If there was any way I could give less than zero I would. Had to give payment info before knowing what you were paying. Amount for tire was way too much 418 dollars and was told a new tire of same size was 360, so went for re cap due to it being cheaper, which was not the case. When giving card info asked what cost was. Responce was dont know. How do you not know what the cost was when it's what you do. No matter who I talked to the night it happened no one could give me an exact price. Price sucked, service sucked, nothing good to say about the company other than wait a little longer for OK TIRE.

Arrived a little early, guys took me in, changed my tires and I was out a few minutes after my appt was for. Fair pricing, fair parts and labour and the old guy at the front is the sweetest. ????????

Staff was very rude. Was quoted 12 dollars to change a tire. I changed 1 tire and had a tube patched ended up being 60 dollars. Forgot to reinstall valve stem so 1.5 hours away had to travel to buy a valve stem and tool to instal . I will never use this place again.

Extremely rude and unprofessional at this location. I deal with Miller Tire Moncton on almost a daily basis and they are a top notch group of guys there. Save yourself the headache and go someplace else in Fredericton.

Tire price was $ 24 less then OK tire on the Northside. Appointment time was scheduled and on time- no delays. Requested alignment to be done and other work to make sure everything was ok. Labour rate is $69.99/ hour so not bad, but after paying my bill I noticed the total labour was more than $210 and my total visit just short of two hours! And the vehicles already on the hoist with tires removed! Experience for purchase of tires 4 stars out of 5. "Shocked" for the labour charged for less than 2 hours work!

I wish I could give this place a zero. God awful customer service desk guy. Couldn't answer my questions as to why their mechanic broke a perfectly good bolt when doing a basic alignment so they could try and charge me the labour for the repair. If it wasn't for Hillview Auto being so willing to take care of their customers I would be out $600 dollars or more. This tirecraft place tried to lie and say they couldn't get a basic bolt from the dealership and it had to stay overnight but Hillview had no issues getting a bolt and fixing tirecrafts mistake!

Went to get my winter tires put on rims and they some how gashed a hole into the side wall of one and said that they aren't going to pay for it. It is the most unprofessional business in Fredericton. Highly recommend going to any other store.
