I went this store on 19 March 2019 because of sign of air pressure on screen. I give my car key and told the problem. he took my car and replace the sensor, but since last three times I visit and told same problem but cant remove the air pressure light on screen. Last time they told me to go Dealer to remove it. If I have to go to remove light I should go before there is no point to come to factory tire , I have no problem One year before also I went and change sensor but i did not have such problem which i have this time . I don't recomonded this time , I have bad experience. Customer come to you to save money instead of going to dealer

This place does a great job and the staff are very knowledgeable. They don't take appointments, but if you show up, they will give you a time slot for that day. I still ended up waiting for over 2 hours, though mind you this was during early December, when there is a big rush to change tires over.

It's a great place to shop for Tires and Rims. I really got a good deal on tires but experience of having the tires installed ruined the charm of the place. I paid and ordered tires on Saturday and went for installation on Tuesday at 4 pm and it took 3 1/2 hrs to get the vehicle back. Too many back door entries and known entertainments and my turn was skipped over and over again. Finally my vehicle was taken in and a novice probably under training started working on it, he didn't had a clue what to do. I had to complain to the other senior guy but he also couldn't do much. Work was done but God knows if the balancing is right and threads of bolts are still intact. Usually 1-2 people work on a vehicle but 7 people worked at different times because they were pulled to do other jobs. Not acceptable hence I am giving just one star.

I guess this is really the only way to get the owners attention. Bought one tire Feb 2019; within days it was leaking. Came in 3 weeks later as tire blew. Staff said unable to tell how it happened (personally I don’t think it was installed correctly). Came back today to replace tire and left shop only to find tire was not inflated properly. You guys have one job! Clearly you guys don’t take your job seriously considering the importance of tires! Wake up before someone gets injured or worse as a result of a poorly installed tire! Won’t be coming back here again and would encourages others to think twice

So i drop my truck off for a tire leak. No one calls me for 4 hours, then decided to call them. They tell me it's completed and ready for pick up. When i go to pick it up they say they didn't do anything because my tires need to be changed they are worn out (yes i know they are thats why i came to fix the tire and not replace it) thx Einstein. So they send me back on the road with a leaky tire now "thats safe" and wasted 5 hours of my life. This place used to be good years ago under the old management.

Terrible service, lost the rings on my rims last time they put on the winter tires and then charged me for the new ones in the spring, and after I paid for the service and the rings, they said they didn't have them and sent me home with the rims like that. After over 3 weeks waiting for a word about the rings, and after I left a voice mail inquiring about what was going on and never getting a word back, had to drive there myself to finally find out if the rings had arrived or not. Give them the 2nd star because they do have great prices on rims and tires, but i recommend doing the actual service somewhere else

This is a great Tire and wheel shop. Customer service with these guys at the front desk is pretty good. They were really helpful and helping me choose the right wheels and tires for my vehicle. Can't really ask for more. Prices are definitely competitive and you know what you're getting for your money. The only disadvantage in coming to this location is when it's busy. There can be a really long queue leading into hours of a wait time to get your vehicle in the bay to get serviced. Especially around the changes in seasons... So plan your appointments early to avoid the lineups. The guys in the bay do definitely work fairly quickly. So you won't feel like they're taking their time and wasting yours. I'll definitely visit again to have my wheels swapped back out to my all seasons.

I have been corresponding with one of the representatives and I have the feeling that they did not want my business. I am in the market to purchase winter tires and a set of new rims for my summer tires. I can understand that people are extremely busy and there can be delays in responses. I got the quote for the tires and that was fine but the other part of my requests were left unanswered. I sent a follow up email and the reply was that they are out of stock for those rims. I provided an alternate selection of at least four different styles and the same one line came back and not with any regards to provide me with an alternative to the ones I was looking at. I got the feeling that they do not want my business. I am a firm believer to provide business to the community and as well share the word of mouth with many other business owners and people I deal with. If someone asks me about factory tire I would advise not sure if you would want to waste the time.

Out of all the shops I talked to, these guys were by far the fastest to respond, every time. They never got irritated at my numerous questions ("How many kilometers will I get on these tires?"; "Are the wheels in yet?"). They answered quickly and clearly. But even that can only go so far if the prices aren't right, which is why they are so good. No one I talked to could match their prices for any combination of rims and tires. It was a no-brainer to go with these guys. To top it off, when I went to the shop to get my shiny new wheels, they offered free installation right there. No arguing, no "we'll see what we can do", no fuss. Just new wheels on, old wheels bagged, and away we go. They took some pics in the parking lot as well. I'll definitely be talking to these guys again for my future wheel needs, and recommending them to my friends. For those who care, I went with 235/45/17 Nitto Invos on 17x8" black Enkei RPF1s, for a 2005 Subaru STI.

Opened on time at 8am sharp - however what was not cool was there was zero communication, for example food morning, we are open kindly come in, perhaps my inner customer service was previous years has superior expectations, regardless I walked in. Met sales associate Rob, helpful and provided immediate service, secondly I was impressed when a customer beside me tried to squeeze in but was kindly told it’s first come first serve, that is nice to know because they value each service commitment. Prices are reasonable and frankly for a few dollars here or there it’s not worth it to wast time going around town. Vending machine is outdated so was not able to use tap to purchase a bite, I don’t remember the last time I carried change. Washroom was kept clean and coffee maker works to allow customers a quick boost at no charge, free WiFi and flat screen television to keep yourself entertained while you wait for your vehicle. In and out in 34 minutes. Parking is plenty but fills up quickly. Will I go back, absolutely.

Been taking all my cars here since 2011 and have seen the quality of work drastically decrease in the last few years. Had tires installed and on the way home had major vibration on the highway. When I got home I noticed the tires were installed and rotating the wrong and opposite way... I went back and they said "oops" and reinstalled. I asked to have them rebalanced because I dont want to come a third time and they said no youre good. Of course, more vibration on the highway. I went to another shop and had it fixed in about 10 mins. Stop hiring young kids who dont care about their jobs...

Very opportunistic.......... I went to to check and fix why one front tire loose air in few days. They said no puncture and no valve so may be corrosion at face. Told me that they may loose tire in order to clean it and fix it. So guy said either used or new tire may be needed. Guy looks wrong size of tire in used inventory and told me they don't have used tire and don't even try to fix my existing tire. Told me to buy new tire but both in front wheels, while my exiting tire has 70% threads still left.They told me discounted price for two new tires. I have no option but to change them. When I check later on that discounted price they offered is regular price at all stores....very discouraging visit. Will think twice before visiting again....

They impacted on lug nuts so tight it broke the a stud. Then argued and lied about it before finally admitting what they have done. If they treat Infiniti's like this I wouldn't trust them with any car. The worst part there was no work requested to be done on that wheel which stud they broke.

These guys are awesome!!! After calling around to dozens of shops to find best prices on tires,my wife and I settled on a place down the road from this location. Even though we had an appointment, when we showed up, the shop was closed. Being a holiday weekend and knowing that we had a multi-hour road trip to the states coming up, we were a little distressed! We passed Factory Tire on our way home and stopped in on a whim. Not only were they open, but they had our 'problem tire size' in stock, got us in and out in 20 minutes, and MATCHED THE PRICE of their competitor!!!! I cannot say enough good things about this shop and their excellent service!!!! We will DEFINITELY be returning for service and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for decent human beings and honest work!

He was so helpful even though he had tons of other customers, dealt with a problem for me, and even arranged for me to bring my car to another mechanic to have the issue resolved before a long drive home. To start, don't go there. First I noticed they torque the lug nuts after they over torque them with their impact guns, good luck getting them off if you get a flat tire and don't have a breaker bar with you. Then when they were done and I was on my way I thought I should have a look. They put one of the rear wheels on the front and front on the rear. On a rear wheel drive car I prefer my wider tires on the back please. So I had to wait 25 minutes for them to bring the car in and fix their mistake. Not trusting they knew what they were doing, I kept an eye and the guy couldn't figure out the issue so I had to tell him what to do to fix his mistake. Then after he over torqued the lig nuts with his impact gun he went to "torque" them down and instead of taking 20 seconds to get an extension for the rear he proceeded to try to do it without and had I not stopped him he would have scratched my paint. So of course I had to re-torque all the lug juts when I got home, my did I pay someone again?? Good luck if you go there, best to go to tires 23 or somewhere (anywhere) else E

Check your tires before you leave the shop, make sure to check all the bags not just one! They don't even deserve one star for their service. Please be careful when you go here. When I went to change my brand new Michelin tires for winter ones, they wrapped my brand new tires and put them in my car to do the replacement for the winter tires. I stupidly did not think to check all of the tires that they had wrapped and put in my car. I go to change my tires for the original ones given that we are not in winter anymore and I realize that they had changed 2 out of my 4 original brand new tires for a different and old tires. Once again please check all your bags when they place them in the car, make sure to double check, it may be time consuming but it will be for your own good. Don't let what happened to me happen to you too. Check everything before you leave!

I had an appointment on Tuesday to buy and install Bridgestone Winter Tires with a quotation they had already given me. Unfortunately, they cheated me and installed a different low-quality brand instead. They did not even bother to tell me. I accidentally realized just before paying. After many apologies, and in order to fix their mistake, they asked me to go back a few days later. I went back today after work. At first, they broke something in my new RAV4 2020 and asked me to find it at Toyota Dealership as they are not able to fix it. However, my biggest issue with them is that as soon as I got home I found one of the brand new just installed tires was FLAT. I keep calling, but of course no ANSWER

On a Monday after work my boyfriend and I went in to ask about new tires for our car. They got our model number and choices and had to order in. We put a 30% deposit down for them, and were told to wait for a call tomorrow. On Wednesday morning I got the call saying the tires were in. I asked how long it would take, and they said that since the shop wasn't busy right now, they could do it right now - no more than half an hour. So I headed over. Someone recognized my car, so they let me into the garage immediately. I went into the office and paid up my bill. They're FAST. I barely had time to sit down and pop open a book when one of the mechanics came back, asking for my keys; they had put the old tires and rims in bags in my trunk and back seat. It helps that I went early in the morning: I was the only customer there and wouldn't be surprised if the whole store had jumped on out of boredom. But I'm not complaining! The staff are nice (but try not to go at closing time), I don't feel ripped off on service/tires, and I have zero complaints as someone who knows zip about auto maintenance. If I had to be picky, the appearance of the shop and employees can give the wrong impression. Walked in to get a few tires re-sealed, it was very busy so I was prepared to leave the tires with them but they said bring them in and they will get them done. 30 min later they were done, balanced, new stems, sealant on the tire edge and they are holding air perfectly now. They were over inflated but maybe this was done to help verify they are not leaking and it was easy to remove some air. Excellent service and the price was competitive. They saved me a return trip because of how accommodating they were. All tire centers are busy now but they were willing to squeeze the job in, while still doing a good job.

Took my car in to get my tires checked last minute before a lengthy road trip. I showed up without an appointment and was helped in minutes, the guys were very knowledgeable, they answered all my questions without hesitation and explained what they were going to do before any work was done. I had numerous patches in my tires and had leaks in two of them. They explained my options without pressuring me into buying a new set/ any unnecessary extras. After careful consideration I decided to go with a new set as the price was simply unbeatable. I couldn't be happier with that decision. My car drives smooth, it no longer pulls to one side and potholes? what pot holes? The tires absorb the shock and I barely feel a thing. This was my first time coming to Factory Tire and it won't be my last. I'll be recommending this place to all my family and friends. Take my word for it, you won't be disappointed.

Very frustrating customer service. They open at 8. Phone at 8:15 on dec 27 and was on hold for 20 minutes where it tells you how many people are ahead of you in queue. Was third in queue and then second then next, and then got kicked to the back of the queue and was told I was back to fourth. Got back to next In queue and it happened again. Total time on hold 50 minutes so I hung up. Called back a couple of hours later and was told by the guy that picked up after another ten minutes on hold that they had a new phone system and didn’t realize it wasn’t working properly. No apology. Asked what they have available in the size I need and was given one option until I asked if there was anything else. He said yes and told me the brand. Then I had to ask how much those ones were. Then asked about rims. They didn’t have them in stock so it was going to be a special order that cost double the usual price and wasn’t told how long they would take. Went out to the store In person after deciding I would just get the tires from them and get the rims elsewhere and have someone else install them. Got there and was told there was a third option for the tires that is as cheap as the cheaper option mentioned the day before but a much better quality that was not mentioned by the guy on the phone. Bought them and was told to go around the back to pick them up and ring the doorbell beside the roll up door. Went back as instructed and rang the bell at the door which had a white van Parked in front of it that looked like it had not been moved in a while. No answer after about a minute so rang the bell again. Heard someone yell something and then the door opened and was told that I should “chill out” because there was only one person back there even though the person telling me this was standing beside two other people. I said I rang the bell twice and I can’t see how many people are working there behind the door. Was asked where my car was parked and said on the other side of the parking because I couldn’t park because of the van blocking the loading dock so I carried the first tire over to the car then came back to get the second (no offer of help but whatever no biggie) and was told that I should carry two at a time. I don’t know, you might save some money by going here, but the service is terrible.

I had a persisting steering wheel and floor vibration when going 120km/h and over (gets worse the faster I go). I have previously been to two tire shops and both of them couldn't get it right (wasted $240). Let me tell you this, Factory Tire will make sure everything is 100% perfect before letting their customers leave. They were very patient with me, they even went on two test drives on the highway to make sure everything was good. I have to give BIG props to Troy, I've never seen a shop take so much care and effort into making sure that their customers are absolutely happy. Most shops clock out as soon as their hours are over and they tell you to come back the following day, this is not the case for Factory Tire. They hung back for an additional hour and 15 mins just to perfect my car and its ride. This alone tells you a lot about their integrity and work philosophy. Their customer service is very friendly and upfront with you as well. They tell you in fine detail about the work they've done to achieve perfection. Thank you so very much Team Factory Tire!!! Troy is a wonderful asset to your shop and the team. Factory Tire is where I will be getting tire work done on all my cars and recommending them to all my family and friends for years to come. Will never buy from them. I purchased new tires in October in January one of the tire got flat. I called and ask for warranty. They said visit us and we will check for free if it covers under warranty. On my visit first one person said that there is a charge for checking. Later said $40 if you dont have wheel lock key. On checking they found a nail in tire so said now tire is out of warranty and you have to pay $50 for galvanizing. If I will not get it fixed still I have to pay for services. They did not allow me to go without money and said that nothing is free jn Canada.

All I want is for Factory Tire to get my tires back to me at this location!! went in last Friday, put in an order to have them sent from their storage area (wherever that is) and brought to this location...so far waiting a week and the only answer I get is it takes 3 to 4 working days to get them here, and they must be busy and backlogged and we can't tell you when they will get shipped to this location!!!! I have stored the tires with factory tire for ...several years and never had this issue before.... I pay to have them stored, all I want are for my tires to be sent here..don't feel it is unreasonable for the tires to be delivered there in good time or at the very least will given a real reason and an approximate date the tires will be delivered!!...was asked to call again today and they would call storage area...You try to get through to them? no one answers the phone or gets back to you....very very disappointed...will not be storing with them again nor will I possibly go to them for installation of tires either!!!!! may be with any luck will get my tires sometime in December...disgusting service

I went to Factory Tires several times just to get winter tires installed. My first visit they said to come in as they had the tires (which I prepaid), I went in they said I needed to come back as they were to busy (even though I arrived at 3:30pm and they closed at 5:00). The second time, they claimed the Rims I ordered were unavailable even though it was ordered a day before and they confirmed they had it. My third visit I thought I would get better service elsewhere given that it was ridiculuous to go to a shop 3 times just to install winter tires and rims. Needlesstosay , I was fed up with this service especially the first come first serve procoess they have. You need to be there really early before they open and expect to wait arounnd for a while. I went elsewhere and my winter tires and rims where installed for CHEAPER THAT SAME DAY and installation was done with a smile.

They might have a competitive price, but the service was awful, " don't care" attitude was widely prevalent among counter staff and shop guys: no lineup systems, no service number, no plate number on your invoice. Once the payment is made & the customer's yellow copy issued, the customer's waiting period starts without knowing when their turn will come, waiting in the cold endlessly. One star is too generous. BUYER BEWARE. Bought new tires through FT and went in to have them swapped over as well. One-stop shop is too good to be true, and customer service here is non-existent. We are now paying 4k at another garage because of damage to the bottom of our vehicle due to their rough use of four jacks to raise the car, and lowering the driver's side before the passenger during install. Tires are also NOT calibrated or balanced here, so if you have visited recently please see your regular mechanic!

I've called them two days in a row and picked 'sales and services' to be put on hold for about 40-45 minutes. I was caller seven. Eventually I got to the point where I was next in line and then the initial menu was presented again. When I picked sales and services, it put me back in the queue and suddenly I was caller 17. I've spent at least 2 hours on hold with these people and havent even gotten a quote for which I was calling in the first place. I walked into this place for the very first time to switch to winter tires. I met Patrick at the counter. Half way into my inquiry I realized that I had forgotten my wallet at home (which was quite a drive from there). I explained my situation and asked if I could settle payment through Interac transfer. The guy I had barely met a couple minutes ago looked at me and said "don't worry about it, just drop by to pay whenever you're back in the area". Tires installed and balanced in less than 20 mins. I had been to factory tire recently and really like the way they treated me. I wasn't sure of which tires to buy for my car, until i met one of the sales guy Rohit. He first listened to me about my doubts and my budget and then came up with few suggestions. He also gave me few pointers as to what exactly we should look for when buying tires. I must say their prices are really competitive and ended up buying a package for my car. My only complain would be that i had to wait a long before my car was attended. But hey, they are busy and i guess it's fair on everyone's part to be treated equally as they don't take appointments. And if you can't wait you better be early there. Last but not the least, people are great and helpful. Overall my experience was great in winter as well as summer. Thank you so much guys....

Came here because I had a flat. I went over the options to replace the tire. When the tech removed the tire he said that he could plug the hole so I didn’t need to buy a new tire after all. Brought here by a surprisingly good tow truck driver, go figure. Quoted my job would take 30 min still waiting 2 hours in. The tone of their voice has changed significantly once payment was taken. All sweet before and now they told me the job was done but clearly the car only has 3 tires on and now was ordered to wait. Pay after the job is complete not before. The 2 stars are the price is decent but other than that I'd rather pay someone else for piece of mind and not being treated like a disease after shelling out 1300 bucks to buy and install 4 winter tires

They’re not what they were 10yrs ago where they strived for good customer service and were competitive with their prices. These past few years they’re on a steady decline. They’re notorious for answering and hanging up on you. Don’t care how busy you are that’s unacceptable. On the 4th day when I finally got through the guy cut me off the middle of my sentence and started a conversation with his co-worker. They continued talking and laughing about things completely irrelevant, this went on for about 3 minutes. When he finally gave me a price on the tires I was interested they were the highest prices I’ve got in the entire GTA and their installation was the highest as well at $50/tire! Everywhere else quoted me $15-$20/tire. I simply asked whatever happened to them being competitive with their pricing , and he hung up on me. Keep it up Factory Tire, your seems towards failure

Great experience buying my rim and tire package! I got quotes at 3 other places and they always seemed to busy to spend time with me. I had a very specific offset and width in mind. Based on that and the amount money I was looking to spend I wasn't comfortable being rushed. Troy at factory tire took his time to go over my options and had his team test fit 3 different set of wheels on my car until I was satisfied. They shoved my winter tire and rims back into my car not looking where they were putting the tires and just threw the special bolt lock for my tires just in my trunk... They didn't event take the time to put back the cover where they took it out of. On top if all this, it was fairly unorganized. I had to call myself after about 4 hours of my car being there for someone to tell me my cars been done for a couple hours. Then after another hour when I had the time to go and get my car they called me to tell me my car was ready... if you don't mind a half ass job and can leave your car all day at this place go for it. I know I'm not going to be going back to this place and risk them damaging my car.

Waste of time Called in and spoke with troy... asked him to price me on a set of tires.. was quoted $1400 taxes and installation included ...told me he needed 2-3 days to get the tires in but required a deposit, so I told him I'd swing by and drop some cash. Took the morning off work and went for a drive out there to leave the deposit and had the "privilege" of dealing with one of there counter guys... when I asked how much for the tires I was told $1580 + tax and install.. I told him troy quoted me $1400 tax and install included and he said if I want them the best he could do was $1430 + tax and install... I asked how long to get the tires..he said 2-3 MONTHS.... complete waste of time ... dont bother dealing with these guys..there useless. Got the same tires orderd at 1010 tires for cheaper then Troy's original quote $1320 installed and taxes included ...I'll never deal with factory tire again

This place is a mess. I walked in as i had a flat and the owner did not pay any attention. he was busy playing videos on his phone. i waited over 30 minutes before even getting his attention. when he started speaking, he seemed a bit high and was boasting about his quality and that whereas the prices he quote were almost double of what I could get at costco or any other store. total waste of time. if they sense that you're in need, they will rip you off. DO NOT EVEN GO NEAR THAT PLACE!

Just had my 4Runner tires replaced today by Factory Tire. Talk about painless experience. I showed up with no appointment even though they had ordered the tires for me a couple weeks ago and within an hour or so the job was done. These guys work fast and clean. I have had so many issues with other shops for even basic things that I am usually a bit leery about non franchise places. BUT this place truly smokes everyone. No attitude behind the counter. Clean waiting room with a TV . Most importantly the tires were priced very well and the service was impeccable. Dave the manager there really should get some sort of award because it is clear that he does set the tone for the shop. He was down to earth and very knowledgable. Funnily enough the place was really hopping with tons of jobs and there was a very high percentage of expensive vehicles for some reason. Guess the owners realize they can trust this place with their expensive rides. I spoke with a few of the installers and they all had the same vibe as Dave. Very courteous and pleasant. In a world where we encourage bashing it is truly nice to be able to say something great about someone doing an excellent job. These guys are the best.

I purchased tires and only realized there was a slow leak which can only be obtained through installation. I was told it was my issue to deal with despite the fact that the problem was caused by the installers at Factory Tire. So despite saving a few dollars for the lower rated tires the store doesn't warrant anything nor do they even offer to look to ensure they were not at fault. Best to pay a little extra and have peace of mind you will be taken care of if you have an issue. I will never go back nor recommend anyone to this place....unhappy customer

Bait and switch. I found Factory online and called in my order for a new set of tires. The rep was nice enough - went through some options and I placed my order. Price was pretty good and they promised next day install - good start. When I arrive and after they have removed my tires, I'm told the wrong set were delivered. They blamed their supplier for having the same SKU for different tires - that does not happen - lame excuse. The guy then goes into sales mode, trying to convince me to go ahead with the install. I had done my research - the tires he was pushing were way overpriced. He offered to get another set delivered same day - every option he gave was way more than expensive. He was mildly apologetic but literally smirked when his buddy asked why he was processing my refund. Insult on injury: I got my car back with strong B.O. that took days to remove. Folks, save your time and money - avoid Factory.

I went to this place to swap my winter tires. After the job finished I found something broken as you see and they said to me sorry yes we broke it. BUT WE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING. JUST LET EVERYBODY TO SEE BEFORE YOU GO THERE. (By the way the one how tided my tire before they broke it it’s the same place last summer. so no way to say the workshop who tided it was tided to much as usual every place will say to avoid to be responsible!)

This place is a disaster to deal with. The place is extremely un organized. Was sold parts that did not fit my vehicle. Spent close to $500 and 4 visits based off Troys recommendations to try and fix an imbalanced rim/tire. Still have the same problem. The guys working on your car are even worse than the guys upfront. They have very little training and knowledge. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

--ZERO help from Costco - Factory Tire Saves the day!!-- Costco tire package was vibrating wheels and they wouldn't help me .. said they weren't mechanics.. go get an alignment.. 100$ later it still did it and alignment was fine.. re balanced wheels still no go.. 3 mornings off work for zero help from rim supplier or Costco.. took it to Factory Tire and SID and the team got it fixed with a Road Force balance and new Centering rings. From now on I'm only coming here!!! Save yourself the headaches and just call them!!! Great selection.. great prices ultimately saving you time and money!

Less than a year ago, one of my tires was punctured and my tread was getting bare. I took my car in (thinking I was going to have to replace my tires) and the guys at Factory Tire said that a patch was all I needed for now. At that time, I appreciated the honesty and service I received. I went back in today, as it was time to change my tires. Again, all of the guys I talked to or met, from the front desk, to cashing out to the guy that changed my (4) tires, were all friendly and great. I was in and out under 1 hr. Would definitely come back again and recommend to others (as it was recommended to me).

Tires delivered on time, service very efficient , Wheel Balancing not a very good job, found out on the highway next day ,had to pay extra $80 to get it done another place. I told new shop that I got it done yesterday, this vibration must be some thing else, mechanic brought me into shop to show me on his screen, it was not done right. These guys need to calibrate machines more often. I had to pay twice to get stuff done right.

I work at a Mercedes Benz dealer. Even though I get a discount, my father thought it expensive for rims at $220 a pop. So we went to a few places and settled for Factor tire. Big Mistake. Turns out when you want to buy new factory spec rims from them, you get used roughly to spec rims. Not to mention, you have to jump through hoops just to make sure they'll work on the vehicle. All the while the staff makes every effort to convince you that it's your fault and your problem that they screw up. Don't Bother!
