Beware of this company. Terrible customer service and NO respect for clients. After 2 weeks of getting a kenwood deck stereo installed in my car it broke...and they acknowledged the stereo they installed seemed faulty so they "fixed it", within 2 weeks the stereo stopped working again. By this time I was moving to BC and was actually going to come all the way back to fort mcmurray for them to fix it and they kept giving me the run around. I kept getting told to take it to the manufacturer to get it fixed which would require me to take the deck out myself which if I knew how to do that I wouldn't have had to go to a company to install one for me. Any reasonable company would replace the broken product they sold me and deal with the manufacturer directly. No remorse, not even an apology. I've never asked for a refund I just wanted a working stereo In my vehicle. Now I'm left with no radio, so I drive in silence. Ridiculous. Please consider this before you go to this company.

Nice and polite staff, had them do a remote start and a touchscreen unit put in my truck and was very pleased with the quality. I will be back for any other upgrades I decide to do that's for certain.

Great service comes with great experience and they have it both. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the skill set and knowledge is exceptional. Great place to go if your looking to customize your ride.

Needed an accessory to program remote start for car. They said they have it but "didn't feel like looking for it right now and to call back Monday". Terrible customer service provided that it's -40 out. Found the part online in Ontario, will never shop here again. They also never bothered to call when the first part we ordered came in.

Zero Stars! Zero customer service! Zero quality! 10 hours to get a new set of tires installed! Drove car home and parked, one of the tires went flat in less than 2 days. Asked me to bring it back to shop, so removed the tire and brought it back. They poured washer fluid on it on the sidewalk and told me the tire was fine. Was told I could leave it with them, but they didn't know what they were going to do with it. Asked them to re-bead and check valve stem - it couldn't be anything else. Told me they couldn't do that. Ended up paying a mobile tire company to come re-bead and change the valve stem. The rim wasn't cleaned prior to installing the new tire, that was the problem causing the slow leak. I was a repeat customer, but will never be back.

Wish there was a no star option as I've had nothing but problems with these guys. Picked up vehicle after having a lift installed that took 3 days to complete a 6 hour job plus mount and balance tires all could be completed in one day. Was informed they ordered a part wasnt charged but also never told what was replaced and why. Damage to rims from the mount and balance. Will never be returning or referring people to this business.

Will never go back or refer this place to anyone. They are nice enough people but their customer service is trash cant focus on one customer at a time, the shop is an absolutely mess dirty as it gets no organization it looks like u walked in to a house in new orleans after katrina. Super slow doing work. Low end products inexperienced staff. Each of my wheels were off over 3ozs after a balance. Save your self the head ach and go some where like fountain tire matt and randy on mackenzie blvd know how its done they could learn a thing or 2 from them.
