I was recently shopping around for a levelling kit instal and new tires for my Ram. Mack-Lee gave me the best quote (by far) and honoured the quote! My truck looks awesome and I am beyond impressed with service I received. I would highly recommend Mack-Lee to anyone looking for mechanical needs!

I swear Ashley has a magic wand somewhere. We called a few mechanics to fix our dead battery. It was almost the weekend and no one can do it. Ashley managed to get us the battery within a couple of hours. We waited for AMA to get the car towed to her workshop and they appeared almost 1.5 days later. Ashley communicated directly with AMA on our behalf and the car was finally towed to her workshop on Sunday afternoon. Throughout the 3 days, Ashley was very professional, patient and pleasant to deal with. She kept us updated and delivers what she promised. Her rates were reasonable as well. I would totally recommend this company. Thank you Ashley and team!

My husband's a long haul trucker and needed a loader boosted on his trailer and was more than willing to pay for the service. However, the people here were super friendly and didnt charge us a red cent! If we ever have mechanical issues coming through fort Mac this is definitely the place well be coming back to! Very helpful, professional and courteous people. 11/10 recommend

They take care of our fleet vehicles so well, I bring my personal vehicle here now too. The Staff is great, they are good at explaining to ya whats wrong and why you need to have it fixed. Had my truck looked at by three other mechanic shops in town and none of them could figure out my miss fire/rough running welding truck. Took my truck to mack lee mechanical as a friend of mine recommended. The mechanic came for a test drive to show him what was going on with the truck. After a diagnosis of the vehicle Brent found out the issues. Finally my truck is running great with no check engine light on the dash as well as a great installation of a new exhaust system. I'd also like to thanks Ashley that was very professional and great with calling and emailing updates. I would not take my truck anywhere else then mack lee mechanical. Thanks! I originally went into a major dealership in town. I was double charged for a diagnostic and the problem was not fixed after multiple attempts and days without my vehicle. After a huge diagnostic fee which was double what I agreed upon they gave me a huge quote to fix. I brought my vehicle straight over to Macklee Mechanical and it was fixed within 1 day and for half the quotes cost from the dealership. I am VERY happy with their service and they have earned a customer for life. Definitely recommend this business.

Don’t usually write reviews, but they deserve one. Took my challenger there because I had some belt squeal and I couldn’t tell where it was coming from. I walked in with no appointment or call beforehand. Sam, who I believe runs the place, came out and took a look at my car right away to see where it was coming from. I popped the hood, and she removed her keys and stuff from her pockets so she didn’t scratch the paint, which right away shows they care. She noticed that a vent going into my intake had fallen out and it didn’t have a rubber grommet in there, so she went and grabbed one and put it in without me even asking for it. The diagnosis and rubber grommet probably would have cost me a couple hundred elsewhere, but i paid nothing for it. She found where the noise was coming from and had parts in the next day. I got an inspection done as well. Service was fast, professional, and you can tell they care about your vehicles. I will not be taking my car anywhere else but here.
