They arrived, and were mounted to the rims, and he helped me load them up. Looking forward to doing business here again.

This was the slowest "quick" transmission flush I have ever been through. It took over an hour for the staff to even pull my vehicle into the bay where they were to do my fluid change, even though I had an appointment. There was another man there that had been waiting for hours to get his vehicle, even though he was only getting a simple oil change done himself. I would personally recommend the envio centre behind staples, they have much better service and the wait time is little enough that you don't even need to get out of your vehicle. If I could rate less than one star I probably would.

It was my first time with Quick Lane and they aligned and balanced all my wheels in just a few hours and at a very reasonable price. Their shuttle service is also excellent. I didn't even have to wait a long time and was able to get to work earlier than I expected.

Excellent customer service, I went there on Sunday where most of lube oil change shops are closed in town, I was assisted by Mrs. Dawn William she was so kind, helpful, she explained me all the services they provide for my car (tires and brakes check) besides I was going to Calgary on that day, so I took advantage of their services and I am so satisfied for their quality and attention. I strongly recommend this place.

4 hrs to change 4 tires. Not so “Quick”. Last oil change was a abnormally long wait as well. Plus, when I drove the truck home I could smell oil. Popped the hood and there was oil all over the place. They never pushed the dipstick all the way in. They did clean the truck up and made it Wright but at the cost of my time waiting for the truck again. I’m done taking my truck there. It will be going to Hansen from now on even for a basic tire rotation.

Brought my car in to get a leak looked at. They said it was the transmission line and there was also a power steering leak. They said I need to fix the transmission ($800). I saw in their parking lot my car was still leaking, but they said it was residue and to bring it back if it continues to leak. I brought it back 2 days later and it was leaking as fast as before. They said it was the power steering and would be another $1,200 to fix. Inspecting my car and my parking spot there were no other signs of leaking other than the power steering. Very disappointed they didn't fix the problem I brought it in for and the work they did is very questionable.

I was very impressed with the friendly greeting right to my service tech. Cody covered my seat with plastic to protect my seat. He also explained the issue in detail as well as the fix. The waiting lounge was clean and comfortable. I was in-and-out in a very short time period I will highly recommend this business to friends in family.

We were travelling from Calgary to the Arctic Ocean I’ve asked for an oil change and a quick check on the car from the time that we stopped at the garage to the time that we could get back on road was like 45 minutes they were precise fast helpful thank you for your service and if I have to have a car check at Grand Prairie I’d go back to quick lane

Booked an oil change and was told it would take about an hour. Dropped off the vehicle right when they opened, and took about 5 hours to do oil change service....apart from the time it took to perform service, all was fine. The name suggested it would be “quick”. That being said, the service from the front counter was good. It would be a 4 Star or 5 Star has it not been the wait time.

Charged me $142 to fix emergency brake for which it still didn't work, overpacked my hubs with greese, left my vacuum line unattached on front drivers hub, put the 2 worst tires on my front (which I do beleive you should put the best on the steering) said I needed new steering box and pitman arm thankfully I didn't get them to replace that as I just had it inspected locally and it is well within spec also had to pay locally to get e-brake fixed. I wouldn't recommend this place ever????????????????????

The front end staff are amazing!! So friendly and outgoing! Great job! They are knowledgeable and so far, in my experience, the pricing had been reasonable. I like that that are open 7 days a week, offer everything from a car wash to mechanical repairs and even have shuttle service Monday to Friday. In this day in age where customer service is not always readily available this team seems to have it in spades! Great job!!! Thank you for making my experiences good ones.

I would highly recommend people using the Quick Lane LBX due to the fact I did not have an appointment and I came in with a 4x4 actuators buggered and needed it repaired because I could not get any time off on Tuesday to have it done they got on it done it went above and beyond and the staff can take teasing and ripping and bugging quite well and their prices are reasonable because they stand behind their product I have had sheds Dodge and that's why I will remain forward

Also helped me out big time last winter when I had a water in fuel sensor malfunction and derate my truck when the dealership wanted me to wait 2 weeks to get it in. If quick service is a two to three hour wait for a simple oil change, then yes very "quick". This also wasn't a one time occurrence. If it wasn't for keeping my services documented for extended warranty purposes I'd never have a repeat visit

Took an hour and half to get an oil change, even though I had an appointment. It took almost 10 minutes for staff just to confirm that i did have a free oil change on my account from even I bought my vehicle. I was specifically asked to rate them 5 stars which irritated me a little because i did not revive 5 star service. Can think of a dozen places I would rather take my vehicle next time

I dropped off Honda Civic 2017 to get oil change and regular brake system check. There was no major issue and just regular brake system check was required and requested. After they did work, I got ‘brake hold system problem’, ‘Electric parking brake problem’, and ‘brake system problem’ on my dashboard which were not shown originally. In customer perspective, we expect to get repaired or checked up but my vehicle got more problems than before I dropped off. It is 1year and 9month old and 26k mileage. So Disappointed about there work.

There was an issue on their end which resulted in an extra hour of our time but the lady at the desk and manager were great and they made up for our inconvenience in a very professional manner. Thank you So, follow up. Our check engine light was on so we brought it into another shop, turns out when Quick Lane was unprofessional with us in the summer (used all of the carb fluid needed for our vehicle the day before for a walk in when we were booked) they didn’t actually fill it, which could have resulted in big problems. We were told that the only way we’d be down that much fluid without a leak was if the last place didn’t fill it. Shameful.

Twice now I have driven 2 hours to get serviced, first oil change and then tires switched over. Both times I was told they are too busy even after receiving an email stating that I would be fit in.
