommending these guys. Which I have been doig for years.

Staff are always super friendly and want to go above and beyond for customers. I planned to drop my car off and pick it up after work but they got the change done in an hour for me any way when I asked if it was possible. Bob, Shane and co. are all very trustworthy and just generally good guys. I'm a pretty ignorant car owner and they've always patiently explained things to me. Highly recommend!

This week, I had the most pleasant customer service experience that I can remember. My elderly mother had issues with her car last week and had it serviced. As a result of the car being 20 years old, other issues came up. Rather than simply let my mother throw money into their pocket, they instead worked with her and educated her that the car’s value does not justify the expenses incurred. When she brought the car back for a follow up, they discovered even more problems and did the work to repair it for FREE! I’m not talking about adjusting something here. They removed and replaced brake lines on the front end of the car because they were rusted badly and showing signs of potential leakage - as a goodwill gesture. Talk about showing compassion over dollars. I was and still am very impressed and grateful. In this day and age with people taking advantage at every given chance, it is very refreshing to know that there are still business owners out there that have pride in what they do and, put customers well being ahead of personal gain.. Thanks Bob, Shane and their rest of the staff.... Highly recommend this specific Beverly Tire shop! Mike

I came in for a slow leak in my newly installed tire. They inspected it and discovered that the original installer hadn't pulled the air valve through the insertion site properly. They repaired it for me but didn't charge me a cent!! Very kind and I will come back here for future needs!

i had my mazda 3 aligned here a few months ago as i had my wheel bearing and stabilizer replaced by another shop and was adviced to have wheel alignment done but they dont have it as my car is leaning on the left badly. so i went to beverly for the 1st time and their service was very good. my car drove a lot better but slightly going on the left still on highways. went back again to correct it and voila, they aligned it again with no extra charge and now my car is very fun to drive again! :) so this prompted me to make a review. i highly recommend beverly upper wentworth especially for alignment and for their customer service. i will be back not just for alignment but for future maintenance. thanks guys! ????

I've been to this location on a few occasions and as a very picky person I'm glad to say they haven't disappointed other than not being open on a Saturday. Recently they took me in w no apntmt after dropping in right away after yet another shop couldn't affirm an appointment. I was given a "loaner" car immediately leaving my truck and within a day had my truck back with great communication as to what was done and immediately knew they found the problem with some tuning instead of a huge bill when other shops claimed it was the intake gaskets. Ashley at the desk made it seamless to deal with and look fwd to bringing them business in the future. 5 Stars ????

This place USED to be my go-to, with amazing friendly staff and excellent value. Since they changed management recently, it's hard to get appointments in a timely fashion, there is no flexibility, you're expected to come first thing in the morning and leave your car for hours rather than making an actual appointment, and the front desk staff are curt, dismissive and absolutely do not work to help you the way the former staff did. It's like night and day. Super disappointing.

A few months ago my wife and I were passing through Canada in our way to Chicago, little wine country detour, when our car popped out of gear on the highway and completely failed us. Fortunately, we were close enough to the nearest exit. We got off the highway and miraculously found Beverly Tire and Auto. They were fantastic and took care of us. We ended up having to spend the night and they took car of our packed car by locking it in the garage. They even gave us a loaner. They addressed the problem and got us safely back home to Chicago. These wonderful people will treat you right!
