Alex Chung is a good guy. Super friendly, hard working, means well. The mobile tire truck is a good concept but slightly flawed. I have had a few issues with tire change scheduling and ordering which worked out in the end. The main problem I had is that one of my tires was not properly installed, gradually went flat in the next couple of weeks, which I rode on for too long and it wore off to the point I needed a replacement tire. After talking to my mechanic about it, he indicated that having the tire changing/balancing machine in a mobile truck was not a good idea which is probably why my tire wasn't installed properly. Or maybe it was the hired help that messed up. Who knows. Try him out to see for yourself!

This guy is incredible. Came to my place to change the tires. Noticed the tires he was about to put on had too much wear (which clearly they did). Worked with me to get the best tires based on my needs and the future of the car. Came back with the tires to put them on and dispose of the old ones. All at a great price and without any hassle, and he is extremely friendly and hard working. Nothing but good things to say about him. I will be using him for all my tire needs in the future! Booking tire service online and having the work completed at home is *extremely* convenient compared to taking our vehicle to Canadian Tire or our dealer. Very affordable given the quality and convenience. I can't think of a good reason not to choose ACR for routine tire changes. We'll continue to rely on ACR Mobile Tires. Highly recommended.

What a blessing this company is! I had a busted tire from a bad pothole event at 6.00 Saturday, he came with his portable workshop on Sunday at 10.00, fixed the tire and the rim in less than an hour,despite the intense cold, and was so cheerful and positive about it too! I am telling all my older lady friends about this,and the very reasonable prices .

Called this company for winter tire installation and was informed that they were busy but would try to squeeze my install the next day and if they could not they would call me. I called back twice over the next few days leaving a voicemail to try and schedule an appointment but never got a call back. I can't speak for the quality of their service but their customer relations is not very good.

NOT RECOMMENDED if you are only mounting tires on rims, thats fine, if you need them mounted on rims, avoid this person as he does not know how to balance tires. He will give you appointments that he is not able to make. he tricked a friend of mine too in convincing him he had holes in his tires and they were fine if he does a mistake he will not come back to you and he will not answer your calls.
