Terrible expérience. I booked an appointment and even showed up early. These guys and specifically the owner Dale was quite angry and not very pleasant to deal with. I had a torn tie rod end on the drivers side and they refused to even put it on the lift. I walked out with an 80 dollar bill for '' shop time '' I would never go back and I have nothing good to say to anyone I come across about Autotrac allingment. I brought my truck to kal tire the next day. Had the allingment done in an hour no issues. Stay away from these clowns. To be honest My guess is that they don't like working on lifted trucks with big tires. Understandable but its grande praire what do you expect. Do your job

For the last 10 years or so I have been taking my 4 vehicles to Auto-trac for mechanical work, and buying tires from them. 2 days after I had work done, on among other thing my cooling system...just shy of $1700 which I paid gladly, my vehicle over heated to the point that it seized the engine. Things happen and I was sure Auto-trac would step up as we have had a long history to get this taken care of. I was not looking for free just fair. Their response was a shock to me “there is no proof it was our fault”, but out of the goodness of our heart we will get you a rebuilt motor at cost, (which I would pay for), and the 21 book hours it would take they would charge $100/hr instead of $135/hr I actually felt sick that this is what they thought our relationship was worth $35/hr. I really thought more of the company and thought they would have more insight to make a fan not a disappointed FORMER customer.

My van would not start. So I had it towed to Auto-Trac. They looked at it and concluded that it was an ignition module related to the key switch, which they thought may also include programing. That would mean sending it to a dealer. They could have just told me to take it to the dealer. However their parts person did some digging on the part and found that it was a recall on our van that we where not informed of. They could have easily washed there hands of it, or try to take advantage of us and make some money but they didn't. They went beyond and actually saved us from having to pay for any repairs. I assure you that this is not the first time they have shown us their absolute best. We have been with them for years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them.

We recently came over here seeking a second opinion on some mechanical work another garage had recommended. Seeking a second opinion, a friend recommended we try Auto Trac as he had been a customer for years and had always had great service. While not having had work done here before, and not knowing what to expect, we were very pleasantly surprised when they had a look and said that we didn't need the rather expensive work that had been recommended by the first garage. We were loyal customers for many many years but we began having to bring back our vehicles for mistakes their technicians had made. We spent close to $3000 getting a transfer case rebuilt and after less than 50,000km it has started making noise and Auto Trac refuse to make it right. Auto Trac are fine for regular jobs but anything involving suspension, engine issues I would not recommend them. Sorry. After 6 years of loyalty we are going elsewhere

Don't go here , our vehicle got stolen on the property while under their care and they wont take responsibility for it , or help out in any way , they will just tell you thats what insurence is for (that's even if u put fire and theift on it) so don't go there if u value ur vehicle because they sure don't care about you or your vehicle !!

Asked for just an alignment and nothing else, got my truck back with an extra 13km on the odometer thanks to a joy ride captured on my hidden dash cam, passenger side wheels heavily scuffed, my door panel ripped off, 15 psi over inflated tires along with several misdiagnosed items that could someone who doesn't no any better $3000+ in unnecessary repairs at a shop. As a HD mechanic I'm not very impressed & would not recommend this shop to anyone
