Excellent customer service. The A-1 Quality of there selection of tires is amazing! Selected my tires and required services on line, droped into there very nice and location and they put a smile on my. And the smile continues the tires they chose for me are helping my 2010 Dodge Caliber ride smoother and more comfortable than when It was just from the factory, They really no their products! And I am noticing a slight increase in gas mileage which will put more money$$ back in my pocket. Thank You Ok Tire-Etobicoke

I went in with a flat tire on my van. Bill at the counter took great care of me, told me everything that I wanted to know. He was very prompt and his services were great. Overall a good job done I would also like to commend the mech who worked on my van, he too did a great job, I didnt have to wait too long. Resonable pricing, Nice waiting lounge, good ambience, and warm people behind the counter. Overall it's a 5 star. Thank you bill and ok tire, you saved my day.

Worst experience ever I went their to patch my tire. They take your tire off, knowing that you have no other decision they make you buy a new one. They don't install it properly and when you call to do the job properly they charge more. Never use OK tire, they are there to rip people off. Never go their.

The cost was surprisingly very affordable and I was back on the road, no longer worried about the slow leak that brought me there in the first place. I've been to this location on 3 occasions. Once to replace brakes on a Mercedes 3500. It was a good price, fast and courteous front desk. I urgently needed a trailer tire assembly, my trailer was stuck roadside on the highway. By the time I reached the shop, tire was ready to go. Saved the day and the price was good.

Called to ask what there cheapest tire is.. the guy started listing off the high end prices which were over $1200, I told him again that I wanted price for cheapest tire and he started yelling at me. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND

Last time i came here the mechanic responsible to patching my tire deliberately or accidentaly damaged the lug nuts on my 120,000km truck and i was told that i have to pay another $100+ for new lug nuts, and before that during another visit, they lied to me that my kingpins need replacing. Rip off artists.

Just had the best experience in getting new winter tires and rims on my new car. Dwayne, the sales associate helped me find the correct tires and rims. He's very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. The tires and rims were ordered and were to arrive in 1-2 days. The tires arrived yesterday but the rims came from a different supplier. By the afternoon today the rims hadn't arrived yet so Dwayne contacted the supplier and found out that they would arrive shortly. Dwayne informed me as soon as the rims arrived and I went over to have the tires and rims installed. Everything was professionally done and in a reasonable time. Dwayne made sure I had everything installed today. He then informed me to come back in a few days to have the wheels retorqued in order to avoid the possibility of the tires flying off. Dwayne and the crew there did a very efficient, professional job and also bagged the tires and rims being replaced and nicely put them in the car. One more point the price quoted by Dwayne was a few hundred dollars less than the price quoted for the same tires and similar rims by an Active Green and Ross tire centre in the area. If you need tires and rims please go see Dwayne. He'll take good care of you and at a good price. This is the place to go to on Shorncliffe Rd in Etobicoke. Highly recommend them for price and excellent service
