My family has been going to the Lamb's for longer than I can remember. They are always fair and genuinely care about their customers. I've never had a reason to go anywhere else. They are the best in town as far as I'm concerned.

Unproffessional service. Had service truck in for exhaust work, the welds were horrible and full of porosity, hack job mount were made to hold the stack to the body, they parked it in a storage lot and the battery was dead when i went to pick it up, so asked them for a boost, the old technician came out to boost with a boost pack, it wasn't charged enough, he grumbled n picked up a paid of booster cables, that we had to put on our other truck to boost ourselves.

I had a for experience here. I had to bring my Lexus in to get checked for my transmission fluid and possible problems relating to that. They took me in right away, the price was way more reasonable than half the other places I had asked. On top of that they kept it for another day to actually run a more diagnostic check for me to see what was really wrong, with no additional charges. Recently came to fort max and haven't been able to try other mechanics out, but now I don't need to!

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I thought I'd support a local shop and get some exhaust work done I am more than capable of doing it myself being a red seal mechanic however i didn't have the time so I brought my truck in to get new mufflers installed and they stole my catalytic converters. Engine ran perfectly fine before, now I obviously have a check engine light on. I confronted the mechanic and he proceeded to tell me that I didn't need them and tried to explain to me how the O2 sensors worked...... I then told him how they work and told him that I am a red seal mechanic myself then he started to stutter and changed his story trying to say they were rotten and not salvageable. I did not receive a call and did not authorize for that work to be done. So if you want to get robbed bring your vehicle here.

Good work and friendly staff. Got my old truck in and out in the same afternoon. Gave both a 'replace everything' and a ''practical repair' quote. Nice that they gave me alternatives to choose from.

Got ripped off!! Paid for new pipes n cut out cataylic converters but they just drill holes and welded the old krap together.. Bad mistake!!!

A week after paying $4200 to get my vehicle in good working order I was heading to Edmonton with my 5 year old and dog to take my wife to a medical appointment and the vehicle broke down in Grassland in the middle of a record breaking heatwave. I am not happy.

The business is now called "lambs Mechanical" - same number. I brought in a 2006 honda civic that needed exhaust repairs. there wasnt many options via google and i was hesitant because of the one star rating. i brought the car down and they quickly inspected and quoted me a reasonable price. when i asked to book a time they said they were free and it could be fixed in 45 minutes. They replaced a section of failed exhaust with new pipe and i paid what they quoted me. honestly the best and fastest service i ever experienced in fort mcmurray over the last 14 years. wanted to recommend them.

The only place I trust in Fort McMurray! As a woman, it's always a little scary taking a car in for repairs, but I trust Lambs 100% and never worry about getting ripped off or overbilled. I cannot recommend them enough. Amazing friendly staff, and quick turnaround on repairs!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Went in to change 4 oxygen sensors and a tie rod. When I went to pick up my car there was a 3 inch tear on my passenger leather seat. I let them know before I left of my finding, it’s not difficult to spot it since my interior (was) immaculate. They told me that they had no business being on the passenger seat therefore it wasn’t them. Basically they said that I was lying, I spent over $1500 for repairs at that garage and I came out spending more than that as I had to buy a complete new seat. I would not trust this garage, first and last time I give them business.

good mechanics and fast service; however, they will park your car in a ditch yard full of junk next to their shop and end up scratching your car and get so defensive if you bring it up. good mechanical service very bad human interaction. they should really reconsider who they hire; a polite professional staff goes a long way and its clearly they dropped the ball there.

This place is horrible! Stole 2 parts from my boyfriends skunk 2 kit and said that the 2 parts weren't in there when we clearly looked through the box before we went and the 2 parts were there. so they had time to look through the boxes but said they didn't have time to work on the car. They parked it outside and left it with the hood half open. When we confronted them they wouldn't give us any information or explanations.

Got bent over for 1500 dollars to have a pressure line on my power steering replaced(The part itself costs 150 at napa). 2 days after installation the line blew. Determined to not bent over again I decided to do the repair myself. Take the pressure hose off the truck and there is a xacto blade score down the hose where it failed. Swapped the line out myself and would you imagine that its working fine now. Wont be going here again.

So I am very disappointed with lambs. Bought a new audi rs5. Wanted some exhaust mods done. Called them and was talking to her 3 times before I actually took my car down. Told her I wanted the 2 resonators deleted and a x pipe installed. I go down after work to get my car. I look in the truck because I told her I wanted the resonators kept. In the trunk I find a muffler. So they didn't do anything like I asked. Very disappointed. Will never go back. I called her back and shes like god I told them what you wanted done. So shes like I'll get back to ya and never did.

Rude ignorance and just plain unqualified mechanical knowledge.After going inside and asking for a card to google review service mechanics reached out and tried to help with this issue.

They welded the bottom half of my exhaust so when you looked under it looked welded. I pulled my wheel to do my brakes and seen a 1in gap around 60% of the exhaust pipe. This place is a joke. The shop I took it to said this is a normal job from these guys. Wouldn't want them to even look in the direction im driving let alone touch my car.

Took my 2011 Toyota Tundra in for a starter replacement. Brad and Kim were fantastic. Gave me a fair estimate prior to starting the work. The work went better than expected and they took 1 hour labour off of the bill. Professional and quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone!
