Awesome people and place! Popped a tire 200km away on a Sunday, drove on my donut tire to Grand Prairie. Showed up at their shop first thing on Monday and they got me set up with 2 new tires in less than 45 min. I chose this place after numerous great reviews and they were the only tire place that opened earlier than 8. Scheduled to drive 1100km that day and needed to hit the road ASAP. They also had me stop at their sister-shop in Hyth (which was on my way) for a retorque. Really friendly and prompt there as well! Thanks so much you guys!!!

A stranger recommended this place when they heard I had discovered a gash on my tire. I was from out of town and didn't know any of the places and I am so glad I listened to their recommendation. I went in right after talking to them and the people were friendly, informative, and just great to deal with. They gave me my options and I had a replacement tire and was back on my way within the hour. No surprise costs, no gotchas, they gave me the honest cost up front. Absolutely highly recommend this place to those who live in the area.

Called in late this afternoon to see if they could repair or replace my tire. Not only was the guy who answered the phone very friendly but also accomidenating! They were very busy but still managed to sneak me in. Shortly after they called to let me know they could patch my tire but with the damage done they would advise I replace the tire soon. Being an aftermarket tire they didn’t have it stock and would order me one that would arrive in a few days. An hour went by and I went to pick up the tire to find out they managed to find me one in town and gave me a great deal! The service was fast friendly and accommodating! By far the best service I’ve gotten in grande prairie ! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality place that has your best interest in mind! Thanks Derek for your help!

Hello Tirecraft this is the customer who of the 2005 Jeep Liberty who paid over $2000 in repairs from your shop and I must say I have received horrendous mechanical service due to lack of attention on your part. 3 days after getting my jeep fixed. My driver side tire lost 2 lug nuts and almost fell out during a drive on a 80km/h road. I noticed all the lug nuts were loose. One was broken????, one was missing due to it not being properly tighten and torqued, and then rest were finger loose. This is very sad news coming from a tire shop. Luckily I was diligent it noticing the changes in driving pattern and pulled over before it got any worse. This could have been a fatal crash. Please pay very close attention to the little things. Like installing the tires back on correctly and torquing them to spec. I did find any mention of the tire being torqued on my invoice. Which means you just drilled them in like noobies and said "good to go". Where is the procedure? Very shameful act. Sub par mechanical work due to tires not being installed correctly.

Had an alinement done when all the bs was done it costed over 500. And they said they did the alinement but it still pulled hard to the left. I returned 30 min later and they redid the alinement which to me says they never did it the first time

Bought tires from here for years. The service was great the prices were alright. Don't know what happened the last time I bought a set of tires there the staff was extremely rude and when I had warranty issues they did not honour them I ended up having to buy an entire new set of rims from a different place because they could not find the issue. As well I payed quite a bit for the model of tires even though they were way cheaper at another store. I was just trying to keep the business local as well as they had given me good service. Tldr: very high priced and the service was lacking as of my last visit.
