Where to start! The personnel at Wheelwiz were extremely courteous, useful and fast to respond to my questions. I had put on my order TPMS for my vehicle but the gentlemen called me back to advise me that they were not required for my Kona. He instantly credited my invoice. The rims are of very high quality and the price was the best I could find on the web. Shipping was fast and the boxes came in good condition. I highly recommend purchasing from them! Canadian companies are a plus for me these days...

I was impressed with the fitment tools on the website and felt reassured I was choosing the correct size since I downsized the wheel and upsized the tires. Well coordinated small team of customer service reps with very friendly, personalized service. Great selection of wheel brands and usually good offers on certain models. Called me after I placed my order to confirm my identity and wheel fitment, which I really appreciate with all the credit card fraud going on right now. They warned me about a brake clearance issue with the wheels I chose on my specific model of car, which turned out to be true, but was easily fixed with a spacer. Fast shipping. Overall a great experience and I usually check their website first when looking for wheels.

Looking for a place to buy my winter wheels and tires, I got a number of quotes from local shops as well as a few online retailers (as I don't live anywhere near Dorval, QC) as well. In the end I went with WheelWiz and I'm very glad I did. First of all their customer service was excellent. From presale when I had a number of questions about fitment and offsets for various wheels, to afterwards when some shipping issues arose (not the fault of WheelWiz). I spent quite a bit of time searching for nice looking wheels for my Subaru Crosstrek's snow tires. I finally chose FAST Aventure wheels and located two businesses that had them online. When I was shopping for wheels, I was strongly considering a few other online companies. I came across WheelWiz, and their prices were better than most, and their site was easy to navigate. The wheels I ended up getting for my F150 were the RWC FO440 and even though a few other online companies sell them, WheelWiz still had the best price. I think what impressed me the most though was how quickly they arrived. From the time I hit Purchase, to the time they arrived at my door in perfect shape, was only a few days... and I'm on the other side of Canada (Alberta). Zero complaints, and would highly recommend WheelWiz. Will be purchasing from them again.

Robert runs the best website hands down for Canadians. I love how many filter options are available when searching it helps people like me who really want to make sure they checked all their options before clicking send order... And how cool is it being able to get a brand new set of winters delivered right to your doorstep tires mounted and balanced filled with nitrogen for only 60$ extra... Even if your friend runs a shop you won't get a mount and balance for less than 40$ and you still have to take time out of your day to do it which is worth way more ... I met Robert almost two years ago I was serving him and had so much fun a long the way lol. Way too many laughs and a few beers later I get anything tire related from him. His prices are very hard to beat and his website is easy to navigate when you know exactly what your after ... and if you ask them a question they give you a professional answer... Free shipping... They apologize d, offered several different options, and even gave me a very good discount on those rims for the confusion. I’m not sure I can speak on this company as a whole, but my experience was fantastic. The wheel and tire selection was fantastic, the previews really helped, and the overall experience was great. I did end up with a few questions and got on the phone with Blake. He walked me through all of my concerns and questions, and found me the perfect wheels and winter tires combo late into the winter season and I received the wheels only a few days later. Not only did I save over $1k on the full package, but I also got winter tires while everyone else was sold out and better looking rims than anywhere else was offering for comparable prices. WheelWiz was cheaper than anything else I could find out there by about $200 and shipping was super fast even on special order rims (I’m sure that depends on the special order though). Next time I’m in the market for rims I’ll be coming straight to WheelWiz. Rims: Black Rhino Axle 20x9.5 +6 offset. Wrapped in 35x12.5 rubber. Very minor rub at full left crank. Truck is stock height... until next week :)

This was my first experience buying tires and wheels online and with WheelWiz. I was nervous and unsure at first since it was a large amount of money that I spent. However WheelWiz pulled through and sent everything as described and very fast as well. Their service was flawless and they were there to answer every question I had along the way. Robert was very kind and helpful and his colleagues. However only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a problem with the tracking information that had me running around between couriers and calling in. Placed the order on-line for some rims for my 2014 Mercedes E350 Coupe. Got a call on Good Friday from Robert Zylc (Sales Manager) to verify my purchase. He was extremely helpful to check the rim size against the staggered tire sizes. Turns out that the rear tires would not fit these rims. Robert fully understood my requirements and guided me to a set of rims with the correct width. These were $8 more expensive each, but he honored the price of the original rims ordered. Very helpful and willing to spend time to ensure that I got the correct rims. They shipped quickly and I received them together with the correct lug kit. Highly recommended.

I am really happy with the customer service especially, this is the only wheel shop in my experience so far that called me to double check and suggested that the wheels that I am trying to buy might not fit perfectly on my car and recommended me to use spacers if i have to. I’ve now purchased two sets of rims from Wheel Wiz online for my winter setup (two different cars). Both interactions were top notch. More importantly however, my last order had some complications due to my new EV car manufacturer and model. A lot of the vendors out there never dealt with a Polestar car. Yet working with Wheel Wiz was amazing. They helped me find a rim, accommodate the offset issues, figure out width confusion with the car manufacturer, and deal with Braelin on ensuring proper fitament. Ordered a set of wheels and installation kit twice from WheelWiz. Both times, they messed up the installation kit shipment (they ship it separately from the wheels). For my first order, the valve stems and hub rings were missing from the installation kit. They shipped me the missing pieces but the valve stems were still missing... For my second order, the lug nuts and key all came in a single box with no protection. They got all scratched, chipped and dented. They shipped me a new set. They have good deals on wheels but I won't be ordering installation kits from them anymore.

First time ordering wheels online. Good price here. Shipping was quick, wheels looked good. Didn't immediately check that wheels fit (newbie mistake?). Brought to dealer for tire install, wheels didn't fit. Stressed, called them (-1 star, no empathy for stressed-out customer on the phone) - not like I was yelling or anything, just stressed-out at the thought I'd be out the money for a set of useless (to me) wheels. Getting close to passing 30-day return period. Didn't read their return policy close enough (actually seems standard now that I've read theirs and others). They needed photo/video proof of wheel not fitting. Thank goodness I'd just ordered a jack/jack stands, breaker bar, torque wrench, sockets for a different vehicle. How would one independently check fit or show proof of not fitting without these tools? Customer service from here was good. Full refund, paid for return shipping. I'd thrown out the original boxes - spent a bunch of money buying my own shipping boxes and time repackaging the wheels (I guess it's my penance for that newbie mistake I'd made earlier). Can't entirely blame these guys. Same wheels are being sold for my vehicle at other places too. Maybe something wrong with a more upstream supplier? What a hassle in general. Honestly, if you have the tools to immediately check fitment upon receiving order (perhaps only a minor inconvenience), I'd recommend shopping here.

I happened to find them on the WheelWiz website by chance because they had just gotten a small shipment. I can’t believe how good their prices are. They are similar in price to some USA sellers (after conversion) but then you factor in shipping and duty to canada you will end up paying a lot more. I’m cheap. I’ve looked all over the internet for the rims I have wanted at a good price. After an extensive search WheelWiz was about $200 CDN cheaper than anywhere else. It’s not always ALL about price... I had ordered rims and I was sure they would fit yet WheelWiz said they wouldn’t because it was not a stock rim size. I emailed WheelWiz and they got back to me super quickly and confirmed I was right and the wheels would fit but would just stick out more than stock rims due to offset. Very helpful, very friendly, very quick shipping. From order, to confirmation, to in my hands was about 1 week .

Great prices. Good selection. I purchased a set of wheels and tires for my Tesla 3. They got back to me to let me know that their website isn't up to date, and they are out of stock of both worlds and tires I selected from their site. No problem, I had narrowed it down to a top 3, so selected another style of wheel. The person on phone recommended a set of tires that would work with the wheels. Thanks. I purchased the installation kit. Originally the person put a chrome kit with the black wheels. I had to contact them to request they send black as it would look better with the wheels. I was told they would mount and balance the tires. This experienced supplier also knew the make and model of vehicle. I had to follow up to check on shipping, the wheels were shipped a day late, because again, they weren't in stock, which is fine. They had to get them from supplier. So late again. I was provided with a tracking number for my shipment. I kept an eye on when shipment would arrive. I stayed home for the delivery date. By 8pm, they still had not arrived. I checked the website and it stated "Delivered". I tried to contact the company, they were closed, so was the shipper. I contacted them the next day and was told that yes they were delivered, but I had not received them. The shipper said, it looks like the receiving centre had received them. Then asked if they wanted me to follow up and see what was going on. Of course I did. They called me back and said the centre in West coast had received them but could not deliver them. I asked when they would be coming. They gave me another 3 days. I had to negotiate to get them delivered the next day. I installed them. Now I drive around with my car telling me there is an error with my tire pressure monitoring system, because, although Wheel Wiz knew they were for a Tesla, did not mount and balance with the correct TPMS in them. Felt like they just wanted to charge me to mount the tires and to make it easier to ship for themselves as a four piece set. A real let down from a place that specializes in tires and wheels. They should know that the Tesla requires a certain tpsm system to be installed as well. If they were unable to do it, I would have had it done on arrival. They could have charged me extra for the install to do it right, would not have been an issue. Overall, not a great experience. I would not recommend wheel wiz. They aren't really the experts they claim to be. Bad experience. Wheels and tires look nice tho.

I enquired about apex arc 8 wheels orginally 2 months ago asking for any further discounts or if I pay cash then if any discount which they said no, which I was fine with. 2 months later I decided I will go ahead and buy the wheels, went on their website it says contact us, i contacted them and they failed to respond until my 6th email I got a reply from Mr. President Robert (read the picture screenshot) and totally unprofessional, (on their website it says professional staff) ya that’s bu*****. He said to go on the website and make a order, when on their website it states to contact us. Like really? 1. Why are you hiding the price if you don’t want people to contact you 2. A consumer can be emailing or calling you for the same item 6 times 15 times 1000 times, you job as a business person is to accomodate their request and answer the same enquiry as many times they ask 3. Please don’t lie saying everything is available on website and place order when clearly it states to contact us. 4. “Our website is not broken. If APEX does not have pricing or inventory listed, it is intentional. If wheels do not list pricing and cannot be added to the cart, they are not available at this time” oh wait, you didn’t mention that in your previous email? You told me to go order from website…. Will not recommend this evil business to anyone, and spend a little more get better customer service and shop elsewhere. It was my first time buying tires here. The first reason i was directed here was through sezzle. For those of you who do not know what sezzle is, it is a payment site/method, that allows someone to pay in 4 installments 0 interest. So i end up on Wheelwiz. i liked the amount of selection as well as being able to view inventory. As far as prices i would say they have a competitive price and its a good place to buy tires that are higher quality at a decent to good price. They also have super cheap options if you dont care much for what kind of tires you put on your car as well as wheels. If they stay with Sezzle I wil surely be buying my winter tires here this year. Now the shipping. The shipping was SUPER quick. i didnt even receive an email before it came. the delivery man was more than compliant to bring my tires into my backyard for me since i wasn't home as well so thats a nice bonus. I almost made the mistake of buying my wheels somewhere BEFORE checking online with WheelWiz. At their price, with an installation kit included, I saved $400 from where I was quoted previously. Their very personal level of customer service is unmatched; I received several calls directly from the owner with regular status updates. However, thanks to live chat I was guided through the process of selecting the correct rims for my Scion XB. They were delivered within a week in carefully packed containers. The rims are flawless. When I looked through the many brands and styles of wheels they offer, I narrowed it down to 2 that I really liked. One was at the lower price range, the others were significantly more. Bought tires online once before. Was looking for rims for a new vehicle. Never heard of these guys before. Looked at the reviews, which were positive. Expected longer than usual delivery times due to 2nd wave of COVID. Called them to find out. They provided an estimated delivery date. They shipped immediately. Got the rims quickly, as promised. Packaging was awesome, no risk rims would get damaged. Found one very small factory flaw, barely noticeable and not their fault, but I'm picky and didn't want to risk it getting worse due to exposure to the elements. Let them know via email, sent them a pic, and asked a few questions. I told them I was fine with it as long as it wasn't going to deteriorate. They responded right away and even offered to refund a small portion of the cost to make it right. These guys were professional, responsive, and very much focused on making sure I was happy. I ordered a set of ESR SR12 Wheels from them along with some hardware for wheel mounting. They had the best price for those wheels that I could find in Canada. It was a special order that had to come from the states so they disclosed that the lead time would be about a month before they received the wheels from the States and send them out to me. All four wheels were at my doorstep in just under 3 weeks, surprised how quickly I got them. There was a center cap missing for one of the wheels, not sure what happened there, mightve been from the shipping or the supplier, but I contacted them on Facebook and they were very quick to respond. Had another center cap sent out for free in the same week. Amazing service, and always happy to support Canadian companies. I would be happy to shop with them again.

Overall impressed with the wheels, shipping was quick & the product that was shipped is exactly what i ordered. Downside is there is apparent touch up paint & slight scuffing & damaging on 3/4 of the wheels after initial inspection. Obviously paint chips & scuffs are something that does not damage the integrity of the wheel, but it is slightly frustrating knowing they were already damaged/scuffed prior to shipping. Proactive customer support: When I ordered a set of wheels for my car, I was contacted by WheelWiz's customer support, letting me know that the chosen wheels required hub rings, because they were not matching the exact sizes required for my car. Recently purchased a set of rims and tires from wheel wiz. Prices are good and site is easy to navigate. Once the order was placed I was contacted about a supply issue. The tires I ordered were not in stock and the customer service upgraded me to the next best tire. Then the wheel arrived. I had purchased the hardware ($60) and the mounting and balancing ($15) because it was convenient and a great deal. The hardware didn’t arrive with the wheels and the tires arrived separate from the rims. I called wheelwiz To inform them about my order. At first they were hesitant to give me any sort of compensation, since they upgraded my tires. I told them now I’m on the hook for $100-180 for now having to balance and mount my own tires and rims. The tire upgrade was a nice jesters but not my fault that their system had an issue and had to replace my order. We then agreed on the phone that a $100 credit was fair to cover the cost of mounting and balancing since now I have to find a shop to do this for me instead of the $15 service they offered. Ultimately I was only given my $15 back plus another $40 not the $100 we agreed on and I’m still waiting for the hardware.......

Best price I could find online. I was however very unhappy with the shipping company CANPAR. My two tires were delivered as well as two other tires of different brand and different size. Mine were clearly marked 1 of 2, and 2 of 2. The other two were clearly marked 1 of 4, and 2 of 4. The packing slip did not have a phone# for CANPAR, but there was a phone # for the tires owners, so my wife contacted them this morning to let them know we had their tires by mistake. We were surprised to hear from them that they were told we had their and they were given our address to pick them up. It seems to me the shipping company should have come to pick them up and delivered to the rightful owner, but they left it up to us to make the exchange. Very unprofessional in my opinion!

Really bad experience with them today. I purchased 4 rims from their website for my 2019 Alfa Romeo. Their system clearly stated that the rims would fit on my vehicle. After my purchase was confirmed, I went to buy tires that matched the rims. After 1h30, I received a call from a sales manager named James. He informed me that he doesn't understand why their system matched the rims to my car as they are not the correct fit (wouldn't clear the calipers). I was nice about it but mentioned that it was causing me problems as I just purchased tires to match the rims. He didn't really care or said much. I followed by asking if he had some rims in the same price range to buy. He followed by saying the system was freezing so he would email me a few options shortly. 30 minutes passes, I receive an email stating my order was refunded and nothing else. In my opinion, he could have offered some type of discount once their system was wrong. Or at the least send the email he had mentioned... Unfortunately I will never use or recommend them...

I found this company and after viewing their online catalog and talking to one of their representatives, I went ahead and ordered wheels and winter tires. I did do a bit of due diligence, checking with the BBB and looking them up on google maps. After I gave my credit card information, I had some misgivings as I didn’t really know that much about them. Their email follow ups were good and I received my tires in just over a week. In retrospect, it couldn’t have gone much better. I was able to install the wheels/tires myself so if you can’t do that, it would be a bit of hassle. It’s going to snow today so now I’ll find out how good these tires are. A few points about my experience with WheelWiz. I’ll start off by saying that I’ve seldom come across customer service like I experienced with this company. Beyond the excellent pricing and selection of wheels, I found the sales reps extremely helpful and almost beyond diligent in ensuring each of my questions was answered quickly and clearly.
