Since oct. I called and cancelled because of health issues so made another appointment to which my car did not start so I called to let them know again backed up. The third time again car not starting so got there and i was a wee bit late they took the next person instead of caring for me the old man could have waited. So two apts for my car they did not honor it is not my fault my car did not start so they did other people i was first in line and now my car is not winterized for my trip to Timmins on the 28th of December.
