"got a quote 585 replace oil pan on 4 wheel drive truck booked appointment took in truck mentioned minor play in steering column please look at got called 1 1/2 hour later so many things wrong steering about to snap, ball joints unsafe stopped work 2400 to fix all just do the work you quoted for oh I misquoted no parts so quote is almost twice as much 900+ and 2 days to get parts (gasket & oil pan) went to get vehicle attempted blackmail to get work done said legally obligated to" CALL POLICE IF YOU DRIVE VEHICLE AWAY" positive, 1/2 star for the smile he had on his face while trying to screw me " I took the vehicle to another mechanic he said there was nothing wrong with the ball joints and the play in the column was a minor fix. I thank Kal for putting something in writing here and I hope they did not lie about a filed a written report with the authorities because I will litigate. Just beware of these guys.

As an explorer, here's my spin... From phone call, greeting to changing tires, i was impressed on the flow. The place was clean and the first time seeing a pressure washer for the wheels and tire. They cleaned the wheels before working on it. Brushed the wheel studs. 2pm Thursday was a quiet time on my visit.

They use to be good. But for some reason they have gone to sh/+. They have tried to screw me when I bought new tires. I got an alignment from them 3 weeks ago and was told everything was good. Now when I got my new tires I got a quote for $3560 worth of work. When I mentioned to the sales guy I was told it's all good 3 weeks ago he said "well it was one of our tire techs that did the check. They're usually pretty good. I'll book you in to have a certified mechanic take a look." And they left my tires filthy dirty. And they put the weights on the outside of my rims. Every rookie knows not to do that

Woke up to a flat tire in ontario and needed to get to alberta quickly. They tried to patch my tire and couldn't and said it was free of charge and then hooked me up with 2 rear wheels that are perfect for a trip across Canada and perfect for peace of mind. Had a terrible experience here. Called in, confirmed they had my tire in stock there, dropped off my winter wheel, waited all day, and get a call saying they dont have the tire in stock. This is middle of winter and I'm forced to be driving my vehicle around with a spare summer wheel/tire. Extremely poor management here, if your computers are known to be wrong, then you'd think they would double check that they have your tires in stock before you dropped them off.

I was heading up to Kelowna from Vancouver last weekend and while I was on the highway I ran over something and my car made a really horrible noise. I left it at the side of the highway that night and stayed at a friend's place in Hope ad we were able to limp my car into town the next day. I got it to Kal Tire and talked to Kathy who was just finishing up with a customer. I explained my car was making this horrible noise and was hoping to get it on a hoist. They were busy, but she asked if I could replicate the noise on my car for her. I was able to and she thought maybe a rock was caught in the brake rotor or something. Despite how busy they were they got the car on the lift and the tech told me that some of my parking brake assembly had come apart, but they basically could gut it to get me home. They didn't charge me very much and my weekend was salvaged. Fantastic, small town service and everyone was a pleasure to deal with.

Don't waste your time with these guys. I had an issue with one of my wheel bearing on my trailer, they would give me any services, When I asked where else can I go, they said many places but I don't know there schedule. It is obvious that they don't want to help out of town people that are in need. Just horrible customer service looks like he didn't want to be there. Will not shop to any of those franchises anymore. Didn't show any compassion. Canadian tire understood my situation and looked at my trailer right away.

Dylan and his team did a fantastic job fixing a slow leek on my Tesla. They pulled out a small screw that looked like it had been in my tire for quite a long time but not long or deep enough to flatten the tire quickly. I was expecting a $100+ repair bill but Dylan presented me with the final invoice No Charge. Apparently I got the free service because I've bought tires from them in the past. Well now they are my #1 go to place for all things car related. Well done guys and I am so grateful for the quick and free service. You have my business for life!

Can't say enough about these guys. We hit some debris in the road while towing our 5th wheel. With a punctured tire on the trailer we limped into the place, only to have their tech realize that in addition to the punctured trailer tire, both front tires on the truck were also damaged. We sat in the air conditioned showroom, watched some Blue Jays ball, the kids had popcorn and then to top it all off, they sent us on our way without charging us a dime. What amazing service!

Got a flat tire driving the gravel road from Bamfield (fishing trip) on my BMW wirh run flats. Kal Tire took it off and determined it could not be repaired even to get home. I had a carload of frozen fish and a ferry to catch. The staff were friendly, courtious, fast and efficient. The manager sold me a used radial in good condition to get home. Total bill with installation and tax was $67!!! He could have asked for $167 and I would have paid it without a question. Great place! Thanks, gentlemen!

Went to have a valve steam replaced and tire filled. Drove the trailer home it sat for a few weeks and the tire was low again took it to another kal tire and they told me it didnt even look like the valve stem was replaced or like it was broken during installation. So now I'm paying for the same repair twice within 1 month

Very poor customer service. Scraped my tires after a tire change and didn't tell me. I came back right away when I noticed my old tires were not in my car. Finally when it was my turn and the guy who changed them explained that they were not drivable -which is fair, but at least explain to the customer that their tires are gone. I also asked for my brakes to be checked and when I asked about them he blatantly said they didn't get to it. I also noticed the men at the front were rude when speaking to other customers as well as myself. Not a pleasant experience, won't be going back.

I don’t ever write reviews and have typically had fine service from here, always booked my tire changes here but not sure I will moving forward. Booked my December 11th appointment back on November 15th to beat the crazy rush of this time of year and they cancelled my appointment via voicemail the day before. Called back and was told no one is able to come in to do the appointment so it is cancelled. When trying to reschedule as there was no accommodation or recommendations provided I informed them due to my work I am unable to have week day appointments from 8:30-4:30 and the person on the phone offered appointments during the week at the times I’m not available. Obviously frustrating as I can not make those times work and I am now left scrambling to figure out a tire change appointment elsewhere to ensure I can drive safely in this weather. Booked way in advance to avoid this and was not provided with doable options from them when the cancellation is on them at the end of the day.. Obviously things happen and I understand and it is super unfortunate but I at least expected them to work on options to get me in for when works for me to make up for it as I booked so far in advance.

I would highly recommend kal tire. I went here because I had a flat on the rear right hand side. The guy I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgable, he made the process super easy. The service was quick and luckily they had the right tire I needed so it was done that day.I wish I remembered the guy's name because he was awesome to deal with. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars.

I was advised by my warranty company to contact Kal Tire to assess the repairs I need and they would then contact the warranty company for approval. I scheduled an appointment for 8:00 am which I was on time for, still waited a hour before they even moved my truck in to look at it, couldn’t sit down and wait all the chairs had signs on them saying they hadn’t been cleaned (Covid restriction)and I’m an amputee so I had to stand (a total of 3 hours) at the end of the event I was presented with a list of over $1,500 in repairs they want to preform but nothing related to what I told them my main issue was and that was the VCT Solenoids. Was was never told that there would be a charge for the assessment as requested by the warranty company the Kal Tire is a approved service provider on the phone call when I booked the appointment or when I signed in at the location but I still was presented with a bill for $71.92. Very disappointed and as a note I’ve been in customer service for over 40 years and you ALWAYS tell your customer what its going to cost prior to doing the work, ALWAYS.

After topping up the air at the closest gas station we called Kal Tire on Kirschner - 30mins before they were due to close on a Friday. They welcomed us to zoom over, fixed us up, and then proceeded not to charge us. ‘A super quick fix’ on a Friday afternoon during ‘a challenging time for all’ - they said it was their pleasure to make it work. Kal Tire has been my 'go to' place for tires for years (more than twenty years). This was based on the small town service I received in places like Merritt, Lillooet and now Hope. Friendly staff that know you and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need to make you a happy customer that wants to return. The folks at the Hope store are no different. I was treated well and made to feel like I was the most important customer of the day. My disappointment lately has been with the larger centre outlets like Kamloops. Small town Hope picked up on errors made by the Kamloops centre's and then went out of their way to fix the problems and even compensated me with a discount to make up for Kamloops shortfalls. I am reconsidering my loyalty to Kal Tire because I now live in Kamloops and have been let down on more than one occasion.

They are ok as far as GP goes...... however expect a laundry list of "problems" to accompany any oil change. They are good, just run a bit of a fine comb over everything. If your ride is going to see a lot of remote clicks go for it, if its a car you hardly ever use I would hesitate to take it there.

Unbelievable first time visit. We are from out of town and have noticed a slow leak on our tire. Popped in without an appointment and within 30 minutes they had a screw removed our tires all torqued and filled. Then on top of that, they said. "No problem. This was just a little thing so it's on us today" That's right. No charge and great service. We were blown away. This was just an act of kindness for two people on the road. If we ever need some tire help in GP we will absolutely head there again.

Oct. 4, 2017 We ordered 4 winter tires and wheels along with tire pressure monitors from Kal Tire for our 2016 Tesla model S. They were installed last week and they look great. On Sunday we found a small issue with one of the sensors and Kal Tire corrected it early Monday morning and they work just fine. Picked up a screw in my tire, went in to Kal Tire but they were too busy for me. They told me I had to make an appointment for December. I'm a courier driver, I can't waste time making an appointment to put a plug in a tire that takes 10 minutes to do. They said they could put my spare on and I could leave the tire with them for a couple of days but that would take just as long as just or longer than putting a plug in the tire. Whenever this happened in the past garages have quickly done it while I waited. In the next few months I'm going to drop about at least $1,000 on new tires, thinking I won't go to Kal Tire.

Disappointed with my recent experience with Kelowna’s Kal Tire. I was in the market for some relatively inexpensive tires as I’m a student and this was my first car. I ordered some times from them, and was told it would take 10 days to come in, but I was the first person in town to get this type of tire; 12 days had passed and I called to check if they came in, to be told they won’t be getting the tires anymore and that the next available tire is $20-30 more each, which I just cannot afford. They didn’t have the courtesy to call me themselves and tell me, but instead waited 12 days for me to call. Would recommend elsewhere.

Had a slow leak. Went to Kal Tire to have it fixed. They took the screw out, took the tire off of the rim, and patched it from the inside. They did not charge for the repair. Was in and out within 1/2 an hour. Awesome service. I will definately be going back to to buy tire when I need them.

Kal Tire Kingston fixed a vibration in my vehicle that has been ongoing for over a year. I contacted Kal Tire for a second opinion as another repair facility did not fix the issue after two previous attempts and after 4 brand new tires. The local Kal Tire team scheduled me in within one business day and had me back on the road in under an hour with a simple wheel balance for all 4 wheels. This place is getting worse and worse every day and every minute. The prices are going up and the quality of the service and all car and truck related maintenance is just dropping. Sometimes I think that the mechanics DO NOT know what they are doing and a simple procedure for them is just being forgotten putting the owner of the car in a very tight and dangerous corner. It has become a (I don't care) scenario for the mechanics and the manager in this location.

Always have had good customer service here. They stand by their tire service and warranty program even when the tires were purchased at a different location. Pricing was very competitive and they do have an AMA discount. They were good at price matching competition pricing. They also support local community charities. The one thing that they dropped the ball on was at the time they were out of creamers for the coffee. During the peak season they do offer shuttle service and will try to accommodate you during the off season.

We have had terrible service here. Never had our car ready when they said it would be - in fact once I got a ride into Kingston from Amherstview for 6 pm (when they said it would be ready) and it wasn't done so I had to call a friend to pick me up and take me back home!! We purchased our tires here there last year. I had the summer tires put on and they charged me $80.00 storage. When my husband took our car in to have the winter tires put on, he paid them another $80.00 (not knowing I had already pd. $80.00). So first of all - the price is ridiculous!! The last place we bought our tires stored them for $50.00 PER YEAR!! Second, our car was totalled so we did not need the tires that were in storage put back on. Andrew, the manager, refused to give me a 2 month refund on my storage BECAUSE I WAS TAKING THEM OUT EARLY!!!!!!!!

Nice staff, fair prices, timely service. So why only two stars? I've had cars here three times, both mine and my housemate's, and all three times the lugs came back not only massively overtightened, but unevenly so. Obviously the techs don't care enough to attach the wheels to the proper torque specification. Checking with a torque wrench is basically meaningless if you've already overtightened the lugs with an impact gun! Not only is this practice lazy, but it's downright dangerous. The owners are opening themselves to a lawsuit down the road when a customer's wheel studs break while driving. You have been warned. Edit: Steve, the manager, called and expressed concern and said he has told his staff they have to do better. He has offered me a free mount and balance to make up for my poor experiences. He invited me to bring my torque wrench. I'll believe it when I see it, but at least he has accepted the criticism and said he wants to do better.

First off, the frustration and the horrendous experience has just left me in awe. I have never ever dealt with such difficult employees. My vehicle blew a tire on hwy 1, this was the closest tire store. I drive a BMW with Runflats and no spare. The driver of my vehicle has 2 more hours to go on his route. I specifically requested for RUNFLAT tires at the most affordable cost! Instead, KALTIRE HOPE decided to give me the "Cheapest tire" available which were NON RUNFLATS and installed it on the car and sent my driver off without confirming with me over the phone what TYPE of tires they installed. After receiving the car back, I realized they were not runflats. I called to have this fixed and CATHY (Hope Kaltire receptionist) decides that she dictates what actually happened and claims I APPROVED non runflats and wanted the CHEAPEST tire available. I escalated to Doug, Zone Manager and he offered me 50% of the invoice and specifically told me that I keep the tires. I agreed, he took my CC info down, my wife was listening to the entire call. 3 days later, I get a call back from the wonderful Cathy from HOPE to lecture me about how they are not in the business of renting out tires. This was at 7am! good morning to you too. Her exact words "Doug can not approve that resolution without my approval" and she refused to honor the zone managers solution. I called Doug back, left 2 VOICEMAILS!! NO call back. I am now stuck with 2 non runflat tires on my car that has NO Spare. I paid full price at $200+ a tire for what Cathy calls the "Cheapest" tire available at that time. She also threatened that she is willing to go to the "Court of Law" to defend her position. hahah and I should get a Lawyer. This is the kind of service you expect from Kal Tire guys, exactly just that. Save your hard earned cash and please please go elsewhere. They are not in the business of making things right but in the business of taking advantage and making the most money in the most unfortunate circumstances of people. I fully regret even choosing KAL TIRE and will never ever, I mean ever do business with these scam artists again. Especially HOPE location with Cathy acting like she owns the company. Horrible to say the least. I have escalated this to the "Regional Manager" and I have zero hope of this being resolved. **update** Zone Manager Doug calls me back and says he decided to back out of his resolution with me because Cathy convinced him that I was wrong. He decided not to update me this information and wasted my time chasing him down. He has also admitted error by offering me a $200 credit towards a new set of tires but still unwilling to honor his original offer. Unbelievable **update** Doug decides to call me back and honor his original offer after multiple back to back phone calls, rude treatments and wasted trips to Kal tire. I am relieved that there is still some interest in fixing this but I don't appreciate that I had to argue and fight for the same resolution I should have gotten a few days ago. Doug may have understood me and is doing the right thing but Cathy from Hope Kal Tire... WORST SERVICE ever and believe me, we are not finished. I have been in customer satisfaction industry for over 20 years and that treatment was simply disgusting.

After my original review, one of the managers there had called me and told me that for my inconvenience, they will not charge me mounting and balancing charges on my next set of wheels from Kaltire. I was like ‘great’, thank you. 6 months later I called My local Kaltire and they said I have no pending credit on my account. I called the Kal in Kenora and talked to one of the managers, Mr. T after listening to me said okay, let me set something up. Then he calls my local location and tells them something which basically means I am trying to be a free loader! I did not ask you guys for this courtesy gesture to begin with but promises are meant to be kept guys. This is sad and disrespectful, 70$ aren’t a huge sum, but disrespecting someone for it is pathetic. Original review which was a 3-star: “The customer service was exceptional but what I did not get was the option to change my wheels. I had bent rims and that just spoiled my drive from Kenora to Sault Ste Marie. They did tell me that I will get a shake but would I have been given the option to fix my problem then and there I would have ended up getting everything done there. I paid for balancing but now after a day I am paying for changing my wheels and mounting and balancing all over again. Which is kind of frustrating, I want to give 5 stars to the people but my problem did not solve which was the sad part.”

Experience has been going down hill for the last couple of years. No customer loyalty at all. I have been buying my tires & rims there for a few years now and love the fact they will switch them over for no charge. The trick is getting in. I called and have been told that "Sorry we do not make appointments for tire changes" so each morning I go in, drop off my car and it is never done at the end of the day. Today I was greated and told "Sorry you are 40th in line" Store had been open for 25 mins and the parking lot was almost empty?? Later today (3:50pm)I called just to see if the car would be done and I received another curt reply "Slated for 6pm. Sorry but you were 15th in line". Wait thought I was #40. Can't get 15 tire changes done in one day seems odd? I will try one more time tomorrow and if still not done, I will go elsewhere to buy my tires. Too bad, location is convenient but service is not so great.

On a recent trip to Alberta I got a flat tire on my Dodge dually. I limped into Hinton and went to Kal Tire. They did not have my tire in stock. They removed the tire. Put my spare on and put another on the old rim in case I had another flat. I was directed to a Kal tire that had the tire I needed. I was reimbursed for the tire I borrowed and was out the door with a new one. Total cost $45. Fantastic customer service.

I have a simple tire rotation scheduled today. After a 15 minute wait The technician came to me and said he was scared to strip my lug nut key so he would rather not do the rotation in fear of doing more damage than expected. I used my lug nut key myself to loosen the nuts and they did my rotation. They didn’t charge me and threw in a very nice Kal Tire Bluetooth speaker for my inconvenience. Great customer service and really handled the situation like professionals. They will surely get my business in the future.

I was thrilled by the service. I am from Victoria so I have done seasonal tire change in Victoria and I do mostly city driving. So I have planned to go Calgary for this long weekend with my friends and when I started from Victoria I have noticed that the car is shaking when ever I drove above 100kms. Since we don't have time in Victoria we went to Kaltire in Hope. I thought they might not do wheel balncing because I don't have any appointment. But the Customer service representative was so nice he understood our situation and took the car for wheel balancing. I was impressed by their service by the time I bought a coffee from near by MacDonald's my car was ready. They have done it in less than 30mins by understanding our situation. They have not even charged me anything since I have done seasonal tire change from Kaltire in Victoria, two months back. Because of their service this long weekend plan was not ruined. I will definitely use the Kaltire service in future again.

We buy all of our tires here for our fleet, they always give us great quotes on the highest quality tires and they are Super Fast and Super friendly. Customer service is amazing. Yes they are busy there (sign of a good shop) and sometimes you have to be a little patient to get your initial request in if your there in person, but I would never think of going anywhere else and I recommend them to everyone.

Called the store at 10 a.m. looking for help with a puncture in my SUV tire. The store advised a wait of approximately 2 hours. The staff were excellent, even though my tire was unrepairable they pulled out the spare, made sure it was inflated correctly, put in on my SUV and did so inside of an hour. They cleaned and dressed my tires, wrapped up my aluminum rim and got me back on the road, ALL with no charge! I normally don't review, but in this case the Kal Tire shop in Kingston deserves a big thank you. Thanks Dave and the shop staff!

Really happy with the service I consistently get from this shop. I originally went to store #680, the one on Leckie, since it is way closer to my house. They were extremely difficult to deal with, forgot about an appointment I made, twice, and were rude to me on multiple occassions. I will ALWAYS drive the extra bit to this location on Kirschner. I have always had really good service here. Be sure to call ahead to make an appointment. They are usually pretty quick when you bring car in next day to get tires retorqued. The parking lot can be a bit full at times and would prefer the hours were better on weekends and in evenings.

I am from Edmonton, and in August 2019 I was on my way down in my FJ cruiser from a 10,000 km trek up to Tuktoyuktuk and the Arctic Ocean - BRAND NEW set of Cooper ST MAXX 28tires from a local edmonton shop called "trail tire" (horrible tire shop... by the way) - Took a staple in the tire on my way down from the Dempster Highway and was filling it using my on board air compressor - knew my patch would be only temporary. Stopped in this FORT ST JEAN KAL TIRE, told them my situation, and the gentleman (I cant for the life of me remember his name, younger fellow, shorter/almost shaved head if i recall... Chris maybe?) waived the 40$ patch fee and patched it for FREE to get me back on the road. Had no other shop to go to, didnt even buy my tires from the brand (in fact Kal Tire doesn't even carry Cooper) And yet he got me back on the road, for free, and FAST. I want to thank you. And I hope the shops here in Edmonton that carry the Kal Tire Banner are as solid as this shop is run - thats honesty - knowing i was desperate they could have charged me anything and Id have paid. Thank you. And bonus, thanks for the little orange pouch to hold my lug nut key.

Got a flat tire just outside of Hope- drove in Kal Tire even though it was closed in hopes of lowering the call out fee. We got there, still on hold with the 24/7 line, and Ian and Cathy (manager) turned up. Not sure what for- but what they did went over and beyond their job descriptions. Not only did they help us change our tire (that had just been put on yesterday) but they put our summer tire back on the rim instead of using our spare tire- and gave an indication as to why our brand new tire was flat, and contact details to give to our original shop. Thank-you, immensely, for turning a stressful situation into a great act of kindness we will be sure to pay forward.

Just moved to the Kamloops area and was looking for a Kal Tire branch to replace my old location in the Lower Mainland. Took 2.5 hours for an oil change and new winter tires. No big deal, I'm a very patient guy. When I got into my 2016 truck 2 of my dirty summer tires were put in the backseat of my crew cab on brand new material seats with no bags on the tires... I moved the tires to the truck bed of my truck which would have been the optimal place for my dirty tires. I wouldn't have put those tires in the back seat of my worst enemy... I got over those 2 issues. I came back later that day to get my lug nuts re-torqued and when the technician asked for my wheel lock, I couldn't find it. I left it in the cup holder that morning for my tire install and it was nowhere to be found. 20 minutes of running around by multiple employees and a technician came back and said a wheel lock key was found by another customer in the parking lot and he thought it was mine. It was mine.. The technician obviously left it on my tire and it fell off as I drove out of the parking lot. Words can barely express how disappointed I am in the service I received at this location. I have worked in sales and service for many years and consider myself a very patient guy and give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this well exceeds the threshold of error I am used to. I really hope I can give Kal Tire another chance but I certainly won't be back to this location. It has taken a lot for me to post this review but I feel a duty to inform of this atrocity I experienced today.

I was on my way past Kamloops towards Peachland on the last leg of a 2,200km in 2 days trip when my front right brakes started making a noise. Your shop waa on my right. I pulled in. Talked with an employee, was told a technician would be right out. I hadn't even sat in the comfy chair before tech MASTER Marc came to greet me. He had my issue diagnosed, repaired and I was on my way in less than half an hour. After not sleeping for 2 days, my VERY long trip and trying to get home to my babysitter and young children, Marc was my saviour. To have peace of mind for the last 2 hours of my drive was PRICELESS. Fan for life.

First I took my vehicle to OK tire to get my out of province inspection done. They told me I needed to fix my rear brakes, reverse lights, a transmission mount, and put in washer fluid. I bring my vehicle back to them a week later with all the above things fixed. They told me their only tech was in the hospital...so I take my truck to Kal tire to get it inspected there. Kal tire tells me that I need 8 other things ontop of the things I already did, and wanted $1266 to fix everything, plus the $126 inspection. I asked them to show me all the things that were wrong. The mechanic couldn't prove to me that anything was worn or damaged. I fought with the store manager for half an hour until I finally just asked to have my key back. They kept the truck for another hour and a half. When the service rep finally came back with my key and file, they wanted me to pay them $126 or I wouldn't get my key. 3 other reps stood by me so I wouldn't make a scene or bolt out with my key. So they basically lied to my face about these repairs, then bullied me into paying the inspection fee. Went back to OK tire and they passed my truck. They found none of the problems that Kal tire did, and passed my truck as is. Kal tire are scammers!!!

I went to Kal Tire to get my winter tires put on. While they did that in a quick time frame, when I went to pick up the car, on my receipt they told me that my brakes would need to be changed asap as there was only 3mm left on the brake pads.. As i know someone who could do this for me, I went out and bought all the parts to get the brakes fixed, only to learn that the brakes are still just fine and have much more than 3 mm left on them . Very upset that Kal Tire is so sketchy and would tell customers that they need work done on their carsthat doesn't actually need to be done!

initial visit was good, problem solving skills lacking: had my new tires put on the rims and tires balanced, on my way home ( a 45 minute drive) steering wheel was shaking. Called to have the tires balanced again, so far all good, sometimes things happen. I made the appointment because i have a busy schedule drove 45 minutes and was 10 min early only to hear they were running an hour behind and i had to wait. I'm coming in for a second time so you can fix the problem that you created the fist time and now you have me wait an hour? no thank you, I will bring my business elsewhere.

I recommend this Kal Tire over any other tire shop in Kamloops. I have been to them all over the last 20 year of driving and I have had some pretty ridiculous experiences. Every time I go to this location they are prompt and honest and always knowledgeable. The best part is that every time I have ever gone there with a flat they get me in right away and they fix the flat for free (this time being a screw). Literally no charge for 30 minutes of their time. Just thought I would share because I felt that their superior service deserves some recognition! Five Stars
