NOT Satisfied with their work - We have taken our car at their shop for the only thing which didn't work, respective air conditioning repair. It was fixed, but different warning lights start to flick on the board right after. Instead to hook the car to the computer for a diagnose, they told us we have to replace a relay. We wait for half week for the the relay to be shipped in town and installed, and when we thought everything is fixed and good they told us a clockspring needs replacement (I was wondering why they didn't tell us first time about this, as well). This time the wait for part arrival and install was more than a week. After the second warning light "repaired" we just paid and took the car to a different shop in town. The third light has been fixed in less than an hour with just a simple computer reset.
Relationship with Client & Communication - Terrible - If you want to feel like they are doing a big favor to you by repairing your car at their shop, go for it.
Instead of acknowledging it was the shop error while repairing AC, they tried to push on us, saying we drove with all the warning lights on.
Don't believe when they tell you that the repair is quick and you will have the car next day. When you call next day to find if you can take the car, they tell you that the part is not in, or that they will call you when the repair is done. After another two days, you call in again, and they are upset why you call instead of wait, and so on. But the worst part is their attitude and the way how they talk with you...i even apologized few times because i dare to call and ask about my car,,,,
Poor service, poor communication, poor attitude - I will definitely NOT recommend them to anyone!
