Once I paid for my winter tires/rims, I was told they would be ready for install within 2 days. That was 8 days ago and I still can't a straight answer has to when they will be ready. I am away from home working and the other driver is almost 9 months pregnant.

Broke 4 studs on my trailer when I went in to get 2 tires changed. They blamed it on my studs being too long, even though the 3 other shops I went to before for tire changes had no problems with it. They told me there was nothing they could do to help, was glad to accept full payment, and then sent me on my way with a broken trailer. They did more damage than good and showed no remorse. Would not recommend.
