I don’t know what I can say to this place. First, they are really expensive, they are more expensive than a BMW 4s shop, It’s first time in my whole life to meet a mechanic labor is $176 per hour, which is almost reach my whole day payment. Second, I was trying to fix my car, but they asked me to deposit money first, sounds like I cannot afford the $800 costs, this is the most weird part in my whole life, I never went to a shop pay first to let them fix, I didn’t see this kinda business at all. Third, my coolant fluid is leaking a little bit, but when they did the inspection, I told them I had a bottle special BMW coolant fluid ($80 bucks) in the trunk which they can use, and I already refilled the coolant to max, but they still feel like they’re pretty smart, so they refilled regular cheap coolant fluid, probably 15 bucks per bottle, and they refilled over max level, so it almost ruined my whole freaking coolant system. I’m glad that I decided not to fix the car here and I’m going to drive back to 4S shop and check it out if they ruined the coolant tank or the whole system, they need take the responsibility.

I had an AC unit repaired at MXC. Its a complicated fix which rips apart the entire dash to access the evap unit. They did an excellent job at a fair price and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Colleen always friendly and the staff are quite knowledgable.

Great Family Owned Business Friendly and efficient service, MXC / Infinity Automotive had my wheel bearing ordered, received, in the air, tire off, changed bearing and tire reinstalled in a total of 1.45 hrs. The shop portion to the work took 20 mins!

I thought I would drop a line to counter the criticism's recently posted. I went to MXC because they specialise in 4x4 vehicles and they have done extensive work on my LJ Rubicon over the past 2 years. I cannot fault them for any of the work completed. They were at pains to explain what the work was going to entail and to give me a quote upfront before work was started. Yes, shop rates are high; but shop rates are high everywhere in this town. However what matters most to me is having the job done right the first time. Thank you.

Good service with knowledgeable people at the counter and prices on parts are fair. I find quite frequently that the parts are always later arriving than you're told though. 1 day is 3 or 3 days are 5-6 etc. In my experience it's usually this way. I would've gave 5 stars but I find it annoying to consistently be inaccurate about delivery times

A few years back had them install an airbag system, which failed in a couple of months, when went back to get warranty work, was told not there fault as was install improper (THEY INSTALLED IT). Do not recommend them at all, zero stars

I bought a tonneau cover from them and they said that they would not drill any holes in my box liner except for two near the front corners but they did anyway. Several small holes, (13) were drilled not only through the liner but the steel box itself. They lied to me and deceived me.
