These guys are awesome. Always 100% honest in what they do and never try to make you pay for unnecessary things. When I was in for my last oil change, not only did they change my oil, but they also take care of other small things free of charge; they filled my tires up as well. During that oil change, another gentleman came in for his. His headlight was out and they fixed it for him free of charge. It just needed to be plugged back in, but still awesome to see the little things done. I would highly recommend these guys. Quick, truthful, and quality work!

I was in a pinch on sunday when my thermostat went and reservoir cap popped from heat there was steam and coolant like crazy everywhere! I live in hamilton and was dropping my son off in guelph. These guys were the only ones open and quickly got the part and replaced my blown thermostat. They saved my day and for that I am grateful. Thanks guys!

Advice: Sunday, Do not go in morning. You'll be waiting. 10:00 open!? "Forgot the key" he says. Apparently the 'owner' believes he can show up 25 minutes after opening. All the while his young employee awaits in his vehicle outside too! After the service he expects full $$$!!!! Really!????? My time is less important than his obviously. Nice role model!!!! By end, he then claims "he was late due to the accident...." Liar!

Excellent service and Attention to detail. Fist, the Tech asked "why I want a Transmission Oil Change On a vehicle with 79,000kms? Informed, it's after a Transmission and Gear Box recall by Hyundai. Later, the Technician(Danny) showed the amount of Metal Shards on the Magnetic Plug caused by the Transmission failure problems in the suv. Usually, a Lube Express place would not ask questions as " why you want an oil change on a brand new vehicle" if the Technicians don't care about the condition of the Vehicle. Overall very...very...satified with the service and the questions asked before the service( as they shouldn't quest, just change Oil and run the register)...right? The Tech. Danny knows the mechanical functions as of the inquisitive questions!!! Good for them. Thank You again, Mobil1 Staff for asking the inquisitive questions as it show you care about my vehicle. I will drive 50kms to this location without regret for all my vehicle's Oil changes as they use Mob1 genuinely.

I can't say enough great things about the people at Guelph Lube and Tire. We have been using them for about 5 years and every time we have gone in they have been terrific. If there is an inexpensive fix they will always offer that as an option first. They are very professional and accommodating. They know their stuff but have never tried to upsell or push things on me we didn't need. If you are looking for a reliable honest place to take your car this is it.

They Tried the old Differential oil is bad trick The only opened the drain plug, never intended to check the level in the first place. Got the car home and then check the level and it was low Not impressed, Also for 7.99 for an extra litre of bulk oil so 37.99 is actually 45.98 No wonder they had no lineups AVOID

New Ownership - The Express Check on Speedvale was just taken over by Mobil 1 Lube Express, so the "Express Check" brand no longer applies here. I went in here for my Drive Clean Emissions test and it really did take only about 8 minutes. Very fast, no hassles. They have a free Keurig machine and pods in the office. New Business Hours: M-F 8AM-7PM. SAT 8AM-5PM. SUN 10AM-5PM.

An experienced careless employee did $8000.00 body damage to a brand new truck in less than an hour. Dany the owner told me I am going to need a lawyer and a lawsuit, because after first admitting fault, he changed his mind and left his integrity, accountability and morals at home. Keep your vehicle as far away from this place as possible if you care about it, because they don't! I bought a brand new 2018 GMC Sierra and I only use luxury premium touchless automatic washes so as to not scratch my paint. Oct 24, 2018 I had my truck washed then went a few blocks home and carefully waxed my truck with a high end wax to protect the paint with winter just around the corner, I had my nose just inches from every square inch of my truck once to wax-on and again to wax-off. I have all the right gear, I bought a hand held automotive air dryer, a pack of cotton towels for the couple little water drops left here and there, a pack of micro fibre towels so I can grab a new one every few panels, THIS TRUCK GETS BABIED! I don't speed, I don't brake hard, I don't accelerate hard, I don't corner hard, the engine has only ever been over 3000RPM a handful of times. Well after I waxed this beautiful brand new truck I took it straight to Mobil 1 Lube Express to have it PROTECTED by oil spraying. Their most experienced oil spray guy that has been doing it for around 8 years DESTROYED my truck. Their hoses that hang from the ceiling for the oil gun and pressure washer were covered in thick oil and GRAVEL from some previous vehicle and dragged up and down both sides of my truck (2 fenders, 4 doors and both sides of my box). I called David that afternoon when I had noticed scratches everywhere. I arranged to bring the truck back the next morning to show them. When I arrived David had already arranged for Speedvale Auto detailing to buff the truck at their expense. The main buffer at Speedvale sent me to their new second location to show the damage to the 2 owners. Cong and Fergus broke the bad news to me that the scratches were too deep through the clear coat into the paint and the clear coat would need to be sanded off and resprayed by a body shop, now Bennetts GM dealership that I bought the truck from has quoted me $8000.00 to repaint over 80% of a brand new truck that is only a matter of months old. I get that accidents happen and when Mobil 1 was willing to take care of the damages, I was open minded to looking into a more cost effective way to repair the truck, but even still Dany revoked, now all I can do is to file a lawsuit and go after the full amount from this dishonest business. These guys spray a LOT of vehicles, so chances are if you had your vehicle oil sprayed here or know somebody that did or you purchased a new vehicle from the area, chances are the same could have happened to you, I advise you take a look. Oh did I mention the paint chip on my tailgate that is 1/4" long that was not there that morning and had no sign of wax in it? These guys are barbaric and don't know how to treat a vehicle. They are certainly nice and friendly, I will give credit where it is due, but I can not say much about the actual oil spray job under the truck. I crawled down there and they missed lots of spots. I went to TSC to buy 4 tall cans of Rust Check to apply to the insides of my frame that were missed and lots of cracks and crevices that the "professional" couldn't be bothered to treat. Logic says that is where salt will sit the most. These guys don't care about you or how hard you work to pay for your car, they don't care about protecting it, no attention to detail, no pride in their work. You are better off to take your car else where, other shops have competitive pricing and even if it cost you $5 more somewhere else, you are still better off than what I am going through.

Don't go to this place. I went there and all I wanted was to get safety certificate to change my ownership under my name. They pointed my caliper that wasnt necesary to replace. I had no issue at all driving 7 years. So instead of $90 that I wanted to spend, came out to be $378 total. I'm very unhappy and not satisfy service at all.

AMAZING!!! I needed an oil change for a great price, decided to do some research and found " Mobil 1 Lube Express " and all I'm glad I did! I went for an oil change, and I got an oil change, as soon as I arrived I was greeted by my car and the very friendly manager took my car up, Sat down had some coffee, these people were very friendly, honest and polite! I had an amazing experience for once when getting an oil change! They also fixed my washer fluid tank that had a hole at no charge! I will definitely come back for future services, and would highly recommend anybody to visit this company! Great people, great staff, great environment, great prices, great company.

They showed me dirty oil, and they claimed that it is from my manual transmission, and that it needed to be replaced. Got the transmission oil changed at a different shop at a later date, and was told that my transmission oil was clean, and did not to be replaced. People beware.

Came here for an oil change multiple times. Every time there's an issue. Whether it's losing the dipstick to my moms car or leaving oily handprints on the paint of your car or even just tightening the drain plug so tight that I have to take it to another shop just to get it removed.
