Went too then early morning after having selfishly put off my own repairs and they were able to order in parts after diagnosing within minutes and had my car ready to go for me the next day ahead of schedule. Excellent attention to detail meaning they knew exactly how to deal with me for the best one on one experience. Amazing staff above all. 5/5 definitely recommend in Fort McMurray, cheap too.

This place is definitely true to the reviews. I called to make an appointment the next day. Left my vehicle and they quickly figured out the problem. Called me when they found out the problem and gave me a price I was happy with. Got my car back within 4 hours. My car is as good as new. Definitely will be visiting again for any vehicle needs.

Showed up at 3pm on a Saturday, 3 hours till they closed and they were busy. I use my truck for work so I desperately needed to find out what was wrong with it and have it running for Monday. Moe and his guys squeezed me in, diagnosed my truck(front axles and bearings needed to be replaced) and they got it done that day. Even stayed a little later to do it. Was such a relief and I couldn't be more grateful for them doing that for me. Fairly priced too. Thanks again!!!!!!

Awsome people here, moe and his guys got my car all fixed up, he dealt with the warranty company and got whatever he could covered for me. What couldn't be covered was a very fair price, and hes the only company in town my warranty company deals with, which in itself told me hes good. All in all only shop I'll go to now if I need any work done while I'm up here.

I have been going to diagnostic for 4 years and they have always treated me great. I have compared prices with many places in Fort McMurray and find them fair and sometimes even below average in prices. I have never had an issue with their customer service, their honesty in quoting or the quality of work done. I have sent several friends to Diagnostic because often Fort McMurray mechanics can be outrageously priced with poor customer service or quality work. All of my friends leave very satisfied. I recommend Diagnostic to anyone looking for a friendly and fair mechanic.
