I was looking for a great shop when i moved from Edmonton, and i came across this great shop on prospect street. I found them a friendly, honest and trustworthy. But my last visit for safety inspection was not pleasant in term of greetings and service on Bishop drive. I think now they are busy and they dont need customers anymore like a busy GP. I will go for the last time in december for my door fix in my van and will decide to change my mechanic, vehicle or everything. But overall they are honest people, that is guaranteed.

I booked an appointment and when I got there I was told I dont have appointment. What is the use of doing appointment if not properly done? Its a very simple task to do. I will never EVER go back there. I have a previous very bad experience back then thats why I dont book there because people are rude. There are lots of good reviews probably because they are choosing the people they want to be polite with based of skin color.

My muffler came off on my today dam car I drove to speedy and asked if there was a chance they could squeeze me in as I had alot more driving I still had to do and to my surprise they were able to get me in within an hour they spent maybe 30mins to fix and when all said and done they charged my next to nothing. I cant say everything would be this cheap but the costumer service and willing to fit me in for I would almost say profit loss but theese guys just won all my mechanic needs for the future ps they will fix your windshield free if you have the right type insurance

Speedy does great work. The front staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The building is new and the waiting area is clean and spacious. Coffee and wifi are free while you wait. Local shuttle service is available at noon extra cost. Their technicians are thorough and attentive, and I haven't had then recommend any unnecessary work. I've taken all of our vehicles here for a number of years, and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!

Booked my appointment for an oil change, lube and filter and a four tire rotation a day in advance. My truck has the relatively new 3.0l Eco Diesel engine and oil filters aren't readily available in the aftercare. When I booked the appointment I informed the person on the phone of this so they could source one and have there waiting. Didn't happen. What should've been a 20 minute oil change tool an hour. When they finally told me my truck was ready I learned that they didn't do the tire rotation. They didn't tell me. I had to ask when it wasn't on the Bill. Apparently the technician didn't think a rotation was necessary so he didn't do it. No one asked or consulted with me. Very disappointed. Took the truck to another shop to have the wheels rotated.

This is one honest shop in the Fredericton area. I have taken my vehicles to Brock for years (20+). I recommend all family and friends to him for good reason. What makes them stand out: first name basis, honest opinions, new clean shop, free WIFI and coffee, affordable maintenance packages with free roadside assistance for 3 months, windshield repair onsite, shuttle service, open early and on Saturdays, makes sure the repair is done to satisfaction of customer and I always leave with a repaired vehicle and good feeling about returning.

They're a little expensive but you can see why. Their building is clean and their staff is charismatic and able to explain the costs on your bill. I came in for an oil change and a pressure wash underneath to remove ice buildup. I left with a bill for exactly that.

I've had to use their services multiple times since arriving in the city. Initially, I only went because there was no garage closer, however, I return because of the great service they provide every time I am in there. Some other reviews have mentioned a price issue, and I understand that as it costs money to provide top-notch quality and service, however, I have yet to see where the pricing was anything but competitive with what I would anticipate paying for that repair.

Mechanics lied to my face, got called out and backed right down. I worry about what kind of scams they're pulling with people who don't know every inch of their vehicle like I did.

Tried to scam me a few years ago during an inspection by saying my front wheel bearings were worn out when they were brand new. I told them that, the mechanic walked back for awhile and then said they were just loose and they tightened them up for me. I asked what was loose, they said the bolts that hold the bearings onto the spindle, I then let them know that they were press in bearings. They had nothing to say then and passed the inspection, they were ready to rip apart the whole front of my car and charge me hundreds or thousands of dollars for literally zero reason. Hopefully they've gotten better since, I'll always be sour about that and been meaning to write a review forever.

I would recommend people to never take your vehicle here. I used Speedy because of the good reviews online, but I'm really not sure why the rating is so good. The male who I dealt with, who I assume is the owner or head mechanic or something along those lines, was rude throughout my conversations with him and hung up on me, and took advantage of the fact that I am a young female and don't know anything about cars. He never told me up front about costs of services or indicated that I was getting charged for certain things until I went to pick up my vehicle.

I went to Speedy because my regular mechanic couldn't fit me in when I needed the work done. It's no wonder Speedy had availability... The OWNER was the one I spoke to when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. I asked him if my car stopped revving high now and I was told by him that the work they did wouldn't have anything to do with RPMs. That was a little concerning since I had told them that when I dropped off my car. I asked to take it for a drive before paying my $400 bill. He said no. I said I'd leave my wallet and come right back. He said no and then said he might let that happen if someone came with me. I said sure, great! He then just walked away from the counter and sat down and did not come back nor inform me of anyone coming on a test run with me. I will not ever come back to such rudeness... He should stay away from the front desk and let his fully capable and friendly other staff handle customers because they are great and he is not.
