I am new here in this city. Unfortunately, I did bought a very unreliable truck from someone who happens to take advantage of me as a new comer and knows almost nothing about cars. Good thing I was able to find very honest, reliable and considerate shop around the city and that's the Kelly Tire service. Mark and Jeremy are just great to deal with. The staff are friendly too. On top of that their price is way cheaper than the others. I am so happy to find a place where you can bring your car no matter what the condition as they will fix it. They will tell you honestly what needs to be done. Right now my car is running great and I owe that to staff of Kelly!! I highly recommend this place!

I went in to get new tires mounted and balanced, replace the outer tie rod ends, and get an alignment. After I got the car back, the steering wheel was not completely straight while going down level, straight roads. I called Jeremy up as soon as I noticed, and he told me to bring it right back and they'd take care of it for me right away. After that, the car drives straight as an arrow. These guys make sure everything comes out as it should. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible Service, went in for a simple inspection, told to drop car off at 8am and it shouldn't take too long, at 2pm I had to call and they said it would be 30mins.. At 4pm I show up as they are not answering thier phone now, and they told me car was rejected as it needed all 4 new brakes and rotars but never gave me a quote to get work done, just here you go.. Paid for bill and left To top it all off THEY HAVE A ROTTWEILER WALKING AROUND FREE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA , NOT CHAINED UP ATALL, SO I WAS TOO SCARED TO GO INSIDE , FOR A COMPANY TO ASSUME EVERY ONE LIKES DOGS IS TERRIBLE! I WILL NOT BE BACK AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD!

My boss got a motor swap in a CRV done at this location, it was put in poorly they disconnected the exhaust from the block ie: manifold witch is fine if you replace the gasket the reason for this is the bolts that go into the manifold from the flange were in a poor state didn't want to replace it for what reason I don't know. Two of the bolts into the block holding the transmission on where put in cross threaded which now it has to be tap and die. The Anti freeze looked like it was recycled a simple transmission swap turned into a nightmare as I had to remove both tranny and motor to make sure everything goes back smoothly and some of the bolts I removed felt like the weren't snug enough I will make sure anyone I know will consider going somewhere else

I had an alternater problem in my shuttle bus while on route from Nova Scotia to Ontario. Canadian tire would not offer assistance as the bus waz to heavy for their hoists. The Guys at Kellys agreed over the phone to check it out No excuses just a friendly "sure bring it in" When I arrived they opened the hood and checked the alterator out. It was faulty as I well knew. The phoned up the local supply shop and had a replacement bought in and replaced in less than 2 hours. They did it outside and had no need for the hoist to lift the bus it was all done through the top of the engine. Thanks guys You did great.
