They are by far... the best, most professional and honest automotive service company I have ever encountered. My Hyundai needed new brakes so I took it to the dealership first. They wanted to charge me over $900 for various things. I took the car over to Speedy and they said most of what Hyundai quoted me was unnecessary. It was such a relief because I rarely drive and didn’t need this cash drain. It ended up costing me just over $200 instead and service was quick, friendy and easy. Definitely recommended. It’s a bit messy and disorganized looking in the office but don’t let that put you off, they do good work.

The guy at the reception Clayton was soooo rude with me as well as seen him doing that with other customers, the mechanics at the shop good and helpful. I toke an appointment 2 weeks ago, and today he said your car will take 2 hrs and half, and we are busy today, why I toke an appointment in the first place, and then he start talking nonsense about my car muffler saying that this is what happened when you bring stuff from US, the guy has no idea of what he is saying, the muffler made in Canada. He didn't bother himself to ask me to come back later.

Drove the car home and was hearing a grinding sound coming from my rear drum brake the whole time. I assumed they overtightened it which is no big deal. Next day, I took the drum drake apart to make some adjustments myself, only to realize that the grinding sound wasn't from the brake pad, but rather a metal piece that wasn't even installed properly. The piece of metal was scraping on the wheel hub the whole time and even became thinner. If I didn't check this myself, the damage would have been catastrophic down the line.

I had a brake repair service performed on my CRV today at Speedy in Bedford. I was given a quote to replace pads and rotors front and back, however, when the experts at Speedy test drove and examined the braking system they determined that the front rotors did not need to be replaced and only required a minor servicing. I was informed of this and given the option of replacing the rotors or have the professionals service the existing rotors, of course I chose the lesser expensive option with a guarantee that if there was a problem Speedy would replace them with no extra cost. The professionals at Speedy worked their magic and I left with excellent brakes at a cost of $234 less than the original quote which was much less than either of the other two quotes I got from local brake repair places. I am very pleased with the professional, prompt service that was performed knowledgeable technicians at an excellent cost. I would not hesitate to go to Speedy Auto Repair in Bedford for future repairs. Thanks Guys.

As an international worker and have just lived in Halifax for just a yr, I have no clue where can I bring my car to fix some issues. So I asked one of my co-worker at work if she knows a good garage that she recommends and she brought me at this place. She is absolutely right on how incredible this place is. They would not rip your money off and give the best car service ever in Canada. I went here to check why my engine light is on and my remote start won't work. Right after few minutes (amazingly faaaast!!!), the guy gave me my keys and said the problem was only my gas cap which is not closed properly and pooof he didn't even charge even a single dime for that service he made for me! Yes you read it right! No charged at aaaaall! I would definitely come back to this place if anything happened to my car again and would definitely RECOMMEND this place to everyone!

Okay, have been going here for 15 years, there are many reasons. They are straight up honest in an industry that is not always known for that. They are very good at what they do, friendly and simply good people. Today I needed a headlight replaced on my Ford Fusion, the dealer quoted me 2 hours labour (at least) at $105/hour. Took it to Speedy, they replaced it in 15 minutes and at the end when I went to pay.......they said "you are good". No charge!!!!!! That is just one reason why I will never go anywhere else. These guys have literally saved me thousands over the years. STOP GETTING RIPPED OFF, take your car here and relax.

The staff also ignored the covid 19 regulations as they all walked around without masks on and came within 6 feet of customers. Will not be taking my car back to Speedy Auto.
