I grew up in a family where we all took the bus (public transit) to get anywhere: school, work, grocery shopping, you get the idea - since I got my first vehicle some years ago I have always been happy with the service at Beverly Tire on Barton. I have no worries about the work being done to my vehicle as they don’t proceed with any repair without informing you first, so I never feel that I am out of the loop about my vehicle; the staff are honest, well knowledgeable and has patience with all questions (which in my case has been a lot since I wasn’t raised in a family with access to a vehicle I didn’t know much about vehicles but the staff at Beverly Tires are super nice and apportionable, especial Nick, where I feel comfortable and able to ask any question about my vehicle that are new to me from how do I check what my oil level is at too my car is turned off but all the lights are flashing and the horn is blaring what is going on (turns out I just accidentally hit the panic button on my key ring when I exited that vehicle all I had to do was push it again to make it stop) (-_-) I highly recommend this location Beverly Tires to everyone.

Wow, what excellent service! I came here because of a voucher I purchased online. The voucher was a great deal, and conveniently the garage was close to where I live. They were open on Saturdays and able to squeeze me in even though I called on Friday. The garage was easy to get to and the parking lot was easy to access. I dropped off my keys and went across the street to browse while they changed my oil. They also rotated my tires and told me about the wear on them. They even sprayed down my car! It was great. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely return.

Only after all that time (1.25 hrs) did they discover that they didn't actually have in stock the synthetic oil that I requested when I arrived. For that oversight, they "gifted" me with a complimentary top up of washer fluid (which is standard practice at kiosk lube operations), and told me I would need to wait another 20 min.. A half-hour later, I was asked to settle up. The oil change that would have cost me no more than $85 - 90 at Jiffy Lube, cost me over $100 at Beverly Tire. But they did give me a key fob with one hole punched in it. Once I had returned for four more (overpriced) oil changes, I would get $40 off the fifth. I left the fob on the coffee table in the waiting area.

The people working here are great. Nick, the manager, and Paul, one of the mechanics, are really honest. They keep you updated about the work, they explain anything you don't understand, they give you different options, and they really do try to help you out wherever possible. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I experienced a catastrophic failure with my 2012 Chevy 5.3L V8. After speaking to Nick and his staff, we decided to start on the repair. The repair was going to be longer than normal, so Nick gave me a loaner car to use for the duration of work. Nick and his staff kept me up to date on the repair, and Nick filed all of the paper work and documentation with the warranty company. Nick and his staff were nothing but helpful and professional during this time. When the repair was finished, my truck was washed and detailed when I went to pick it up. I can't say enough good things about the management and staff of this shop.

Nick's commitment to his customers is second to none. He consistently helps me, and my LemonMobile, even when I can tell it's inconvenient. He's assuring, and it's clear safety is his primary concern. If I had children, I would insist their vehicles come here for work/maintenance. All fake smiles . I went in today to get my tired plugged due to the screw that was in it just for them to tell me that i needed $1500 in repairs ( new front tires , new ball joints and new control rods) so i said screw that and took that car to my Grandfather who is a DIESEL MECHANIC . He told me i need none of what they told me (besides the front right ball joint which is pretty messed up) and to top it all off THEY DIDN'T EVEN PLUG THE TIRE!! THEY JUST PULLED THE SCREW OUT LOL CHARGED ME 42.75 FOR THE REMOVAL OF A 1/4 INCH SCREW THAT THEY PROBABLY TOOK OUT BY HAND . Please save your money and get a second opinion before being ripped off .

Just another update, recently had an issue with my ford edge, called the shop told them my car was barely running and I needed to bring it in ASAP but needed to go home first to pick up a second car to get home. Immediately they told me to come directly in and they provided me with a courtesy car. They diagnosed my car the next day with no surprises and reasonable pricing. They did note a safety concern with tie rods and they were spot on, I'm lucky I took it in when I did as it would have been much more costly if i let go, as well as a posable accident. These guys don't due unnecessary work and will only advise where there is a safety concern. I highly recommend them. A special thanks to Paul , Marvin, and Nick who made a tense experience very comforting. These guys are top notch and an asset. Thanks again for a great experience. Mike Vasey

The guys at Beverly Tire are super knowledgeable and honest. My dealership tried swindling me for about $500 worth of work and I declined because the problems they were saying my car had didn’t make sense for a car that was a year old. I took it to Beverly Tire and the guys there looked it over and assured me it was fine. They didn’t just tell me it was fine- they explained why it was fine and helped me understand what I’d be looking for if there were problems. My whole family goes there and we all recommend it.

From Toronto, on the way to St. Catherine's for an appointment, when we got a flat. Went first to Canadian Tire across the street. We were told we would have at least 1 hour wait. It was 9:30 am. We had an appointment in St. Catherines at 11. So we went elsewhere, which turned out to be Beverly Tire on Barton. This was a lucky break. The service was first class!! We were taken in within a few minutes. We received a detail explanation of what their procedures. They would examine the tire to see if it could safely be repaired first, if not then we would discuss replacement. In our case they found a nail, the puncture was repaired and we were on our way. The fee was very reasonable. We were on time for our appointment. Must be the best tire and auto ever!

Great advice and service. Bought tires during a recent promotion, even before the deal the price would have been worth the experience. Also had all four tire pressure sensors changed, and what a good thing, I was getting close to a possible blow out. The techs and service Manager kept all the old parts to show me and explain the risk had I not have changed them. Look forward to visiting to free balancing and rotating and many other services.
