I arrived at 9:05 in the morning. I told them I was a courier and I needed to Repair a slow leak on my front tire. I told him I was In a big hurry, and could they do it right away. They said YES. They brought my car in immediately, but it took until 915 to realize that they needed the special security socket to remove the wheel. At 9:15, they had my security socket and were ready to start the job. At 9:20, STILL nothing was done. Furthermore I was told that I was not allowed to look through the glass windows leading to the garage. At this point I told him I no longer had any confidence in this garage’s Ability to appreciate the concern of a customer, or to get the job done as quickly, as they had promised me. I told him I wanted the car out and I would go on my way and find another garage. Because of their lack of care, I lost a half an hour of my day. Furthermore, arriving at another garage, it was determined that my tires were quite worn, and I ultimately replaced all four tires. This represents a loss of business of close to $900 chargeable directly to a bad attitude! It is my guess that this company will be going nowhere, until they change their “holier than thou attitude”!!!!

Went there for years and years and never had any issues. The one year they change tires to my winter tires and left all my wheel bolts loose. The next year they did the same despite having mentioned this to them. The third year was exactly the same even though it was mentioned again... the fourth year they tightened the wheel bolts so tight that I could not remove them when I had a flat tire on the side of the road, I had to have the car towed to a garage. I kept returning because they really are nice people, but during the busy tire season they hire kids to do the tire work. Hopefully this is behind them by now.

It started way back when I brought my 94 STS in to fix a leak in the tire they broke it down sanded around the rim put it back together and said have a nice day. When I called to make an appointment for a tire change I first verified the cost for the model of car that I had. I was informed that it would cost $15.95 per tire plus tax. Whereas this was higher than what I usually pay, I decided to support a local garage in these difficult times. When I picked up my car I was charged $20.95 plus tax for each tire. This amounted to an increase of $23 over what I was quoted! When I questioned the amount I was told that it was because the tires were 16 inches??!! Never had they told me that the price varied by the size of tire. I think this would have been appropriate when I called. As a matter of comparison (after the fact) I checked with another local garage who quoted me $44 plus tax for the 4 tires, a difference of almost $46! I know where I will be going in the fall!

First time I used their services. Very cordial, they were ready for me at the time of my appointment. They worked on my car and then they found there was no need for any repairs on my tire. They checked all four, put the tire in question back. They offered to look at it again if the computer gave me a message. The was no charge for their time. Great job and I felt really good to see that there are honest people in business still. I will be sure to come back to fix my car there next time.

I had to go twice to see them about an issue I was having with my car. They told me I needed repairs that were never even necessary. They were going to charge me 500+ $$ which I thought was strange since I had just gotten the car inspected a few weeks prior and these issues were never mentioned. So I went to get another opinion. All it took for the problem to be fixed was an alignment. The other garage was shocked when I told them how much I was quoted on things that didn't need to be fixed in the first place. Don't just put your blind trust in this garage, I almost lost 500-600$ for absolutely nothing.

Incorrect part replaced, sloppy workmanship throughout. Vehicle 2010 Dodge, 200K + kilometers Service: Alignment, tire change Additional service performed: outer tie rod replacement, as (mis)diagnosed by the technician Additional service recommended: left front hub replacement. The car needed an inner tie rod replacement. As should be expected on a 10 year old car, parts and nuts are likely to be rusty, as was the case with the jam nut. The technician did not take the time to loosen the rusted jam nut and tighten it. There was about 3/4 " of exposed thread between the nut and the outer tie rod end.
