I was with my friend that owned Hines Health Services and her mobile testing van was having problems getting started - cold winter day of course. I passed Willies number over to her and he picked up on the first ring. This was impressive because this was after working hours and Willie made a point of opening the shop back up to help out my friend. If you are looking for someone who's got your back Willie is a great guy to to business with.

Been here a few times and always happy with the service! Bought tires here, balancing, had a flat tire repaired once and they only charged me for the patch because they weren't 100% sure if it would hold (but its still holding a year later).

Don't bring your motorcycle tires here! They changed a tire for me and bent my brake disk. I went there twice and owner owner wasn't there and would not call me. The guy that changed my tire even admitted to wrenching on my brake disk when changing the tire. Poor service and no respect for customers.

After taking advise from a family member to use willies tire for the purchase of new rims and tires and have new shocks installed (shocks that i purchased myself)on my truck. The truck went in to get the shocks installed as the tires and rims needed to be ordered(i was told it was a one day delivery on the tires and that i had to put a down payment on...long story short one day turned to two,two then it turned into a week and then realized they ordered the wrong size tire 18" instead of the 20" i needed and that it would take another week for delivery, thats when i politly ask for my refund which i got)back to the shocks, 650 dollars later my truck and i were on the way home, on that drive home i had a loud knock coming from my front driver side tire which i investigated upon my arrival home and thats where i realized that one of the nuts holding the shock had a quarter inch gap causing the truck to viberate like something crazy at 80km per hr and the nut was hand tight, yes thats right hand tight it Could have been a very bad situation if i had been rolling down the highway. I do have a video that i would like attach to this review of me tighting the bolt/nut but this page would not let me attach it. I will never bring any of my vechiles /company or recommend anyone to get their vechile worked on at silly willies tread pro tire center.

Brought my car there to get tires changed over and the people there are friendly and great people ..i will continue to bring my vehicle there.always busy at willies and i very much appreciate how they always fit me in ..thx guys ..
