I had a same issue with the wheel alignment , as previously mentioned by few people I mean nothing seems to be changed even they did the alignment and charged me a 100$ , still my Jeep was wandering. on Thursday I was running out of time I went to my regular guy Sherwood Park Service and he was fully booked . So I thought of trying this KT motors these guys only took 15 minutes and told me that’s done . I am not a mechanic I don’t know about it . They showed me a print out before and after alignment which seems to be totally bogus . So here I am paying 100 $ again but I know for sure now it’s worth it to spend at Sherwood Park Service. Guys please stay away from them and save your time and most importantly money .

WORST MECHANIC EVER. DO NOT GO TO THESE SCAMMERS. HAVE GOT ALIGNMENT 3 TIMES HERE. I DONT NOTICE ANY DIFFERENCE AT ALL. I DROPPED MY TRUCK OFF TODAY for an alignment. He said if it needs something he will call me before the alignment. I got the vehicle checked before I got the alignment and got what it needed fixed. This guy claimed it needed some control arm parts and then charges me for a full alignment when I come back to pick up the vehicle. First claiming the alignment was done but I asked if the steering still off he said yeah. So what alignment was done if it’s still the same As When I brought it. Then he said oh inspections nd alignment is the same Price , if you get the work done from us what it needs then we won’t charge u for an alignment after. Pure scammers. First claiming the alignment was done then saying it’s for an inspection. Never coming back here again. Better to pay more and get a real alignment. Not an argument

I brought my car in that went to multiple other shops to be fixed. The AC was not working. The other shops would charge me a lot of money but the problem was never fixed. My regular shop suggested I go somewhere that specialized in air conditioning. I called KT Motors and they assured me that they do specialize in air conditioning. I brought my car in and they went over it. They were the first shop able to get my AC working again. They also figured that there was a leak so they put dye in the system so that it could be properly fixed the next time I bring it in. They let me know everything they were doing. The job was done fast, and it cost way less than what I was expecting to pay. I'm now bringing in another one of my vehicles for air conditioning and may move the maintenance of my vehicles over to this shop as well.

Don't go to this place for a vehicle inspection unless you want to get called out on every little minor thing that is wrong with your vehicle and then get quoted thousands of dollars to repair at this facility or else he calls your insurance company and tells them your car is unroadworthy and should be taken off the policy because it has a small cracked bumper or a rock chip / cracked on the windshield

I go to alot of mechanics in this city. From off road shops to race shop alignment, I seen it all.nI used to trust kt motor with my alignment until today. After 2 return trips my alignment still leans to the right when the steering wheel is neutral. They used balance beads on my wheels for rotation but failed to remove previous weights which made it extremely unsafe to drive on the highway. 350$ later and my road handling was worse than when I started... I take extreme pride in the shops I visit and use. And I often represent them to the off-road community out of my own will. But sadly I can no longer recommend kt motors, and I do wish them success in the future

Worst Attitude.. very discriminating attitude..no value to the customer. His Son talks about skin color.. no culture behavior. I have been to this store last week for the wheel alignment. After getting the work done my vehicle started moving towards the right side on the road. so I called back immediately and went to store to explain the situation to see if they can correct the problem. The worst attitude shown by the senior person at the store, he then tried to defend his work and impose his opinion as the work was 100% perfect and claimed the world best alignment.. he has not even bother to listen to my concern. Later the next day I went to Showroom to check the alignment it's not good and showed him the picture of where the problem was.. he bluntly switched my wheels from front to back and gave it but issue not resolved. I am totally upset with these guys behaviour and attitude.. this is the first time in Alberta I have faced a consumer issue and I am going to report it.

Brought my MR2 for an alignment, expecting 80dollars turns out to be $200ish. sean said it requires an hour of extra labour, which is 95 dollars, i dont understand why cant he notify me that it requires extra time before you done everything and tell me about the extra money. a cheap alignment turns out to be the most expensive alignment i ve ever did. the car is nice and straight, the job is good and done right. but i believe greater communication is better.

Great Service got me in same day, quoted price for my wheel alignment was the price I paid and it only took an hour. I run lifted rig with a 2.5" lift with bigger tyres, while they noted the tyres were the wrong size this didn't cause any problems. When I picked it up had a nice little printout showing the adjustments made. Will definitely be recommending to my friends best price in the city!

Being a Google local guide, I always try to neutral and unbiased while writing a review. Hence, I will try to put most genuine words for this review. So, I have taken my car (twice) to this service center. For the first visit, the experience was good as owner provided details in advance (such as approx. charges and required time for repair) and fulfilled what he told initially. For the second visit, I received one unforgettable experience. The incident a year old, however still fresh in my mind. My car had a defective electric part which required replacement and the KT motor owner assured that he can find the replacement and fix my car. Also, as before, I received an approx. amount for part and for labor. Few days later he found the part and called me to bring car back to replace the part. So, I left my car to the service center with an assurance that the car will be ready on same day. I reached to service center at the promised time and found that the car was not ready and to my amusement, I found one mechanic reading instruction (on printed paper) and then trying to change the part on my car. I waited for an hour and then asked to bring car next day as it was the time to close the shop. So, as I did not have anything else to do in my life (sarcastic comment), I drove the car back to home and brought the it back next day. Again, I was assured that the car will be ready by end of day. When I came back to the service center at scheduled time, the car was still not ready and again I had to wait (this time for 30 mins.). When the car got ready and when it came to pay the final bill, I found that I was charged twice of what I was promised. When I asked why the charges are so high and not similar as what was told initially, the owner simply denied of sharing any approx. charges (in advance) with me. Well, I simply denied to pay the final/billed charges. I have lived in Netherlands, US and India and owned cars there, never ever, I have heard "words" from any service center (located in these countries) which this owner used after I denied to pay final amount charges. He threatened to call police, used F@*! words (multiple times) and statements (such as) - "I don't know about your country but this is Canada and you have to pay what is charged". For me, this was one and only racist incident since my arrival in Canada. My friend says that I am a "calm" guy, but that day, I also ran out of patience. I simply asked him to take out the replaced part and put the old part back as I will not pay the final amount or ask call police and then decide who is at fault. The owner banged the credit card machine on the front-office desk and entered the approx. amount (shared in advance). After few mins., I calmed down and thought that he is also running a business and paying salaries to his employees. So, I paid what was mentioned in the final bill (not approx. amount), which (I guess) changed owner's behavior and he said "sorry" for using foul language. For me, it is not about money, it about words/promise. If you are not sure, do not promise about "anything". It tells a lot about person's character. Its being an year that I have stopped using KT motors services and now using another service center. In the end, just like to share following suggestion for the future KT customers: "Do not trust the owner of KT motors. If you are asking for (approx) charges in advance, please ask him to write it down the amount somewhere (email or piece of paper), because, either he: 1. Has a habit for forgetting his words/promise, OR 2. He is an amazing actor who is trying to fool customers and charging more then what is promised (initially).

I took my 2006 Chevrolet trailblazer LT to KTMOTORS for an insurance inspection and There was nothing wrong with my vehicle. But because my specs were different on my suv they were trying to say my lower ball joints were shot and that I needed new ones when I took my vehicle to another licensed mechanic in the city and he passed my inspection and also noted that the little dent I have in my front bumper does not have anything to do with safety. This garage tried to scare me into doing thousands of dollars in repairs with them or else they were going to get my insurance company to cancel my policy. Bottom line is this garage will either fake something/ break something on your vehicle or make something up as to why your vehicle will not pass. Do not take your vehicles here. This garage is a scam.

My personal opinion and experience. I would be paying min $100-140 for a wheel alignment job but $79 was a great deal. I had my first appointment done through FB messenger, had a quick response with a quote and appointment scheduled for the next day . When I arrived I handed over my keys and the job was done within an hour while I waited at the customer waiting area with free coffee and wifi????. Let me tell you they have good deals on tires. I have been looking around for awhile and KT motors have been the best so far.. I'm going getting my tires but honestly go check them out if you want to save your self from high ripped cost in the market. Thank you KT motors

I got my car fixed yesterday which was a quick within an hour to fix but they made the car mat so Dirty (can be seen in picture). Why not use paper mat cover etc., this is a hassle to me and I'd have to wash and clean my mat and hope these stains will come off. KT Motors - you need to provide overall a better service so a customer like me leaves happily and returns back to you happily.

Watch out for this place if you value your time and money. These are my tie rods after my car supposedly had a wheel alignment. Worst place ever! AVOID. Had my alignment done here few times and the cars the exact same when I get it. They printed out a fake alignment sheet. First the guy said the alignment was done then he said it couldn’t Be done because I needed some steering component , then still charged me for the alignment claiming they inspected the vehicle and the charge is for inspection. And if I get the work it apparently needed done there they would do an alignment free after. They forced me to pay $80 just for them to have the car inside there shop raise it and not do the alignment. Worst experience ever. Have gone here twice and got bad service. I took my vehicle to my regular mechanic and they confirmed I needed nothing. Honestly don’t go here for the cheap alignment cause in the end your gonna have to get it done somewhere else. You get what you pay for.

I went to KT Morors today for some rattling noise issue underneath I had for the past several months. I am a returning customer because I was impressed by an awesome job they did -replacing my KIA Sedona hatchback window last year. I do not recommend this place. This place has management that tries to take advantage of the customers just to get more money. They don't do a good alignment, I went for a drive and the steering was NOT straight. I took it back to them and they did not want to fix and continued to blame me for it saying I hit a pot hole or the curb.. I was very disappointment in how they treated me and did not do a proper job and took it to Kal-Tire and they fixed it fine. I drove from Lamont for an insurance inspection, called ahead and thought $80 and can do this afternoon, great! Was I wrong, inspection listed $2200.00 in repairs. Front and rear pads and rotors need replacing, NOT they're like NEW!! Intake manifold leaking oil,NOT possible unless leaking into the combustion chamber and it's not and engine runs great!! Windshield wiper transmission needs replacement, NOT just had to re- index the linkage!

This review is only for the insurance vehicle inspection aspect of this company. For all other things I have no idea but I do not recommend this company at all for vehicle inspections. I told these guys my car is old and needs some work but that it still runs and everything else is pretty okay with it. It's a 15 year old car. I asked them over the phone if this was going to be an issue and the person on the other end said not to worry as most cars pass. I told him the age and what was wrong with it and he still said don't worry and come it'll be fine. I go there, wait almost 2 hours, and then the guy comes back with a long list of everything that's wrong with my car, that they wont pass me, and that i owe them almost 80 dollars for their services. I was pretty shocked as this was exactly what I told them on the phone before I went there and yet they still managed to scam me out of my time and money. If your car is even over 6 years old go anywhere but here. Go look on kijiji for mechanics in the city that will only charge you if your car passes. By the way, that's what I did right after what happened here and my car passed. Most of the 5 star reviews here also seem super fake, as if the owners put them here themselves. I'm not using my real name so I wont be on your "database".

What A Disaster – So Called “Alignment Experts” Recently installed a 3” lift kit on a brand new Nissan truck. I took it to KT Motors who claim to be “wheel alignment experts” for a needed alignment. After stripping out the alignment bolts, multiple arguments, paying for 2 alignments, and 3 failed alignments. This truck still wouldn't track straight, and had to be taken to another shop, for a fourth alignment. KT may be fine working on your Grandmothers’ 1970 Toyota Corolla, but If you have a lifted, lowered, or otherwise modified vehicle, be advised these people have no idea how to perform a proper wheel alignment on a modified vehicle. On the other hand, Bert’s Auto & Tires have a great deal of experience with modified vehicles, they aligned this truck perfectly, without any issues, the first time, and in under an hour.

An hour and a half later I get in my car and the alignment is so much worse I had to take it somewhere else where they know how to use their tools and equipment. I was able to get a refund from kt motors that's the reason for 1 star. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Don’t go here. Oversprayed my car with clear coat and somehow got it on the interior as well when I left it to get aligned. Tried to brush it off as it’ll come off with a few washes. Ended up taking a loss and selling my car largely due this. Never had my car absolutely ruined by a shop before

excellent service. they do their job well and are efficient. had a run flat tire fixed on my BMW with them, and they did it in 30 minutes. fountain tire quoted me $100 and wanted the car all day. had another flat tire fixed by them last month and going to have my winters put on next week. support this local business!

0 star, Worst shop in Edmonton, they will do their best, not in taking care of your car, but in how to get maximum money from your wallet with unnecessary repairs without even your consent even if you ask them to let you know first before doing anything. Guys beware from this shop. They are real scammers. 1star is very generous to what they've done to me.

Owner was very nice and accommodating, It's nice to talk to a mechanic face to face and not have some receptionist at the front trying to sell you things that you actually don't need. I will definitely be coming here in the future. Wheel alignments, Wheel Mounting / balancing are all the right pricing's with no hidden costs. They also have very up to date technology and can work on almost all modern vehicle as well, Give this place a go before you get overcharged by a big name dealership.

Fast, friendly and accurate service. I initially had problems with the service they performed but they worked hard to resolve it. Turned out to not be their fault but rather the new parts revealing problems with some old ones. Anyway they rectified it and it was obvious they care about the quality of their workmanship. Great local business, I'd definitely recommend.

I have been dealing with KT Motors for 3 years now and will continue to deal with them. I find there service excellent. Sean has a vast knowledge of all types of vehicles. I have dealt with other shops that always find a way to pad the bill or do unnecessary work. I have never had that happen at KT Motors. I have found a truly honest mechanic. I urge others who read this review to give them a try. I sure you will be pleasantly surprised !

We went in for a wheel alignment and specifically told them it was the rear wheels we were concerned about. They called us back an hr and a half later to tell us that they couldn't align the back wheels because the control arms were loose. Normally I would not have a problem with this, but they charged us the full price of the alignment for barely adjusting our front wheels and doing NOTHING for the back. They basically took $85 to tell us what was wrong with out car and to not do anything. Talk about robbery.
