Went to get some winter tires put on the front end yesterday and once I got home I noticed the plastic engine cover on the underside of my car on the passenger side was hanging off nearly dragging on the ground. Not quite sure what happened but nothing was ever said to me about it. Love the new tires but don't love the new repair I have to deal with.

5 stars isn't enough for this local business. You can tell by the way that this company does business that the owner cares about the community and those in it. Not only are they a local business, but they do all they can to help support other local businesses and not for profits in our area. My first ever experience with Tire Pro Inc. was somewhat by chance, as they are the closest tire shop to my home, and I had gotten a nail in my tire. I had heard good things, but I usually went to a different shop. Abe got me in and taken care of right away. I was astounded by the customer service while I was there, and when I had called to inquire about getting the tire fixed. Fast forward to this month, it's time for new tires. I priced out the tires I needed at Costco and a couple other big box stores. And they weren't a bad price. But I remembered how well I was treated at TirePro, and called them for a quote. Not only did their customer service win me over yet again, but after install and taxes and enviro fees, I'm pretty sure I paid less than I would have elsewhere, where the price you see is before all of the extra required things, as the all in cost i paid was very close to the base price I found elsewhere. If you need tires, check with these guys. If your experience is anything like mine have been, you won't be disappointed.

I had to get a tire for my wife's van as I was leaving town for two weeks. I had no time to get this done, last minute job. I called in and it was an odd size but had one tire that would fit. Good enough. Get it done for now. I called the shop about my issue at about 3:15pm, and was there and back to put it on the van by 4:30. Pretty great service.

Very unhappy. Husband brought 4 new quad tires to be switched onto the current rims. He was told by the owner that a full vehicle tire change and balance was $96. He ended up getting charged $126 for just switching the tires onto the rims. I think that is absolutely ridiculous and will not be recommending this place to anyone anymore.

Recently I went to Tire Pro to have a flat tire fixed. I was told by the gentleman at the service desk it could not be done because they were too busy. He suggested that I should pick a day and drop my car off at 8:00 am. They may be cheap but their service is awful. Last year I thought that I had a slow leak and took it there several times and they 'fixed it'. Finally I decided to take it to another place and I was told that the tire could not be fixed because it had a long crack in it and at some point it would blow. The times that I did go to Tire Pro I felt very uncomfortable. The gentleman at the desk was not friendly at all. Maybe because I am a senior citizen he didn't want to deal with me.

Wasn't super impressed. I brought a tire back that the side wall had blown out of, it had been on my truck less then a week. They tried to charge me for a new tire. They also told me there was no such thing as a tire defect. Then it took them 20 min to bring my new tire out to me.

After my experience, I am wondering what I did to deserve such an atrocious experience with Tire Pro. Miscommunications and delayed service delivery sometimes happens, however, it is usually followed up with an apology and/or explanation. Not with Abe though. He was not friendly or welcoming in the least. He barely muttered two words to me through the whole ordeal which included confusion about everything from date of appointment to where my car was parked at the end of the painful ordeal that lasted over a week. I would think that someone paying the $1700 could at least expect some common courtesy. But nope. Not from Abe anyway. After expressing my complete disappointment in how things went with them, Abe made sure to tell me he was disappointed in me as well. Excuse me? For what? Spending $1700 there. Needless to say I am now disappointed in myself too for actually doing business there. I did get a "I am sorry you feel that way" from Abe. But we all know that is a bogus apology trying to put it on me rather than just apologizing for his inadequacies and rudeness. If it wasn't for Devon's friendly voice over the phone, and the some what fast installation of the new tires on the date of installation, I wouldn't have given this place even two stars. Tire Pro? Uhhh….how about Tire NO!

Staff are quiet and intense but make no mistake, these guys provide excellent service. Had rims ordered that arrived in two days. Once arrived, they called me to book a time that worked for me that same day. I provided my own tires for them to mount and balance, all of which was done in less than 30 minutes. It's also the other details that matter, especially to someone who is as particular as I am. They power washed my old dirty rims and at my request, put them in a good quality reusable tire bag, which they provided to me at no cost.The inside of my vehicle was undamaged and as clean as I brought it. Will be back in the future.

Tire pro is hands down the only place to go for tire repairs or new tires in Grande Prairie. I recently got new tires from Tire Pro and not only were they $400 cheaper than the next cheapest place in GP but they also had me in and out in under 30minutes. A few months ago my daughter developed a leak in her tire. One of the major tire places in GP told her she needed a full new set of tires. (The tires were less than a year old). I told her to go to Tire Pro and they repaired the small valve stem leak she had for free. I’ll never buy tires from any store other than Tire Pro.

This is the best tire shop experience I’ve ever had. Dropped in with a tire that needed patching and they had it done by the time I got back 30 minutes later. I asked how much I owed and he said they were taking care of it. I’m not sure if it was because of Christmas or not but I did not expect to get a free repair. These guys are fast and friendly. I will recommend this shop to everyone and they will get all my business from now on.
