Professional staff that is friendly and informative. I got an out of province inspection. Will be back again. Just be aware that on Google maps it may take you to the wrong location. The correct address is 165 MacDonald Crescent. If you start heading towards Mac Island you are headed in the wrong direction.

I phoned Shamrock yesterday to inquire about service because I recently heard they were on the radio and put on a BBQ for the town. I phoned and the gentleman who answered the phone was nice. I explained I needed my alternator belt tightened. He then put me on hold and then I received a mechanic on the other end . I tried to explain to him that I recently put in a new alternator myself and that I need the belt adjusted because its squeaki....I KNOW IT'S SQUEAKING he boldly replied. He then tried to chide me for putting my own alternator in myself. I immediately ended the call and guess what...I opened my own car MYSELF tonight and I have tightened my own belt MYSELF!! :) Learn how to talk to people with respect. I won't be going to this business for anything

Have to say what a great bunch of people - didn't try and rip me off. I had been warned by dealer in Edmonton I needed brakes and tie rods - I didn't have the $$$ so decided to risk waiting. When I got work in Fort Mc I took my car in for a service and the boss at Shamrock showed me that there was no need to do the work the dealer told me about now or even anytime soon. 3 months and 15,000 KM later I just had another check over for winter - still no need to do those repairs.

The best service I have ever encountered in my life. Very friendly. They are talkative. I don't get the feeling that i'm treated like a number. Weyher it is in the main shop or the BODYSHOP or the tirecraft next door, all under the same owner. My pick up is getting old and guess who will see me around over and over..

Within the last 2 years, I had to bring my vehicle back to the shop 3 times to fix for the same exact issue. Sounds like a simple fix but had to go back 3 times, not impressed. The price is only fair if it is one time fix. But going back 3 times and each time cost $600-700, it is not good.
