Be Mindful - this is "First come First Serve" facility, NO Appointments! I went there in person this morning to book an appointment as any other "Civilized" Business but nope, they said they don't pre book. The person behind the desk had absolutely No Smile on his face, Didn't appear Welcoming and was very Blunt. Well business is doing good I guess LOL. I felt like I'm lining up for Charity. So be aware of this system , if you need their good services, come at 7am in the morning and line up, bring a blanket, chair and hot coffee while you wait there in cold :) I have been bringing my both BMWs and my Ford F150 truck for tire needs since the previous owners of this workshop because I live nearby, but they behave they don't know you and you are a complete stranger every time you go there. I believe a proper customer care management is desperately needed here. Well, I went elsewhere, got tire services done, it was walk in, felt welcoming, and best part, the price was ok too. Will I go back here, convenience wise may be, or may be not!

Fantastic place to solve tire issues. Knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and hard working. Large inventory. More than one retired local mechanic has sent me there. It's my go to place and now I send people there. I sometimes still shop around but seem to always end up back at City Tire. Thier proposal makes the most sense time after time. If you sense that they are really busy and not taking a break, offer to get them a coffee. They will really appreciate it. Good guys with good old school ethics. Easy to connect with. Love the place.

took my tire to be taken off the rims, apparently my tires were so bad it was useless and they threw it out and recycling truck came and picked it up. very convenient story. so what do i do now? i was going to sell the rims and keep the tires, now im without tires. they made the call to throw away my tires without my permission and with such quick speed recycle truck also picked them up. ALL WITHIN 3 hours... bravo!!!! just remember that these guys are "used tires shop" they will steal your tires and make up some B.S story. those were 255 40 R18 tires. they go for $100 each even when worn out.

5 stars well deserved to this shop! I had the unfortunate experience of receiving a flat on the highway, and managed to wrangle my way to this shop. I was greeted and attended to in a very efficient manner and was back on the highway in no time, I ended up getting a great deal not only on the tire that needed to be replaced but on the others 3 as well that were way over due. Definitely will recommend!

This is the best tire place probably in Ontario not only because of the service. They are honest hard-working and reliable. I was told by BMW that I needed my rims and tire replaced but I went to these guys for a second opinion and they saw nothing wrong with the tire and even showed me (while others will never visually show you) and only the rim needed replacement which they were giving me a killer deal for $350 for 4 used bmw rims while BMW was quoting me almost a grand for one rim. Hands down the best place.
