I got my snow tires changed here on October 10, 2020 (Invoice #27501 - dated October 9, 2020), only to find that a bolt had not been installed and that another bolt had not been installed properly when I took it to the dealership after hearing a noise coming from the right side tires, and experiencing some shaking infrequently when going over bumps.

I phoned them first to book an appointment and even asked for a quote over the phone because I wanted to make sure they were okay with stretching 215 tires over 8.75" width wheels. When I showed up, apparently no appointment was in their system but they apologized for their mistake and took me in right away anyways. This was also during the busy season when everyones scrambling to get winter tires on. Great customer service. However, I driving home I noticed something was off. I checked tire pressures to find that the fronts were pumped to 28psi, the rear driver side was 35psi and the rear passenger side was 40psi.

I got new winter tires for an excellent price and my all seasons were nicely bagged and put away into my trunk. First time buyer be careful. Purchased 4 winter tires. Paid $900. And he sell me tire which were 1 winter used. Would not recommend to anyone. Went to my mechanic he checked all. I am not talking about 1 winter tire, (of course it's impossible that 1 got extra used then other 3)) 4 of them were used for 1 winter as all of them were marked when mechanic swap the tire they mark the tire as LF(left front),LR,RR,RL. Disappointed with fact that paid lot of money and got used tire.

Their word and their appointment times are just placebos to make people feel good at the moment, but the reality is, they don't stand by either. Very disorganized, I was still waiting at 1pm for my 11am appointment, I could hear the staff searching for keys, unsure who was next, there was no process. If you are looking for a decent price for tires and rims, and don't mind waiting a few hours, this is the place for you. If your time is worth something to you, and you don't want to spend the day in a garage waiting area, go anywhere else.

I just got rims and tires put on my Acura RDX by Z-Racing in Mississauga. The visual appeal inside the store is phenomenal, the service was excellent especially when dealing with Sam and the mechanics, and the quality of tires and rims were exactly what I wanted, which was perfection. They did it all for a great price, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They were very quick doing the service for me, and even offered to put one on my car to see if I liked them before they put the rest on, and before I purchased them. These guys are excellent. I purchaced new rims on Saturday got home and noticed the back rim was bent in. Called Zracing ASAP and the response I got was very pleasant “ come in we were settle it” wow what companies do that these days. These guys replaced my rim on Thursday morning no questions asked. Unfortunately the price they wanted for the Conti tires pushed my budget out the door. Stoped by here randomly as I was looking for a set of rims and tires with a tight timeline. The guys working the front desk were helpful and professional. They were able to find a set of rims and tires for me and put them on within the same day as I had to go out of town that same day. My only suggestion is if you’re buying rims you plan on keeping for a while, spend some extra money and avoid the replica rims. One of my replicas got paint chipped from Just normal highway driving within only a few hours. Not a reflection of their business. I would shop here again.

I went to pick up a set of wheels for my BMW and was planning to pick up the same tires they offered at a big box store. I asked them about pricing and they beat out the big box store by a large margin and offered to do the install right there as I waited. I ordered a set of wheels and rims but I had to cancel it next day due to an issue with my car and aftermarket wheels which results in wrapped rotors, so the manufacturer void any warranty on the brakes. Brought in my own tires to have them mounted and balanced on my Ram 1500. Price was great for 20" tires, they were reasonably quick (waited about 30 mins for them to complete, and the tires were mounted and balanced to my satisfaction. However, I was not impressed with what I found inside my vehicle. I told the technicians my wheel lock was in the back seat, driver side under seat storage. When I opened the doors to my backseat, I found two prominent grease marks on backseat upholstery indicative of someone grabbing my seat to lift it up (on both the passenger and driver side). I understand that garages and tires can be greasy and oily, but I expected more respect and care to be taken of my property. I would be hesitant to come back or recommend Z Racing.

How do I start? I live an hour and forty minutes away in Borden, I drove all that way to deal with zracing. The manager is very professional and sells great high quality products for a ridiculous price. I got quoted $1674.00 for a set of rims from ok tire! Called up zracing, they gave me the exact same rims PLUS tires, lug nuts, hub rings, tire installed on rims, balanced, and installed on my car for $1500. Nothing beats zracing. NOTHING. I went here to get my all season tires installed and balanced. Called in at 9:30 am and they asked me to bring my car. Sam was very courteous and professional (as were everybody else working there). I was in at 10:30 AM and out at 11:00 AM. Their shop is clean, (and they have assorted rims on display). They have a small lobby to wait until the work is completed. They clearly communicated over the phone how much it would cost- and the cost was pretty competitive (their quote was actually the lowest among the shops I had called for pricing). I would definitely be using their services in the future and also would recommend them to my friends and family.

Perhaps the best service regarding rims and tires I've ever experienced. Bought 4 new rims. The price was great but it's not the price that sets these guys apart. The service was exemplary from the initial test fit to installation to purchase, I was shocked at how quick, skilled and wonderful to deal with these gentlemen were. The best part, in my opinion, was the knowledge and the care. I learned more about why my old rims vibrated in 30 seconds talking with these guys than in a year of googling. Finally, the rims look spectacular on the car, they threw in black lug bolts to match which is an incredible touch!!! On the ride home, the vibration was gone, the car's never been this smooth. Thank you so much guys!!!! I will recommend you to everyone I know!

We've had good experiences with them before, except for our most recent visit. We ordered tires and was given an appointment for installation a week after the order was placed. Came our appointment day, we showed up and was told that the tires have not arrived. I am aware that it wasn't their fault that the delivery was delayed, but the LEAST they could have done was to give us a call to inform us. We just wasted time and gas!!!

You have to buy your own torque wrench and double check them, because even on their invoice it says they don't promise the tires are secure and you have to torque them yourself. I have had many cars & countless experiences with dealerships and after market dealers for all things car related and nobody has ever impressed me the way this place has. They were awesome. Their rims & tires are competitively priced vs competitors in the GTA and his rims are actually way nicer. I bought rims/tires late in season & they didn't have many options left as it relates to the wheel caps - I didn't like the basic wheel caps so Sam (owner) said he'd order me the Audi caps & call me when they arrived. He kept his word, called promptly when they arrived in store, and changed out the caps no dramas. If I had ONE "complaint" it's that their phone lines are busy at the start of the season but if anything, this is just a strong testament to how good they are! Everyone is going here for their rims/tires so if they weren't busy, you should be worried!!! They will be kind and helpful when they speak to you and you'll be glad you went to ZRacing.

He had just got into the car scene so he wasn’t very knowledgable on rims and tires but EMAD I think his name was great! Very patient, enthusiastic, and knowledgable! Emad took the time to look at pictures of his car and bounce off some great ideas. Ensured the vehicle looked great but also brought out proper safety and care, ensured what type of driving he does and the road conditions as he works construction. Found the right tires, not too low profile and enough to have a sporty feel and made sure it handles well. Just took every step of the way and went ABOVE and BEYOND! Great service and store. I'd highly recommend buying wheels and or tires from these guys any time. They were able to fit me in same day and get my new wheels mounted and balanced and out the door in about an hour. The guy at the front desk was patient with me while I narrowed down my decision from 3 different choices and even showed me examples of the same wheel on another car to give me an idea of what they might look like. Upon driving home I noticed the car was shaking at highway speeds. I gave them a quick call to see if they could still fit me in to rebalance and despite coming in 15 minutes before closing (on a Friday night) they still got me in and rebalanced my wheels.

A couple days later I contacted them to specify a time for installation and I was advised that the price was now $75 more. Once a deal is made, it should be honored. Put a deposit over the phone to guarantee your rims and tires are in when you need them. Found these guys through kijiji, and stopped in to get a price on winter rubber and rims... not only did they quote me lower than 3 other local tire shops, they offered a far better winter tire for my money. I like that they take their time with the customer, and that each customer service rep has a screen or iPad to show the customer the available choices for tires and rims. This make the whole process very transparent; there are no ‘secret’ prices. It’s also great to see the rims on the screen, and to be able to scroll through the multitude of choices. The showroom is clean and bright, and has a huge selection on display. I was concerned that the offset on the rims I’d chosen may be too aggressive and impact handling in a negative fashion, so Sam had the guys put two on my car to test fitment and ensure I was completely happy. I pre-ordered and had the set installed today - the shop is very prompt, and I was in and out in 10 minutes! Highly recommend - and I will be returning for all my tire and wheel needs! Thanks to Awan for all his patience and good advice in helping me choose the right outfit for my vehicle! A+++++++++

I visited Z racing for the first time two years ago, back in time it was hard to get someone to pick up the phone. However, the price has always been very competitive comparing to competitors. They give you all-in quote Including tax, labour, etc. I refered them to my family and a friend, all are satisfied especially for the price. I visited them again recently, I can notice the improvement in services. Now they pick up the phone and tell you to hold instead of having their phone line always busy. They ensured my car is clean by placing extra tire bags under tje taken-off tires (Which they didn't do it when my parents visited last year). They also installed matte bolts for a free of charge, or perhaps they just come in together with the rim. Wait time also got better, took less than 30 mins while I waited for almost an hour last time.

Everyone beware of this place. I came in yesterday for a simple job, have my tire valve stems replaced, but left with damages to my vehicle that’s going to cost me a minimum of $1,000 to fix or thousands to replace. I had to get stems replaced on only 3 wheels and all of them are heavily scratched around the entire lip, to the point where I can see the base coat on my forged wheels. I also have many scratched on be face of be lip from the tool they use to left the tire off of the wheel. Additionally, the area where the lug nuts go were heavily scratched, as the torque wrench and whatever socket they used was too big. One one of my wheels, their torque wrench dug so deep into my wheels, it went through all the layers of paint and down to the bare forged metal. I now have a deep gouge on my wheel and a piece of my wheel essentially missing. How someone is able to go so deep into forged wheels is insane. Not to mention that I recently got my calipers and rotor heads painted silver. One one of the rotor heads, they carelessly put the wheel back, which ended up scratched off the paint that was applied. I had the procedure done to coat and protect my calipers and rotor heads from rusting during rainy and winter months. I was also told while trying to remove the tire valve stems to one of my wheels, they somehow took off the wheel balancing weights, so had to balance that wheel again. They obliviously don’t have the same weights my previous shop has, so they put on there’s. I now have 3 tires with the same style weights and one with totally different ones. I’ve been to about 5 tire shops and they’d always asked for me to provide them with the security lug nut key. This shop never asked, so I assumed they had their own. I realized something was rolling around in my car and creating a loud sound. I check and see that they just threw the security key, after taking it from my glove box without asking me, in a place where the security key wasn’t there to begin with. When it comes to tires, they will give you a plethora of options that are suitable for your needs at a variety of prices. The thing I like about them is that if you are going for a tire that is not required for your car, they will tell you and give you an alternative, this shows they care about their customers and have your interest in mind. The work here is quick and does not take to long. If you want to beat the winter and summer rushes, use your noggin and set an appointment up in advance to beat the rush. In addition they have the best prices in the GTA, can't be beat. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work.
