I've been dealing with them for years, exceptional work and highly focused on customer service as evidenced yesterday when I drove over a screw on the Bedford highway and stopped in to see if they could fix it, though the tire was not fixable and in this case the vehicle was just purchased so the tires were not even purchased through them they quickly got my spare on for me and quickly got me back on the road at no cost. Thanks again and I'll see you again once these Michelin's wear out.

I’ve bought tires here many times over the years, Sean is always great as is all the staff. Had to go in there today due to a flat from driving over a nail, late on Friday afternoon. Got me in right away, fixed tire as good as new, and didn’t charge me anything (a free flats promo going on, which I didn’t even know about beforehand). The difference between here and Colonial Honda is night and day (can't speak of other dealerships). Friendly and excellent service. It's easy to get an appointment and they're actually ready for your car at the appointment time and get it back to you quickly. Prices are reasonable too. I noticed a nail on my tires yesterday morning. I called about 15 different tire shops around Halifax and Dartmouth. Scotia tire was the only one who sounded genuinely empathetic and really tried to help me. The two ladies who spoke with me were very warm and friendly, they didn’t have an appointment available but they squeezed me in and I got my tire fixed. I only waited an hour. For someone who doesn’t have an appointment that’s a very short wait time. The guy that fixed my car was absolutely pleasant to deal with as well! Thanks Scotia Tire for an outstanding service!

Went to have tires replaced. They tried to put on a smaller size than what I asked for, I just happened to catch them because they jack the car outside to put on the tires. Then tried to give me a hard time about the tires would not pass safety inspection. I felted this was very deceitful not doing what I requested. Not to forget the office was so dirty, I didn't want to step on the floors. Never will go back. Can't believe all the reviews posted on line.

I have visited them last week fir tire and oil change. Although it was busy, but they provided a good service, just you need to wait an bit longer than you expected. Their price are not too bad, but not cheap as well. They do their job professionally and their waiting g room is clean and have a good sofas there. Moreover if you need a washroom, there is a clean washroom there, but the washroom door lo Kee doesn't work properly. I recommend that place until my second visit to reevaluate them again in order increase the rating to 5 starts or 3 stars.

These guys are great! Every time I've been in I have been super impressed with their friendly honest approach. I was in this morning and had one guy immediately jack up my van, another take the tire in for repair while a third handled things at the front desk all while I waited (less than 10 minutes). All three were easy to chat with and acted like they genuinely wanted my experience to be easy and pleasant. After many not so great experiences with some other places, I would recommend this place to anyone. I bought winter tires here last fall and am very impressed with the advice, service, and tires. I think I'm going to start bringing my van back here for MVIs as well.

Honest and friendly staff who care about the customer. My grandparents, parents, Wife, and I have come here for years to get tires, maintenance, and basic repairs done. They don't tend to do large or extensive repair work, but ask them and they will let you know, and probably let you know a place you can go if they don't do it.

Came in with metal in my tire. They quickly checked it and deemed it not fixable. They looked out back and found a used tire that was close to the original and popped it on. Went to pay and they said there was no charge. I couldn’t believe it. I offered to buy them all coffee but they wouldn’t hear of it. These guys could have literally committed highway robbery on me but instead they hooked me up! Whole ordeal took 15 minutes and cost nothing. Will definitely be going back there for all my tire needs from now on.

This place is awesome! I found out two of my winter tires were no longer any good, so I called Scotia Tire and they were able to order the specific brand and size I needed right away. The tires were available for pickup the following morning! The people are extremely friendly as well. When I went to pick up the tires, the lady at the desk and a man helping me carry the tires came and pet my dog who had tagged along with me – so sweet! I visited Scotia tire today to get my tire and rim repaired after hitting a pot hole on the highway. Upon arriving, they were so welcoming and took me in right away! Within about 10 minutes they had repaired my tire! I am very impressed with the service and I am definately coming back when I need new tires in the spring. I give my experience a 5+ stars

I had an incredible and wonderful experience. I really needed a new tire and the staff was very helpful. They got me a new tire from their warehouse in Dartmouth even though it was almost time to close shop. They managed to get me in and out in less than an hour. Also the lady (sorry dont know her name) was very friendly to my son. She even offered him to take home with him a box of Timbits. Of course an offer he could not refuse.

Scotiatire saved my life yesterday !! I completely blew my tire out on the MacKay bridge and made it panicking to the first parking lot I could find which happened to be the one across from their shop. I was stressing out hard cause I would be late for a very important day. I recently noticed that one of the valve stems on one of our cars was leaking. In addition to that, our second car sat for a while and developed a slow leak in all four tires. I was able to book both cars into Scotia Tire on the Bedford highway quickly and as of the time of writing this review, they are offering free flat tires repairs to help people out during these tough times. What a great gesture! This is just one example of why I’m happy to bring my car to Scotia Tire on the Bedford Highway. The customer service is always honest and friendly and I’ve never had any issues with the work (oil changes, tire repairs and tire changes in my case). I have several family members who also trust their work to keep them safe on the road - they keep at least 7 cars safe for our family. Shawn and the crew at Scotia Tire have been great to deal with for years now and I will happily continue bringing our cars in (a feeling not often associated with automotive service centres in my opinion).

One of my tires was low. A few of the guys came out to look and told me to go into reception area. Chatted with a very nice lady, she said no problem, they would fix it. But they checked all tires, in record time, removed them and said they needed resealing and said to come back they would do it for free. Wow! I was stunned. Going for my first MVI with them. I am hoping for another great experience.
