I got cut off by one of the drivers on the road off huntclub and Albion turning right. There's only one lane and he went over the curb to pass me. Tires stored poorly, installed poorly and horrendous service. The first year, the rims and tires came back dirty beyond belief. The second year, they lost my winter tires & did not give me an equivalent tire based on the road performance. The third year, one of my front tires was loose and it cost me money to appraise the noise. I would definitely not recommend this place, it's awful. Period.

Je fais donc aligner mon véhicule et lorsque je viens le chercher, le commis m'explique qu'ils n'ont pas été en mesure de l'aligner complètement étant donné la porté des control arms arrières. Résultat: alignement fait AVEC -5 DEGRÉS DE CAMBER DES ROUES ARRIÈRES. Je dois donc revenir avec des nouveaux control arms ajustables que je dois acheter sinon mes pneus vont s'user à l'intérieur. Je paye donc 140$ pour un alignement fait à moitié (A QUOI SERVAIT LA VÉRIFICATION???) et m'informe sur le prix de ma prochaine visite: encore 140$ malgré les ajustements déjà fait! Solution: j'ai bel et bien installé les controls arms ajustables, mais fait aligné l'auto ailleur sans pare-choc avant (pour monter sur la rampe) pour la modique somme de 70$. UPDATE: Deuxième chance. Je me présente un samedi pour faire installer des pneus, car ils sont ouverts de 8h à 12h. Les portes sont barrées, aucun avis affiché, aucun avis sur le message vocal, aucun avis sur internet... j'en déduis qu'ils sont fermés. Horrible service à la clientèle.

The technitian named Denis changed the tyres on my model 3. I came in a little nervous with lots of questions and he took the time to answer all of them. Even let me watch as he was working. Great tech! He knew all about the specifics of changing tyres on a Tesla. I was expecting an old grouch at the reception (as per other reviews) but this was not the case. There was even a guy there to sort incoming clients and wash door handles and seats of the waiting area as per covid regulations. Only 20$/tyre to mount and balance after purchasing a new set from them. 10/10, I recommend, loved my experience there.

(Original) Service hautement inneficace, de vrais amateurs...et charge pour des services non rendus J'ai apporté mon véhicule pour une vibration du volant causé par mon pneu arriere droit. J'ai payé 60$ pour me faire dire que mon pneu arriere etait débalancé et qu'il l'avait rebalancé ainsi que celui avant. Je quitte le garage et quelque minute plus tard, la vibration revient. J'enleve donc mon pneu arriere pour mettre un p eu d'été et voila, la vibration cesse. Je retpurne au garage pour leur dire que le 60$ qu'ils m'ont chargé n'a rien donné de bon et que si j'enlece le pneu arriere et le remplace par un autre pneu, la vibration n'est plus la. Je leur laisse donc ma voiture pour tenter une autre fois de trouver ce qui ne va pas avec mon pneu arriere (est ce le pneu qui est fini ou la jante) et cette fois ci, croyez le ou non, ils ont fait pire... Le conseiller me dit que ce n'est pas mon pneu qui est defectueux (meme si la vibration cesse lorsque je le remplace) mais plutot la pression dans mes pneus et l'equilibrage de mes 3 autres pneus. Le conseiller me dit qu'ils ont du equilibrer mes trois autres roues et ajuster l'air des pneus et apres un essai routier, tout va bien. Je lui dit que je trouve xa bizarre car d''une part, ils avaient deja balancé 2 de mes roues la semaine avant - 2 plus trois donne 5 .. et je n'ai que 4 roues...de plus, le conseiller me dit que l'air dans mes pneus n'etait pas adequat...j'imagine que lorsqu'ils ont balancé mes 2 roues la semaine d'avant, il n'ont pas vérifié l'air... En tout ca, il me dit que tout va maintenant bien...Je prends mon vehicule et des que j'atteins 80 km heure, la meme vuibration revient...meme chose pour une 2 eme fois.. je retourne au garage et le conseiller veut me donner un 3 eme rendez vous...dand 10 jours parcequ'il a trop de rendez vous... imaginez vous, je suis censé etre chez des experts de pneus... service pittoyable, amateur au mieux. Every seat between where you bathroom sit is taped off with a yellow X. 35 minutes later I retrieved my keys, paid and received my receipt, form to claim my $70 mail in rebate and a contest ticket to fill out and drop in a box near the sanitization station.
