Over and above service. I had to leave it the Monday before Christmas (Christmas was Saturday) and ended up unable to pick it up until new years eve. It was -30 the whole week. I was fearful my battery would freeze being left there. However, they ran it every day and parked it out back to keep it safe. SUPER impressed with this service and very greatful they were able to save my battery from the deep freeze. They even started it and let it warm up prior to me picking it up. Highly reccomend this business based off of my experience.

Just Gameplay No Commentary

I was planning on going to a private tire shop but they decided not to come into work that day. So I called up tirecraft and they took me in on the spot and had my new set of tires on my truck under 3 hours from when I called them. Probably not the cheapest in the city but in the end you get what you pay for.

Phone this location yesterday to ask the price about changing a tire. Then today I asked the exact same questions at the store and the price nearly jumped $35. $19 yesterday over $50 today. the guy looks at me and my shirt think im some type of dork and tries to jack the price. terrible company don't go. They tell you one price over the phone and then jacket when you show up

Tires fell off truck, had to bring back 3 times for them to fix there issues. Still have issues with work they did a courtesy. Management was great Wayne went way out of his way to justify there mistakes but there mechanics obviously are very undertrained.

Very irresponsible! This company misplaced or accidentally disposed of my rim. To make matters worse, they are blaming me for their disorganization/carelessness and are refusing to replace it. With many tire shops around city, I have taken my business elsewhere.

Staff trying to tell me i can't put a different model of tire on the front of my 2wd truck even though they were the same brand and almost the same tread pattern. This was not an AWD OR 4WD vehicle, that might work on some customers, but not me. And by the way got them installed elsewhere immediately after staff member told me nobody would do it.

Awesome service at a fair price If you are looking for a good tire place that is just not trying to rip you off this is the place. I delt with a salesman named Mike Oliver, he was the best. Mike was very informative and not misleading at all. He gave me all the different options for my vehicle and was very open to any questions I had. They got my vehicle in very quickly and did not take long at all. It was kinda like that friendly service that we are lacking in most places now a days, it was actually nice to feel that they wanted you there and were just not trying to make a quick buck.I would definitely recommend this place and will be for sure using them in the future.

Terrible workmanship at this location. Wife drove home after getting winter tires switched onto her car. When she got home ( 20km highway drive )1 tire was almost flat. I put air in it and brought it back and they found a crack in the factory rim caused by a leak from around the rim and driving with an almost flat tire. Thank god the tire did not blow and cause an accident. Tire servived but rim did not. I asked Jamie Adolf what he could do to fix this and he said I'm on my own. The biggest issue I have is the chuckle and smile he had on his face when we took the rim and tire and walked out. Disrespectful.

They lost a loyal customer this morning. Booked an appointment to have my tires changed and was greeted by rudest customer service agent named Wayne. He was rude and condescending and promptly told me I didn't have an appointment for 9:00 am that my appointment was for 8:00 am which it wasn't. I asked him if he could speak to the gentleman who booked my appointment and was told he didn't need to, they are too busy to change my tires. No apology, no let me check when we can rebook you, no nothing. I'm very disappointed in the service and will let the dealership and business who recommended them to me know about my experience. I found another tire shop who changed my tires and is storing them for 40.00 less than I would have paid Tirecraft. An act of kindness is never forgotten, unfortunately neither is being treated so rudely. I would not recommend using Tirecraft if this type of service is condoned.

i have had a horrible experience at this location all i needed was a valve stem changed on a trailer.i went inside to organize service and was informed that they would not do the service unless everyone was out of the truck. i didn't want to unload my family out of the truck so i declined the service and bid him farewell . upon return to my vehicle he had gone thru the service entrance and continued to badger me as the jack was getting removed. what is sad is i have recommended this location to many people over the years and will never use them again or put my name out for them there are many other tire shops in edmonton i strongly recommend not using this one

Had taken my 2009 Nissan GTR to replace the rear tires on my vehicle. After they completed the job one of their employees drove the car out of the service bay to park it outside. I watched him scrape my front bumper onto the concrete curb. I spoke with Mario who was the manager and he told me that it was my fault that i decided to drive a vehicle that was to low to the ground. He also tried to justify his case by saying there could have been other scrapes that were there. Super professional i know. He then went on to tell me that there was nothing he could do even knowing that his employee did damage my vehicle. Thanks boys keep up the good work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Had a spare tire mounted there last fall and it went flat (about 8 mo. Later). Turned out it was just the valve extention I had on it, but they repaired it for free and checked the rest of my tires as well. Friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
