I needed two rear tires. What I seen was a group of three men hammering, wedging my brand new rims to oblivion. Dents and scrapes on both rims. I was also sold one disintegrated tire! Literally almost came off the rim; I’m fortunate it didn’t cause an accident. When this was brought to the attention of Charlie, he didn’t seems to care. BUYER BEWARE!

Charlie's tire sells new and used tires. They are a thriving shop and they are pretty efficient. I find they are always able to help you out in some way whether you just need 1 tire or 4 or more. Their prices are great and the fact that they have used tires and new is great. They only do tires and balancing so they are not pushing other stuff all the time like other shops that do other repair work in addition to tires. The guys there are very friendly and very knowledgeable and very helpful.

They did a great job on my tires but it was overall an uncomfortable experience. He took my invoice off my tires and proceeded to berate me for not purchasing from him. He does not advertise nor did I have any idea he existed until my friend suggested him. I did not appreciate having my intelligence insulted, having this man I do not know get in my face, nor do I appreciate his staff’s muttering behind my back. I will be taking my 2 other cars elsewhere.

My second trip to Charlies and great service both times. It is tire season right now. My brother in law is a service manager at a local dealer ship. They are still booking 3 weeks out for tire changes. I drove into Charlies without an appointment, had my summer tires remounted, installed and was done in 85 minutes including a coffee break. AND THEY USED A TORQUE WRENCH! !

I called this morning to price a particular tire which they did not have in stock which is understandable, however I was quoted a price for a brand new tire of $179. Same tire at ELITE is ONLY $94.00 WOW. I am so glad they didn't had the tire I wanted.

While driving through Fredericton on our "Across Canada" tour I noticed a tire issue on our trailer. We looked up tire stores on our GPS and three names came up. We decided on Charlies even though it was not actually the closest. When we arrived, at 2 minutes to 5, we found a lot plenty big enough to get out 56 Foot rig into. I spoke with Charlie and he had me move the trailer to where it could be worked on and the young fellows immediately got to work to change my tire. We were done in just a few minutes and while we were having the tire changed by one staff member, another grabbed a tire gauge and checked and adjusted the tire pressures in the other three trailer tires as well. Once finished, I was once again pleasantly surprised at the low price we were charged for this service right at quitting time. Thanks to Charlie and all his staff for extraordinary service right at the 5 o" clock bell!

Ive been going here for a few years for my car tires. Best prices in new Brunswick. The othere day though i had 2 ATC tires, 8inch rims and there was not a plot in hell that could switch over theses tires onto the rims. I called all around fredericton and they either said it would take a week or they couldnt do it ( theses are power sports stores im calling ) started griping to the wife " its a 10 min job and a easy 20 bux for any business " i finally thought id call charlies , maybe they can do it. They said yup bring it in, it will take 10 mins and 20 bux. So now i will continue doing my car tires here and also my power sport tires.
