Another great visit to Tire Mart. Change winter tires over to summer tires. As usual, always friendly and ready to help. One tire sensor was showing low tire pressure after the tire change. The guys checked it right away and checked my tire pressures.

Came in with a screw in my tire not leaking, asked them to remove the screw to see if it was leaking. They refused to do so, brought my truck into the shop and after putting the truck on the hoist and removing my wheel they found the tire was not leaking and charged me $26.73 and also now needs the tire retorqued and I live out of town. A lot of expense and 45 mins wasted of my time for a 2 min repair.

Absolutely terrible service. George was very unprofessional and told me not to irritate him. Assumed my car was drop off and didn't even ask me if I was waiting around for it. Called several times, didn't get back to me about it. I went down to pick it up because it wasn't finished.

Fast and Friendly service. I arrived as a new customer who needed a oil change & lube. I was welcomed and taken in right away. I sat and had complementary coffee and watched the news on the large TV. The car was ready and I was back on the road in about 30-40 minutes from handing the keys over at the desk. Highly recommended as a first time customer.

Recently had my Cobra back in to have a look at a leak in the rear. I provided some parts thinking it might be related to some wear in the driveshaft flange. When I picked the car up George said no charge and didn’t need the parts I supplied. So I returned them. He said because my car was in for some work on the rear last year they would cover it. Can’t do better than that !! He explained the issue and gave me the keys. Would definitely recommend Tire Mart and I will be a return customer. In the past few months I had a performance clutch installed and my rear differential repaired on my '03 Cobra at Tire Mart. I had nothing but top notch service from them. George explained what work would be performed and provided me with updates through the repairs on both occasions. There were no surprises !! His knowledge of my car and his attention to detail gave me great comfort. Prior to repairing my rear differential, I asked if he would ride with me to diagnose the noise I heard in the rear. Before we were out of the parking lot he knew what it was !! I told him I couldn't even hear it yet lol !! The rear is whisper quiet now. The clutch I had installed is performing equally as well. From the first time I let it out it has been silky smooth with no chatter. I will not hesitate to use them again and would certainly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. They are honest, friendly and do great work !!

Been dealing with these folks for a while now and always been happy with their service. Their warranty is fantastic for tires. Recently punctured mine driving, went in and had it taken care of within an hour at no charge to me.
