A good friend at work recommended Yvonne's. My driver's side tire was badly cracked; despite spending over 100 dollars on Fix a Flat and tire inflation, I continued to get a "check tire pressure" light on the dashboard. Yvonne's got my car up and running on short notice. What's more, its staff were friendly and honest - customer service plus. Why spend full price on tires and service? Give this place a try.

Not helpful at all. Was searching for a specific tire size and rim. The guy was trying to push a different size that wouldn't fit my car and I didn't want them. Then he basically ended the conversation. Way to lose business. Ill never shop here. Way to lose a $1000 sale.

Amazing place, called to ask for a tire balancing quote and was greeting by someone kind on the phone that asked me a series of question to insure I even needed the service. He suspected it was either ice or snow build up and even took the time to explain why he thought I didn't need the service done. I even explained how I went driving in deep snow and thought I lost a weight since one of my wheel's didn't have any. (he then explained how all wheel's didn't always need weight's) Due to warmer weather and a bit of driving, glad to say the problem went away. Honesty is often taken for granted. I will be coming here from now on. Great service, thanks.

Just got a set of used tires put on my car at Yvonne's today. They were very helpful at providing information about tire options for my car and did not try to pressure a purchase. The service was fast and they seemed like a very trustworthy tire shop. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Excellent friendly, honest service and fair prices. For what it's worth people can complain about the waiting room being to small or whatever but my true concern is on the service they do to my car. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and upfront to me and the other couple of customers I saw come in while I was waiting, I honestly believe any of these negative reviews were perhaps a result of demanding rude customers, not the shop owner as I did not witness anything of the sort.

Not a great experience. Owner has an annoying/sarcastic/rude way of talking to customers and makes people uncomfortable. Waiting room is incredibly small and crowded. Doesn't make appointments. I'll try another place to get my summer tires in the spring. Price wasn't much better than getting them online and shipped to my house. I had to go there 3 times to buy and get them installed which was included in the price.

Best Garage I have been to. The staff (especially the guy who handles the customers) is great. Very friendly and no misleading information. I was on a time limit when I went in and they accommodated me with no questions asked. The prices are the best in town. Clean, efficient friendly. Some years ago I went there to get my Falkens mounted onto my wheels. They did that and then put them on the car. I paid drove away and right away my steering wheel almost pulled me into a curb. I drove back and very friendly and politely said "hey it's pulling to the right" he responded with "so what". My blood started boiling but I kept calm and said is there something you can check. He said you need a alignment and I asked if he could do that he said no. He checked tire pressure and then I drove to Canadian tire and they aligned it. At this time I was still learning about cars. To let a customer drive away like that is disgusting and you should be ashamed. When winter came my friend was helping me to swap over to my winters and we literally couldn't get them off. We had a huge breaker bar on the nut and it wouldn't budge. He was afraid of snapping them so we let it go and I made it through winter. I later found out that all my studs had been damaged which could be previous owner but I doubt it. Yvonnes most likely stripped them to hell. How you people have any positive reviews is beyond me. I should of opened up a shop and ran you fools out of town.

Just about the friendliest, no-bs and no up-sale service I have ever gotten in a tire place. Got straight to the point, had a quote to me within a minute, all taxes and work in, and then proceeded to lower it when they had looked at the tires and said I didn't need 4, just 2. You bet your life I will come back here. In and out in 30 minutes, tires mounted.

I was having a miserable 24 hours. Huge hole in my tire on my vw. Purchased a new tire from an old connection and had arranged to take the wheel off, take it to Cambridge for a quick swap. Took off the first 4 lug nuts no problem, fifth one.....completely stripped. Was not coming off at all. Neighbour recommended to take it to Yvonnes and see if they could help. Was able to drive it there (just down the road from me) before running completely flat. Showed up unnannounced, they pulled in my car immediately and had the lug nut off within 5 minutes, they refused to charge me anything. If you're looking for honest, respectful, or just down right good people to work on your vehicle, don't look anywhere else but here. Huge shoutout to the guy at Yvonnes. You guys turned my day around. THANK YOU!!!!! 6 Stars if possible.

Expertly mounted and balanced (as always). The only place I trust to properly mount and balance tires using the correct tire mounting lubricant (not soap and water like the bargain places). A tire mounting technician also has the skills to properly dress the wheel, to insure all the air does not leak out. (Most part-time guys @ the local super stores do not know how to do this).

Excellent service! The guys at Yvonne's tire are excellent. Whenever I have brought my car in to get tire's changed, we are in and out within 10 minutes. I bought my winter tires off them, very reasonably priced. Everything is so reasonable and they spend the time to show you all of your options. Most recently, i had a nail in my tire and Chris got me in and out, the same day, to put the plug in the tire and off i went for only $20.

This place is horrible, tells me I ordered the wroung tires and then takes 2 hour to install them, now they won't replace them with right size tire, I wouldn't bother going here if u have streched tires or if your gonna order go in so u make sure u get the right size and arnt told u ordered 65s when u no you said 55s after looking for 2 days and even keeping your word on going in to buy them the following Monday. This place has horrible customer service and shouldn't be in business, buying stolen tires all the time and selling them to people used .

I've always been happy with the service Yvonne's has given me. I had winter tires put on my Kicks and didnt love how they felt in the snow. Chris was wonderful he told me I need to feel comfortable with my tires . They changed them out and I love how they drive. Great place for tires! I worked in the tire industry all through high school, college and a bit beyond (15 years). I tried to take something here and all this guy tried to do is up sell me something that I did not need or ask for, buyer beware. Also to add to it, the simple task I asked from them, they damaged my rim while doing it. This place is not professional and would not advise bringing anything to them. I should have realized they were a hack when on the busiest time of year they had approximately 4 cars to work on (others would have 30+).

Referred to Yvonne's after being told I had a nail in my tire close to puncture. They had a good set up relating to COVID-19. More impressively, after noting it was a better case scenario than thought, they were able to clear the problem and get me back on the road in under 15 minutes. They wouldn't charge me, even when I asked a second time. Hard to find honest personal service in the auto industry, and I'll be sure to remember it when I need more work. Thanks guys.

Fantastic service. The person running the front of the house was very approachable and willing to quote multiple tire options without pressuring me to buy the most expensive tires. I did end up going with used tires and the prices were great. Very reasonable rate to put tires on my rims. One suggestion that would take a few extra minutes of their time would be to put the spare tire back where it belongs. Thanks again for the great experience.

Went to Yvonne's for the first time this week. Great service! No pressure, even though they didn't necessarily agree with what I was doing(different rims on the front and the back for my snows-removes the ability to rotate tires next season) they explained why they considered it an issue, but never pushed to change the back rims. Said I should do it next year. Will definitely be returning. They are also fast - 1 day turnaround and about 20 min to put the tires on. Chris was great!
