I called in on a Thursday to book an appointment first thing in the morning on Friday. I told Steve I needed a bearing replaced and to change my summer tires to winters (winters already on rims). I got a quote and we scheduled the appointment. As they were working on my car I get a call from Steve saying he apologizes he made a mistake on the price for the part and it actually costs $20 more (or something like that it wasn't a significant difference), I was happy he had the courtesy to call me and let me know rather than just doing it. Got my car back paid up the bill and I asked if the tires were switched out. Oops, completely forgot. Not a big deal at all, took the car back in for 15 minutes and had them switched. He insisted that changing the tires would be FREE since he forgot to make a note while Andrew was working on it . I believe in fair pay for fair work so I insisted I pay him, we settled on splitting the cost.

I needed my rear tires changed and I got recommended by the Malahat Wreckers (where I got a pair of used tires) to go to Integra Tires. They were super quick and had no issues putting on the ones I brought them. Other tire service centres may try to up sell you new tires, but these guys run an honest business. Will come to these guys to replace my front tires when the time comes. Very friendly guys.

These guys are the best!! I noticed a low tire light on, pulled in unannounced/no appointment yesterday ( Dec 22 / 2020 ). They immediately pulled me in, fixed my leak, DIDN'T charge me, and sent me on my way. I insisted on paying, they said no, and remembered me from back in the summer when I had a different issue which took a few attempts to solve! My entire family, who live in various areas of the city ranging from NE Edmonton to the far South, will drive to this location every time because this family owned and operated business exudes quality. My vehicle has required its fair share of repair over the years and even during my starving student days i never once encountered a problem or bill that left me speechless or that i found unreasonable. Maintaining your vehicle is less than exciting and hardly glamorous, but these guys will do their best to turn your experience around every time.

Stern customer service even when they or their products fail. No cheaper than any other store. Pointless to do business here Ordered a set of winter studded tires, recommended by them. Had a tire failure that they deemed to be not warrantable, had dully and rocks puncturpun the side walls while the tires rubbed together, a year later but the trees were brand new because i never use the truck. So I order the tire Thursday, come Monday the tire still hasn't been ordered and they want me to pay extra for shipping. Now if they would have told me that thursday ok but now my truck is sitting and it cant work while I wait. I cancled the order and tooktmy business elsewhere don't have time for games.

Went in for a routine thermostat repair. Never repaired it. Told me my head gasket was bad and gave me a quote for 5000$ lmfao went to subaru who has a higher shop rate and they quoted me 3000$ . Do not bring your vehicle here very unprofessional and mechanics lack experience. Worst service in town!

Terrible....proceed at your own risk!!! After telling me my truck needed a new engine and transmission, they charged me .5 of an hour for a front end inspection. Fortunately, I didn't believe them. Literally went across the street got a new radiator, flushed the cooling system. Down the hill for a engine oil and transmission fluid flush.... no problems since.

Haven’t had a full service here, but my moving truck had a leaky valve. Explained this to Troy who immediately had me pull in. Troy fixed the issue before checking the passenger and discovering and replacing an old valve stem. I was on my way in 15 minutes and Troy even refused to accept any payment. Great place. Real old-school, honest mechanics. The guys at Integra Tire showed me how my lug nuts were torqued so tight by the previous garages (two different Chevy dealerships) that they were almost completely worn down. Integra Tire replaced them all for free. Couldn't figure out my vibration issue (wasn't tire or wheel related) so sent me next door to Starr Automotive. Wish I would have purchased my new tires from Integra instead of the dealership. Great service and honest, fast work by Integra Tire. Highly recommend!

Really disappointed with Randolph and his team. Not only did they increase their price to put winter tires on rims by 50%, he tried to tell me that other places are charging $75 which isn't actually true. They also tried to charge me for my own plastic bags that I brought the tires in, claiming that they threw out my old ones - this was clearly not the case which was verified by looking at the bags (and the fact that his rude employee said he didn't change the bags), plus I was never asked or agreed to having the bags replaced anyways. The poor service and sneaking in additional charges is a guarantee that I will not be going back, and I advise others to stay away from this place as well. There are many other auto shops to pick from in this area.

Courteous staff, and the work is great but It is very slow. It was a two week wait for my appointment. My appointment to have my winter tires put on was at 9am and by 10am they were halfway finished. At 11am they finally finished mounting and balancing. I do get that it's the busy season, but I didn't get any updates until I pestered the owner. There were many great reviews so I had higher hopes.

Called location in Mississauga to get a quote on four tires for a company vehicle. Manager answered, didn't like the fact that we had a price on the four tires already, stated: "IF YOU DON'T GET THE TIRES FROM US, I'M NOT INTERESTED!" And hung up on us. The most rude and disgusting customer service policies in the industry.

I'll start out by saying the customer service is great, however, I'm disappointed in this repair facility. I brought my vehicle here to get a few services done and I was not impressed with the auto technician. They did not put my undercover on properly and that lead to the undercover falling off while driving on the highway & they didn't have the decency to fill up my windshield washer fluid. The worst part, the auto technician had to call me in the shop to tell him where the screw was located to put the undercover back on. Not professional at all. Prices are not great, but not terrible.

Took my car in because it was leaking coolant and after they "fixed" it, I drove it for 10 minutes and the vehicle began over heating. Once I had it towed back to Integra they spent a few more days on it and apparently I now needed a new 500 dollar water pump to fix the issue. After that was installed I drove home and noticed that the coolant was still leaking!!! The water pump hadn't been installed correctly. I took it to One Stop Auto in Armstrong where they drained the system properly and explained that a new water pump was never necessary had Integra properly drained the coolant system in the first place. I would 100% recommend One Stop Auto they do great work for the cheap. I will never return to Integra.

Came here to changed my winter tire that was way too old to still be used on the road. Although It still has about 50% tread left. Dave was not pushy at all and has a welcoming vibe! The workshop is quite small, there was coffee for you while waiting. The quote he gave me was in line with competitors. However, he seems not to know a lot of the tire and wheels. If tire has passed its expiry date (usually after between 5 - 8 years) the compound has harden and the chemicals has dried out. Thankful enough I have done some researched and went to other tire shop before hand to get more insight. Even when I ask him about "what do you recommended between the popular winter tires on sale right nowI along with some of its highlights", he does not know nothing. I can imagine, if someone know nothing about tire, wheels and fitment, will have a high chance not getting the right advice and tire. I hope they can improve. Whatever industry you are in, you need to be knowledgeable of the products that you sell. I maybe will go back again and see!

Do not buy tires from Integra Tire. I bought a set and two weeks later i got a puncture. They would not honor the warranty and i had to pay $600 for a new tire. Shameful. These guys will rip you off when they have an opportunity to do so.

They were able to get me in, luckily had my odd size tires in stock, put them on, and balanced in an hour. We drove over a metal shard on our way up the Coquihalla that punctured our rear tire. We drove into Vernon on a spare, dropped off the car to Integra first thing in the morning and within 30 minutes they repaired the flat and reinstalled our original tire.. Price was great too. My car went off the road 2 times, I went for a quote and instead 10 minutes after I left I went back and paid for a set of 4 winter tires. They had a few in stick in my tire size for my 2021 Kia Seltos. The man was pleasant, gave me tips and was very knowledgeable about tires. I got a $70 mail rebate as well. My wipers quit working and I took it there. They knew the car and the year before I took it there. I received a call telling me that they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the equipment. I had to pay 75 bucks. How is it my fault if they don't have the right equipment??

I went in to have them look at my front drivers side tire because I hit a chunk of metal on the highway which caused the rim to bend and put a bulge in the tire. Within 30 mins they had the rim bent back into shape and rotated the tire to the drivers side rear. No charge. And on top of all that, the owner went online and showed me how I can possibly get the tire replaced on warranty. Salt of the earth people, professional, friendly and courteous. They make Blaskin & Lane and Fountain tire look like they already do.... I'll leave that to your opinion and imagination.

I call into Integra Tire to see if they could mount a set of tires on new wheels and I could come pick them up. This is just as winter had begun to set in and EVERYONE was looking for seasonal tire swaps, so I am sure they were already extremely busy. Several other shops quoted me 1-2wks to book in an install and most were quoting similar time to mount a set of tires on wheels. I called in and spoke to Jay who found wheels that would work for my SUV and a good set of winter tires and said they would be done the next day! True to his word, I stopped by to pick them up and another gentleman (I didn't catch his name) just asked if I wanted them to quickly swap out the wheels since I was already there. 20 minutes later, I had my new wheels and tires installed and was on my way. No hassles, no hoops, just a quick easy transaction and great service. The prices were great too!

Twice for complete exhaust systems (one full custom) and once for an alignment after I did a suspension lift. Ryan has been excellent to deal with, honest, fair, and accomodating. 1st visit.... Went in for a brake pad and brake rotor replacement. Great experience!! Highly recommended.. Great prices.. 2nd visit... I went in with an issue with clutter noise from the rear of my vehicle when taking turns and reverse. Business tried to rip me off with a bunch of unrelated service recommendations at premium prices, and slapped a $100 inspection fee. And told me that the noise was no big deal. Went to a local Canadian Tire. They told me it was a serious issue on the vehicle, which was affecting the 4WD. They replaced the coupler for the rear differential. The noise went away. I did the other services that Integra recommended from this Canadian Tire store.

Stopped in because my tire was very low. Asked if I could get some air? This was in the middle of the deep freeze. Before even knowing what kind of tire he was dealing with I was told "50 Bucks" because it probably has a screw in it or something. ***Avoid this place *** I went there to get oil change pressure sensor replaced. Which they did. However, from next day my oil change light on dash was start blinking. I visited them again and explain them what's going on with my car without even seeing ,the guy told me it could be oil pressure pump fault because they've changed the sensor . I drove my car couple of days and then took it to different workshop. And guess what, it was same the sensor .They did not fix it proper because of it oil ,light was blinking ,oil was leaking and engine was out of oil. I was told there, If I would have driven a day more it could have seize the engine . Waste of my time. Had to pay twice for the same thing.

I went here for a rad flush as recommended by a friend. I had an excellent experience with service and availability. Very friendly staff and clear communication, at least to start with. Service was performed as expected and Mark made very sure I was satisfied with the end result. I was a little put off by a couple of things. First, I had a political talk station playing on my radio, which was taken as an invitation to talk politics, which I wasn't really into, especially considering I have somewhat different views of the current landscape. The second was the pricing for my cabin air filter. I was charged $75 additional labour for what is at most a five-minute job. This cost should have been communicated to me before it was done, as I'm fully capable of changing the part myself and certainly would have at that price point. In all fairness to the shop, I assumed this would be included in the overall labour cost and did not ask if it would be a significant extra. Overall, I would recommend with the caveat to be sure any pricing is discussed prior to the work being completed.

Several years back I had some work done here. Had my car towed there and the clutch/master cylinder needed replacing. Originally they quoted me a very reasonable price then contacted me again to inform me that they would need to do more work and gave me an increased quote. Reluctantly, I agreed to the additional work as it all sounded reasonable and they assured me it was necessary. While accompanying a friend for a simple oil change, I witnessed extremely poor customer service and dishonest work. Firstly, the car was left with them for an oil change only and upon return to the car we saw that they had scratched her vehicle. Large enough that it was very noticeable, and they told her it would take at least half a day to fix, which she did not have time for, so they said they would 'note her account and deal with it next time she's in' so she now gets to drive around with a big scratch on her beautiful well kept car. Next, she received the bill. They asked her for $214 when her original quote for the work was $90 for her oil change. They had 'changed her air filters' and showed her that hers were dirty, so it was 'necessary'. They did not have her permission, did not try to call and ask if it was okay, and still expected her to pay the difference, telling her 'well we didn't charge you for the labour' as if they had done her a favour. When she tried to question it, the man at the desk said 'we can take them out doesn't matter to me'. After some deliberation, she decided she wanted them out of her car, and the service individual came out, and switched her filters back, taking less than 2 minutes. I will note that, despite the situation, the individual performing the service was very polite and friendly. I cannot guarantee this will happen to everyone, but I do warn you to be very clear, very stern, and very specific with what you want done if you choose to give them your business.

The price was competitive, the mechanic took his time and didn't rush, Dave was friendly and didn't mind me entering the bay to inspect, and the four new valve stems I requested after the work started were only $8 extra. Yah i dealt with them for over 20 years and swirtched because they cost us two sets of tires , one where they squeezed an undersized set of tires on the rims thus tearing the sidewalls and the other when they did an 2 wheel alignment on an all wheel drive subaru and the tires were shot before the end of the summer. No thanks ill tKe my business elsewhere to somebody with more integrity. Integrity: means trustworthy and doing the proper work or action.

Worse tire shop that you can ever deal with. I called them at 8:00 to give me a quote. They took the car at 10 to change my tire for 110. At 3 they are calling to ask for more money 150 after wasting my day. They put back the tires without finishing the job because they didn’t want stick to their original quote. They also didn’t put the locknut back in the car and the tires were inflated back to the wrong pressure. By far the best scammers in town avoid them if you can. Wouldn’t never trust them again with my car in anyway

They put new tires on my car and when I picked up the car they told me everything was ok with my car and that it was drivable, however they phoned my aunt, who is not the owner of the car and told them that it’s extremely dangerous to drive the car because the tires could fall off, but they let me drive it out of their garage without informing me and even telling me nothing was wrong with the car. When I phoned to get a quote to get the car fixed with them after, he said he would call me back and never did so I phoned towards the end of the day to inquire if he had the quote. All I did was ask if the quote was ready if not that’s okay I can call tomorrow if he’s to busy. He proceeded to tell me that I need to grow up and learn patience and he was extremely rude to me. I’m so confused as to why. I thought they had done great service with my tires, but I definitely will not be going back. Go to Mar auto in riel park, much better, better prices too I found.

I walked into Integra Tire on 114th Ave with a load leveling shock in hand trying to find a replacement. Reception told me they were service only and didn't sell parts separately, however Mark Haines came out of his office and had a look at the shock I had anyways. I had been to multiple parts places but they only seem to know how to match the shock if they have the Year, Make, and model of the vehicle it came off of. The problem with that for me was that it came off of our horse carriage and that doesn't fit into their search criteria. Mark's place doesn't sell parts separately, but he did go above and beyond to search out a shock he thought should be a close fit for me and give me the information I needed to go back to a parts store with. The staff will bend over backwards to help you out. They have 2 licensed mechanics on one side for auto repairs and a full service tire center covering autos, commercial and ag equipment. They also do house calls. I take all my tires and service requirements there. The shop rate is reasonable and they are trustworthy. Sheldon, JP and Ryan are a great bunch to deal with, I recommend coming here.

I thought they were great...but too many mistakes in a short time proved me wrong! I brought my car in at the end of the summer to address a possible fluid leak. They ordered a new part and replaced it. When I took the car, I noticed that rather than a slow drip- the fluid was POURING OUT! more recently I took my car in for inspection as it was running louder than normal. Was advised by Andrew I needed a new muffler and made an appointment to replace the following week. Driving home from work that day, my muffler split and was dragging all the way home- clearly it wasn’t put back together properly- costing me more for emergency weekend service. I emailed the owner to inform him and never heard back. I will never return.

This place is an absolute joke. They change invoice costs and then threaten if u dont pay MORE 2 MONTHS LATER that theyll send u to collections. Family run by Mark, who can't even manage to separate his personal life from his business. We got a quote from Mark for work to be done to one of our customers vehicles. We took the truck in and got a bill for almost TWICE THE QUOTE. Mark then admitted he messed up and quoted us wrong as he had other stuff on his mind and was frazzled. We agreed to an invetween flat payment higher then our quote and lower then his invoice. I thought that was nice and we were settled. Apparently not. This was all in Aug 2016. Then today his wife Susan calls and says I still owe her.... I told her no I have an invoice that show paid in full and then she hung up on us. Then mark called me back and said he will be sending the small balance to collections against me!!! DON'T USE THIS SHOP!!!! Mark told my husband he is so stressed and wants to sell the shop cuz he can't handle running it. Clearly this guy can't even remember anything or do his job. RIP OFF. TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH. WON'T EVEN DISCUSS or hold civil convo. Just hangs up. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

Came here for a wheel alignment this morning and specifically told the guy that my two front tires are completely bald and the steering wheel is off. They said it'll be $120 (overpriced btw) and they will call me with updates throughout the process. I get a call 4 hours later telling me that they couldn't do the alignment because my front tires are bald and forced me to pay a $40 inspection fee. I already told them about the tires BEFOREHAND, so they already knew they couldn't do the alignment from the beginning, but decided to inspect it anyways so they can charge me. I spent $20 on an uber and wasted an entire work day to come here and the owner dares to say "We didn't waste your time, you needed to get it fixed anyways". How can an owner speak to a customer like this? Let alone tell them if their time is wasted or not? This was my first and last experience here. Take it how you will, but I suggest looking into Altech Automotive, I hear they charge $60 and are overall better. Only reason why I didn't go was because this place was closer. Peace.

I have been purchasing my tires from Integra Tire for the past six years, unfortunately they do not sell Nokian tires so I had to deal with KAL TIRE WHICH WAS A BIG MISTAKE!! I got a nail in one of my Nokian tires and called KAL TIRE on Douglas St to see if they could get me in to fix the tire since they offer free flat repair - or do they. I was told by the lady who answered the phone that if I got there by 0930 they could do it for my while I waited. Ten minutes after that phone call the guy at the counter of Kal Tire was telling me I would have to leave my car for most of the day and they would call me when it was done. When I explained what I was told on the phone, he simply repeated the same thing. I walked out and drove to Integra Tire where Troy had me sorted and back on the road within 40 min of showing up. Thanks to you and your team Troy for out of this world customer service.
