Really impressed overall. The man at the front desk was nice and helpful. They checked some fluids I was thinking of changing but advised me they were still good (didn't upsell for their gain) and they were very fast completing the other items I requested. I'll be coming back here.

Pricing and appointment availability are normally pretty good here, but the staff is young, arrogant and careless. Recently got my inspection done and they put the wrong name on my inspection slip! When I went back in to ask about the wrong name, they basically just told me not to worry about it and leave. Yes, I know the name isn’t THAT big of a deal. But if they aren’t even paying close enough attention to know who’s car they are actually working on, what else did they do wrong that I just haven’t noticed yet?
