Told me that my oil tank was leaking and needed a new one. Had to replace it ASAP. Said that they could do it and I told them that I would go to my usual garage. They told me they would give me a few pints of free new oil just to help out and get to the garage. Fast forward to the garage, tank is fine and good! And the oil looks like very old oil. So it bare to ask why they even did that? I'll stay away from all Mr. Lube location in the future as they don't seem to be honest in their opinion. Stay away.

I'm a honest person myself, I like honesty and like honest people. This is exactly what I got when I went at this place. I went over there to make a synthetic oil change for my sister (cost around 70$) and the staff told me... Staff: '' To be honest you don't need to make any oil change for now. As I see it right now, your oil is very full and clean, so you can still go a other 5 000km before any oil change.'' Me: Noo for real? Staff: He said ''yes'' they also check on the system to make sure the last time I did a oil change was correct. Finally I safely go with no regret and will come back for my next oil change. It might be nothing for some but for me, that part is very important. Staff could have said ''You want a synthetic oil change...no problem sir, it will cost you 70$'' The bottom line: If you have honest staff that working for you and is not only about the money but true customer services. That can says alot and the client (like myself) will give you a good reviews and good refference!

I went in because my tire was flat. They tried putting air in but couldn’t. Damn potholes in Montreal! They put my spare on, bagged my tire and put it in the trunk. In and out in no time! Prices are OK but service varies wildly. They would not release my car to me because it was dropped off by my partner, even though he left my name and information with the staff and called twice to confirm there would be no issue. Even though my name on the registration, I could not get my keys. Took about 45 minutes to resolve because the staff was ignoring me and not picking up the phone. Other times tube service was fine with no issues so I don’t know what was happening that day.

Came to do an oil change and replace a few fluids on my car . I got a coffe at the beggining as well as a newspaper, which was new as i'm not used to getting a free coffe with an oil change. They let you wait in your car while they top off your fluids, wash your windows and check for leaks etc. I got a detailed invoice at the end with what was checked and what was recommended next service and what needs attention in the future. They payed attetion to my concerns about my tire pressure light being on and changed my burned brake light at the back. Was very impressed with the service, it was also done pretty quickly. They even managed to reset my oil light easily on my BMW , and normally my usual garage doesnt bother resetting it . I will definitely be returneing to this location as will my wife as they seem very thorough and gave me good value for my money.

I suspect that COVID protocols have changed the way they do business. It just seemed more impersonal and production line like in their approach. Wasn't shown the oil level after the change, as was once the practice. I know that offering beverages or a newspaper are somewhat contrary to minimizing exposure to the virus. Don’t go there. They overcharge, rude, and arrogant. Oil change was 95 for my Mazda 2. I was referred by my father in law, and for his CRV they charged him 60. Both of us require synthetic oil. I guess they saw a young women and though abt all the ways they can take money. They said I had to change my transmission oil, 145$ btw. My boyfriend was pissed as he said he could do it himself for 15. Then, they charge 80 for tire installation, and only when they removed everything, they announced me that my summer tires are not safe. So they charged me for a service the service anyway even though I left the dealership with the same winter tires I came in with in the first place. I would never recommend this place to someone. Also, when it was time to buy new tires, they spoke in Hindi together so I would not understand and the guy elevated the price right after. Very rude, and I really feel like they took advantage of me. I was supposed to do a tire change and oil change, and left with an 850$ bill. The guy convinced me by saying things like I could have a terrible accident, risk my life and those of others and lose my car if I don’t change the transmission oil. In the moment, I was so overwhelmed that it felt necessary and brutal for my credit card. This resulted in a fight with my partner since I did not ask for his advice. If you don’t know anything about cars, these guys are vipers and will screw you real bad.

Came in for an oil change and tire change, magically my tire has a scew on it. I checked them myself before i kept them during the winter. That is what you get when you are asked to stay inside the car during the service. Ended up paying a lot more than what i came in for.

Last time..... EVERY TIME, I tell them I just want an oil change. They try and force feed me extras. I'm 100% sure they work on commission, why else would these people argue with me every time I go... I had my coolant fluid changed at as part of my 100k maintenance at Nissan, that was about 2 years ago. I told the guy it was changed at nissan 2 years ago. He started arguing with me, telling me theres collant all over the place and it needs to be changed??? Seriously... Anyways even if it did, they over charge to do it. I'll do it myself...... Anyways if you just want an oil change, put your boxing gloves on and good luck!

The will officially be the last time I go to mr lube. I was in the area and decided to try it out. Not at all worth it. All they do is try to convince you to buy extra this or that, sell you cabin air filter (that is half the price at Canadian tire). And when you are not interested in the extras, all of a sudden they don't have lubrication. So you don't have lube, but your name is mr lube. Only positive was that there was no lineup, but I now know why. way too expensive & bad service

Every staff member working on the morning I went in was wearing a mask. The guy servicing my car (handling payment, admin, changing cabin filter etc) wasn't wearing his over his nose, even when speaking directly to me or fiddling with my cabin filter while I was in the car. Normally, this is a good place, and I don't like leaving bad reviews, but their hours are often not consistent, they say they open at a certain hour so I try to show up early because it is first-come-first-served. I know it's the holidays, but if you write down not only on Google that you will be open at 8 AND leave a piece of paper saying you will be open at 8... I expect you to be there at 8... I have been parked in front of your building for almost an hour and a half with no sign of anyone showing up. It is now 9 o'clock... This is unprofessional. If you plan on not opening your business during the holidays, that's fine... but don't leave info for your customers saying you will be there when you won't...

It's a great place to get an oil change, I went today and I did have to wait in line a little I would say around 30 minutes but it had free wifi so that was fine. One thing I don't like though is how when I go there I make it very clean that all I want is an OIL CHANGE, but they continue asking if I want this and that always adding more then what I am asking for. Even after telling them all I want is an oil change they kind of pressure you to get more and spend more money. I understand that it's how they make money but when I make it clear to them it's like my words are passing above there head and ignore my request. But the rest of it is great I enjoy it they went above and beyond to get my oil filter just had to wait a little 10 minutes and afterwards took them 5 minutes and it was done! So for this reasons I'm giving then 4 start, they only missed one start because like I previously mentioned they always wanna add more work when I tell them that I simply and ONLY want an oil change ????

Be careful about getting your tires done here. I (maybe stupidly) brought my car, which has run flats, to get changed here; thinking "tires are tires right?". NOPE. Ended up with two tires leaking air around the rim requiring me to bring the car elsewhere, have the tires taken off and put back on, and reseal the bead. Which of course cost me another nice chunk of money. Will avoid wasting my time going there and go elsewhere to begin with.

I went for transmission oil change, The guys were nice, except they opened the wrong place just above where they supposed to open, forgot to put one bolt back. It is leaking. Yesterday I went to Canadian Tire for an Oil change that is when I found out all this. It may have caused possible damage to the the transmission. I am going there back to tell them this . I will write back what they say.... After my visit from Chrysler... Someone from ( Mr.Lube) head office did call me I told them I did not want to go further as I was trying to see how much more time I had to waste for this issue. Chrysler dealer's rep. tells me that the connecting tubes were leaking. So he changed all the tubes The Canadian tire where I changed Engine oil tells me the transmission oil was not changed properly. I as a consumer am quite confused.. I am not upset or anything. This kind of stuff is just life happening. I thank all the people who did best according to their abilities and I wish them well. Note to management of Mr.Lube at DDO Just punch my name in your computer you will find the date that I did service at your place.

Same as everyone else. Upsell and charge too much for extras - $110 for transmission fluid change? They don't do everything that was marked "done" on verification (windows not washed, door hinges not lubed). Charged for balancing though was never asked. Came back in 1 1/2 hours and still had to wait another hour for tire change. Was going to go to Penzoil on St. Jean, but they were closed. Always great service there. Won't come back here!

They are thieves. Push you to pay for services you don't need, and the job is poor. I went for an oil change, they pressured me into getting a motor flush and a change of cabin air filter. They took the filter off but did not replace it with a new one! A couple.months later, my fan broke because all the debris from the motor went straight to my fan. I had to pay 500$ to repair it in a REAL garage, and they categorically refused to talk to me when i told them that they did their job wrong. They refused to look through their files to see that I indeed have been serviced by them and were extremely rude. Gang of thieves and.bullies!

Went there to have rims swapped on my (new to me) car. The dealership I bought the car from (Gatineau Acura) sold it to me with severe sidewall damage on one of the tires, which is obvious dangerous as the tire can blow on the highway. Anyways, the guy who works at Mr.lube noticed this right away and told me, possibly saving my family from catastrophy. Thank you to the good man at this location. I believe he is the one who manages the place as he has been there for many years.

i used to go to this place to change my oil. Everytime i go back there was always something wrong with my car. Two winters ago, they said my batter failed whatever test they run and needs to be change. Up until now my baterry is still good and i have no problem starting my car. I recently go back for an oil change a month ago. This time i really felt like one of the mechanic was ripping me off. he was explaining how the air filter was dirty and it needs to be change. He stated that I need to agree on changing it 1st before he removes it because its " very hard and annoying to take it off and put it back". So i agreed to change it. The filter was not that dirty and it just needed a little dusting or a tap. It turned out they didnt have that filter in stock so he had to put it back and he ask me to come back the next day when the orders come. What turned out to be "annoying and hard to be put back" took 5 secs to put back!!-_- on same day, the same mechanic told me my cooling fluid needed to be change because it was "overused". I told him that last time i was there (about 4 months ago) to change my transmission oil, i mentionned my cooling fluid and the other mechanic didnt say anything about needing to change it anytime soon. He stated its because the guy who changed my transmission oil was "not trained and not qualified" to change a cooling fluid. I dont know much about cars but that did not sound right.. I mentioned it to my friends and they all agreed this mechanic was ripping me off.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Mr.Lube on St.Joseph in Gatineau. Had gone in to just get winter tires put on and when asked for all the extra stuff decided not to go with it. After all's said and done they went off and decided to add a bunch of extra's anyways When I tried letting them know that I didn't ask for the rust guard or anything extra other than installing tires they tried to play it off as if I said yes and proceeded to charge me for everything I didn't ask for. I took my car to this place for a simple winter tire change. The wait was not long and they did it. Just after I left, I noticed my left front wheel is making a strange noise; so I took it back and they said, we can just tighten the bolts! The noice continued the following day and it got worse! so I called them and they said bring it over, they saw the tire was scrubbing the suspension! and told me "Oh the tires are big for your car and are the wrong size!". So I told them that's impossible since they were used before and that just doesn't make any sense. Then we checked the rim and tire size specification for the vehicle and the front and rear rim size were different! Therefore, the tires were fine and the guy suddenly realized that they messed up and put the rear rim which was 1inch bigger on the front! Are you kidding me? How could you do such a stupid mistake? You had one job to do! Long story short, these guys don't have much knowledge and are kinda just follow the manual to do the work. If you have a nice car, you may wanna get it to a proper place. I had no option since everywhere else was so booked for snow tire change.

Short of time, so I decided to use this service--and was not impressed, and they tried to repeatedly up-sell me services I did not ask for even though I told them right off that I only wanted an oil and oil filter change and that's it! They offered me a coffee and never brought it. After I left there, I heard a rattling under my car. I was due to visit my dealer so I let it go. Later on, a heat shield fell off my car and was damaged beyond repair. I was told at my dealer that this needed to be removed when changing the oil--I don't believe in coincidences but cannot prove that they did this on purpose, but it left me suspicious. Regardless, I wont be back as I was not comfortable with how they operate.

This was my first time at a Mr.Lube. I went in past 3pm on a Sunday for a flat tire. The guys were extremely friendly and helpful. Offered me a coffee and a newspaper and I got to watch what they were doing. Ultimately they fixed my rim which causing a problem, rebalanced my tire and charge me such a fair price. I agree with Olivier on the extras. They tried to change anything they can get their hands on. The price for their cabin air filter was marked at about 75$, at Napa they had one for 17$ or the other for 34$ still half the price. The engine air filter was at least 10$ more than other places. I'll just buy it and install it myself, which doesn't take much time. The guy serving me was very polite and did not pressure me to get the air filter. However I could hear in the back that the manager wanted him to show me the difference between an old and new filter.

Watch out for the up-sale! They always try to get you to change other fluids or belts beyond what you came in for. And they do so by sketchy means like twisting your drive belt before showing you just how bad it was. They also forgot to put the fan belt plastic shroud back on with all the bolts. Two were missing and I had to find replacements from my local dealer. This could have been destructive and expensive if it had got caught in the belt while driving. It should be noted they charged me $129 to install the fan belt. The dealer sells them for $29 so it cost me $100 plus tax for a ten minute install but they forgot to put the bolts back on the plastic shroud. Always look over the work they do before you drive off.

Horrible place!!! So unprofessional! I went to get my tires changed and one guy came to look at my car to give me a price. My tires are already mounted so it is quite an easy job but apparently with the balancing of the tires it would cost a total of $69. He didn't show me a price list or explain but just got me to write my name and phone number on a piece of paper. Since I was already there I just decided to go with it and thought to myself that I would never be back. When I went to pick up my car another guy was putting together the invoice for me. I was really in a rush to leave and he was asking me for my car registration number at that point! Like any other Mr. Lube they should have taken my info down when I gave them the car! Then he told me it would be $159 and I flipped! I told them the guy told me $69 and I wouldn't have agreed if it really was $159. They called over the guy that quoted me the price and he lied to my face and said he told me $159!! After arguing with them for awhile my husband had to step in and he told them it didn't make sense because the tires were already mounted. Then all of a sudden they all agreed. So basically the guy who gave me the quote lied!! How dare he say that I heard wrong and that he said $159 instead $69! Secondly, how come nobody knew that the tires were already mounted! Didn't somebody see as they were putting them on? NEVER GOING BACK, STAY AWAY!

Terrible place for oil change!!!!! They caused damage to my vehicle and refuse to pay for the damages. They are even lying and saying that their technician didn't open the rear differential. Lies!!!!!! They showed me a paper with oil on it saying I should consider changing it. Don't trust them with your car. My name is Prashant, I bought my Michelin winter tires from Costco and changed my tires at M. Lube, 2975 Rue du Marché, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9B3M2. One of the 4 tires I bought was defective, Costco did not help any to claim warranty for the brand new tire I bought from them. I talked to the supervisor Gagan working at Mr Lube DDO, he took the responsibility to claim warranty for my tire. Him and his colleague Anthony tried very hard to get new tire from Michelin. I kept on calling them every second or third day, I got every single time very polite and proper answer. They were always respectful and considerate regarding my problem. Gagan and Anthony tired almost a month to get new tire without any positive result. At the end they bought me a brand new winter tire and replace it for free of charge. That is what I called excellent service

went in for oil change for my dad’s car. they opened the rear differential from the drain instead of the other opening used to check the levels. They didn’t put it back tight enough and all the oil leaked out, 4 days later the entire differential exploded costing a cool 2.2k. Management is denying it’s their fault saying they never opened the differential but then how did they smear the oil from my differential on a paper towel and show it to me? They’re nothing but dishonest and unprofessional, i’ve read about similar situations happening at this location so they clearly do not know what they’re doing. pay the extra and get your maintenance done at the dealership, they’re not worth the headache.

My brother brought in his vehicle, I am a certified mechanic... He told me they told him his whole driveline was in need of a fluid flush blah blah this and that... Upon opening the fill plugs and checking all the fluid... It looks like good old 75w90 and the trans is nice and red with a good smell and texture... They must make a commission for upselling services. I have never been to a quick lube because most guys don't know what they are doing. Shady business practices.. my brother texted me while being in the bay and I told him not to worry I would do the service for half the cost... When I come to look.. IT DOESNT NEED IT.. AVOID this place and it's shady business tactics.... They also said he needed a coolant flush .. I just replaced his thermostat and water pump and bled the coolant of air properly. Very disappointed.

They said an oil change and transmission fluid change would take 10 min it literally took them 30-40 min and we were in a rush to get somewhere. Proceeds to tell us 5 more minutes so I think 10 but in reality it was more like 15. Also said the price would be 180 then says the total is 290. I used to do my own oil changes on my vehicles but started coming here due to being beyond busy and for what I paid for the oil and the time it took for me it ended up costing me more. I only go to this location and will even go in early if I know I'll be out of town when its time to change. The staff here are just amazing and very professional as well as honest and helpful. They take very good care of me and my vehicle and I have brought multiple in from oil changes to numerous tire fixes/changes. Mechanics are so rude and all they do is adding service which are irrelevant so that you pay high! The splash shield in my son's Honda was hanging out to a point where the car was undrivable. Because it was the deadline for changing to winter tire, no garage would take us. My son had to be at work in a two hours. Mr. Lube of DDO took the car in and temporary fix the problem. They did not charge us. I cannot thank them enough. I have been here twice. The first time it took them an hour and a half to change a light bulb on my car. The second time, the tech was very distracted. He stopped to eat his lunch before starting our service while we stood there and waited for our quick oil change. At the end of the service, we asked him to check the tire pressure and I swear, I am not even kidding.... he responded with a "Yes, of course" and proceeded wander around the shop for a few minutes until finally he called us over to check out the bat he found curled up, asleep in a tool box on the other side of the garage. He never did check our tire pressure but he did get a pretty cool picture of that bat..... Weirdest experience ever, will definitely not be returning.

They even bring you a coffee to sip on while you listen to the radio and/or catch up with messages etc on your phone. Good group on staff this year too. UPDATE: I sent a follow up email as requested and never even heard back! When I was there for an oil change recently, I was told that my transmission fluid was completely burnt and that if i drive like this for more than a week, not only would it completely ruin my transmission and scrap my car, but it will be dangerous on the road. I didn't have much time that day so I said I would come back and do it in a couple days. So thankful I didn't, because at school in my mechanics course, I did a clutch job on the car and when draining the fluid it came out CRYSTAL CLEAR!! It's one thing to warn me about thinking about getting it done in the future to avoid repairs, but to tell me it was burnt and clumpy and that anything more than a weeks worth of driving is hazardous!? (My fluid cost me $20 instead of the almost $200 job they were forcing on me.) Really disappointing from a place with such a trustworthy name. My family and I will no longer be going there for maintenance. If they offer you something, please ask them to show you first!!!!!!!!!!

I sent my son for a simple basic oil change and since I always go there and have no issues I thought it was safe... wrong. he goes in with a 09 corolla and 48000k tasks for a simple oil change, they tell him to change his transmission oil as well which he declines and they proceed. they then tell him he needs 2 filters but don't mention they are the air filter and a cabin filter without telling him the cost. These 2 filters that retail for 15$ each will now cost him 48 and 50 $ each. 187$ OIL CHANGE!!! I get it , it was quiet for the past year and you need to catch up and upsell. NOT COOL, we have 4 cars in our family and will be moving on.

It was the worst experience ever, since they do not give appointments, had to wait infront of their place prior to opening an hour and half to get a turn. Upon arrival at 7:30AM one car was ahead of me waiting. When it was my turn to get my summer/winter tires swapped, they could not lift the van as their hoist is so short in length and they have no other means such as a manual lift. Waisted 3 hours of my time and decided not to to even change the engine oil. M Lube, I will never reach out for your services. Went to Mr Lube for the first time. Other than the up-sell attempts I found the service efficient. After the service I found oil pooling underneath my car. A 3rd part quickly pointed out that the Mr. Lube employee had failed to tighten the oil drain plug. For safety and peace of mind I recommend looking elsewhere for service.

Had my oil changed on August 24. They checked the rear differential oil and showed me the oil on a paper. Said it needed to be changed soon in 5000kms and I said okay and went on my way. Four days later I was in Ontario and my rear differential seized. Had it towed to a Subaru dealer. They told it it seized because the oil leaked out from the cap. When I contacted Mr. Lube they refused to pay for the damages. Flat out lied. They said they never checked the oil and that the technician only recommended the oil change according to the mileage. Liars!!!!!! They are incompetent. Next step will be small claims court!!!!!! Don't get your oil changed at Mr.lube. I Did some research and found that it is very common for Mr. Lube to make these type of mistakes and not take responsibility for it. Even lied about what the service advisor from Subaru said . Don't trust them with your car!!!!!!!!

Always great service here, we go here to change our tires twice a year, and oil as well. This year when we went the car dealership had given us a wrong rim for our car, and so Mr Lube couldn't actually do the tires, after having put three of them on they had to take them all off so we could go back to the dealership to get the right rim. For a simple oil change they are fine, a little pricy but then again you don't have to wait around and you don't need an appointment. That said, you can't trust what they indicate on their maintenance printout. They mark things that they verified, that they never did. Service is very unreliable. Some times they check tire pressure, windshield washer fluid levels, lube hinges, ... Other times they do nothing. They also try to up sell a lot. My first visit they wanted me to replace a cabin filter for 89$, instead I purchased it online for 9$! All of this to say, for an oil change fine, but for everything else, go to a trustworthy mechanic!!!

Had an oil change and fee days later, noticed a leak. I brought it back and told them about it. They were nice enough to look at it and tighten whatever was loose. An employee started filling up some liquid and the supervisor stopped him. I asked the supervisor to put some oil at a level to compensate the leak and he answered: "There wasn't much oil losa and to just clean the stain my garage floor." Changed the oil at Mr. Lube DDO, few weeks later I noticed oil drippings on my garage floor. Took it to a mechanic and he immediately showed me how he was able to unscrew the oil drain plug by hand.. Proving that they did not tighten to proper torque specs. Never again. I'll also be advising my company who has a corporate discount with Mr. Lube about the matter and will suggest dropping them

Despite all the negative reviews on here, I have to say that I was very happy at the end of the day with both customer service and technical service. This was my first time visiting Mr. Lube. I actually had a lot of stuff that had to be done on the car. I knew I needed not just an oil change, but transmission and rear dif as well as a coolant swap (all things overdue). What I really liked was that I got to watch them and talk some shop (it helps that I know a little about cars) They were very nice and answered all my questions etc. Now maybe they didn't try to up sell me because I already had a ton of stuff to do? Not really sure. Either way it all got done and in pretty good time. My only knock is that it's a bit more expensive but the trade off is how quick everything was ready.

0 stars - Dreadful service, first time I went in for an oil change, one employee dumped all the stuff from my glove box on the floor, yanked out the cabin filter, showed it to me and told me I should replace it, I went with it since it was due, rude nonetheless. 6 months later I went in for another oil change and told the same guy not to take out the filter since he replaced himself last time, a few minutes later, said employee then proceeds to dump all of the contents of the glove box onto the floor and yank the filter again. When I asked why!! his answer was generic at best: "it need to be replaced". You couldn't pay me enough to ever set foot in that place again.

I decided to try Mr. Lube in DDO (Montreal west Island). Service was great. Very polite staff, offered me coffee, gave my son a coloring book, service was truly excellent. Technically was another story. They seemed to struggle with removing the oil filter (it’s at the front of the engine, not at the bottom, Solara 2008 V6) and replacing the air filter. I was a little concerned, but figured you were the pro’s, it should be OK. In the end it all got done, they showed me the dip stick, so off I went. Minutes later, I could smell burning oil. When I got home I popped the hood. Oil on the exhaust manifold shield, oil below the oil filter, down the engine, and a pool of oil on the plastic tray under the car. It was burning as I drove. I took a can of brake clean and washed the manifold and engine. Washed the tray with hose and soap. The smell is gone but I have oil stains on my driveway (it’s asphalt luckily). I understand that accidents happen, but they should have washed away the mess, and let me know that there may be a smell. To me the service was great, but the technical competence was missing. Mr. Lube is supposed to be the king of this stuff. When I contacted them to complain, they apologized and offered me 25% off my next oil change (so I get the bargain rate 45$ instead of 60$ (sarcasm)). I did not want a discount, the right thing to do would have been to offer to clean the engine in my opinion. Anyway, I won't go there again, my advice is stay away.

I will try and stay as objective as possible in this review, but currently is very hard to do so. We would've preferred to solve these issues privately, if any representatives of Mr. Lube would like to talk it would be greatly appreciated. Please read, this concerns professionalism, accountability, but most importantly safety. We went to Mr. Lube for a simple oil change. They convinced us to take a "forfait specialite" which included a front and rear differential oil change. Fine so far, we went on a drive that weekend only to realize on the highway that our vehicle was jerking and not functioning properly (it was losing power, and from the front hood we could hear a grinding metallic sound). We had to pull over in a construction zone on the highway, and after inspection we decided it would be best to just get towed to the nearest dealership. At the dealership they found 2 main issues: 1. There was NO OIL in the front or rear differential. IN FACT, the front oil WAS PUT IN THE TRANSMISSION INSTEAD. 2.THAT SAME OIL IT OVERFLOWED WHICH DESTROYED THE TRANSMISSION. The issues didn't end there... 1. After talking to the Mr. Lube advisor, he stated he would send someone to inspect the car at the dealership. Which the individual "drove the car around", they stated that the "transmission was fine" and wanted our consent to tow the car from the dealership to the Mr. Lube to then hire a mechanic to fix the vehicle, because it was "too expensive" to pay the 3400$ repair fees (including labor) at the dealership. -> note that the dealership informed us that the individual who "came to inspect the car" only drove 3 car lengths prior to parking the car... idk about you, but if the car was actually "fine" why don't they just drive it all the way to their Mr. Lube..... 2 For the past week or so, they have been asking to send the vehicle to "a garage", but are refusing to say which one and refusing to allow us to chose a garage that we trust. 3. We requested a rental car, they said, no they couldn't do that. Attached below are pictures of the towing. We would like to attach the emails and dealership reports of all the broken parts, but as this may turn into a legal matter we were advised not to share those documents publicly for now.

Manager is really professional. The employees are "ok". They changed my tires but didn't follow the psi. One tire was 51 psi, another was 27 psi. Other 2 were 31 psi. When I told the guy my dashboard tire pressure appeared, he said not to worry. I'm not impressed.
