I was extremely pleased with the service received from the Autotech Performance Team. I called in to enquire about installing a trailer hitch on my SUV for a bike rack. I was well taken care of and Denis followed up with a text message with the information I needed. When I came in for my appointment, although it was my first appointment there, it was nice to be referred to by name, and it felt like I was a regular customer. Even though they were busy, I made a last minute request and asked if they could install my bike rack for me, which they did. I was even further impressed that the technician took the time to show me all of the features before I left. Everyone was very pleasant and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to go back. It's no wonder that the Infiniti Dealership also highly recommended them!

Completely blown away by the professionalism, courtesy, competency, and honesty of this Business. Reached out to the company at midnight by email and even though Covid 19 was in full swing; Denis called me at 8am that day. I told them the issues I’ve been having with my 2010 Rav and they quickly booked me an appointment. I have brought this car to other self proclaimed mechanics and the experience were horrible. I almost gave up on mechanics and even considered leasing a new car so I wouldn’t need to deal with mechanics ever again. This was my last attempt to see if someone could be competent and honest enough to get the job done. I am so happy I took the chance with these guys. They took the car exactly at the time I was schedule, sent me a quote buy email and worked with my budget. There were absolutely not surprises with them; except for the fact that they got everything done in a ridiculously short amount of time. Get this: they diagnosed the issues, sent me a quote by email- called to discuss and get get my approval within a little over an hour. I said go for it, and they changed my tires, replaced my brake pads and rotors, fixed seized calipers, replaced a busted drive shaft, and changed 2 Rear handbrake cables. All this, same day before 3:30pm. I picked up the car at 5pm ( they even disinfected my keys before handing them to me). From the moment I drove off their property; I knew these guys nailed it. The car drives so smooth, I couldn’t even tell you the difference in drivability between this car and my other car that’s 2 years old and has a fraction of the KLMS. These guys are top notch and take pride in their work. I can rest easier knowing my wife and kids are in a secure vehicle now thanks to Denis and his crew at Autotech performance. Thanks so much.

I had an oil change done, and asked if they could do a general inspection including charging system. Work was done efficiently and on time (they gave me the charging diagnostics-all good) and informed me of front end work repairs needed in near future with detailed price of the repair. A month later they did the control arms and alignment at they quoted price (with printed diagnostic). They also did an extra check on wheel bancing after I felt vibrations driving on highway, and found it was a bent mag. I am confident in their work, and pleased with the customer service.

Went for an alignment and brakes on different days; absolutely no regrets. The mechanic who did the alignment was meticulous and even took it for 2 drives. The steering wheel was good afterward. The mechanic who did the brakes (i believe it was Sid) was highly proficient; he found the problem with relative ease and made it look simple. He was also very patient amd respectful; I'm really happy he worked on my brakes. If you have any problems with your car, I recommend this one. Keep up the good work guys.

They fixed an issue created by a previous shop when I had my timing belt done on a Subaru, they opened it up fixed and I got my car back the same day. After weeks of working on my JDM H22 swapped accord I gave in and decided to bring it to a mechanic for a timing adjustment. The staff were really helpful, one of them (Sergei) came out and started talking about the possible causes, filling up my radiator fluid and bleeding it at no charge. We talked about the possible causes and decided an adjustment was not needed. If you want an honest mechanic I highly recommend this place. If I run into more problems I am going here. They could have tried to charge me for the 15 minutes he helped if they wanted to but they just let me go. I will refer them to anyone having problems. Most honest mechanics Ive seen in the area.

After Denis, the owner, diagnosed/troubleshooted my Acura 2003 1.7 EL, he gave me an estimate to fix it. I asked him, "Is it worth fixing it or do I just let it go?" He replied, “Do you have ___ to buy a car? My answer was, "No, I don't have ___ to rent, lease, or buy a car.” “So, he said, "it’s worth fixing it.” When fixed, he said, it will last for another 5 years. But then, my Acura was towed for the 2nd time to his garage as another problem came up. He fixed it again. He said, it will last for about 8 years. Well, my Acura went for the 3rd trip to the garage a day after! This time, the ultimate troubleshooting came up that only "Denis Cordeiro" was able to figure out! He didn't give up 'till he found the problem. He fixed it! I drove my car for 4 consecutive days, "smooth sailing", as of today. Denis and his crew are honest, trustworthy, highly skilled, professional, polite, friendly, considerate, and accommodating. I highly recommend, 5 star!

After having paid these guys nearly 5 grand to fully repair my car, they gave it back to me having cut my windshield washer fluid tube. It being my first car and not knowing how to recognize such a mistake, the result was me jetting winshield washer fluid all over the car's components in the hood over the course of a few days, completely destroying the car's functionality. They overlooked one of the easiest fixes you can do to a car, and it cost me my car, as well as 5000$. Avoid these guys at all costs. God forbid their incompetence screws over any other clients.

Got a bad service today. One of their young technicians who was working there had big time "temper" issues from what I noticed. "Swearing" on the job because a client has issues with his/her car to be fixed..well that is why the client came to the garage for and that is why he/she will pay you...you are not fixing it for free. I got the quote and left without fixing it because of that kid's attitude which I didn't say anything or report it to anyone. At the end I lost money and AutoTech lost me and other potential clients. This is not good for business! I will not be returning to this place in the future unfortunately because I do not want to do business with people with bad attitude and being unprofessional. If that kid behaves like that in front of clients, AutoTech will loose clients...Guaranteed!

A couple years ago I was told by another shop that I needed my power steering pump replaced - that shop kept trying to avoid doing the job right before the winter season because they preferred taking tire switching appointments even though the issue was discovered long before the rush, and when I finally told them to stop messing around and replace it they said it would be several weeks later at the earliest, despite it already having been that long that they were giving me the run-around, so I hung up. At that point I called mechanic after mechanic, all of which said they were too busy to do it, several being quite rude about it for no reason other than apparently the inconvenience of having to answer the phone. A friend recommended me to this place, they answered and were very nice and told me they could squeeze me in that week. I happily accepted, and despite the fact that they booked the time for replacing a full power steering pump, had the parts, and I didn't even describe the issue, only told them that I needed the pump replaced since that's what I was told by the other shop, they discovered it was only a line to the pump that was damaged and it costed me about ~$150 rather than ~$650+. Since then I have only gone here with my car and I'm never disappointed. As a returning customer I've also been fit in a couple of times when I made the mistake of not calling early enough before the winter/summer tire rush, which is something they didn't need to accomodate but they did anyway and was very much appreciated. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for: professional, honest, and effective service from very nice people.

Outstanding group of people!!! I got in a jam on a Saturday with my boat trailer. The towing company dropped my trailer off at auto tech b/c they were the closest establishment that could address my needs. They were closed so I would have to wait until Monday for service. On Monday they called letting me know that my problem was not something they dealt with, but they gave me a number of a company that could. They let me keep my trailer at their place until I could arrange transport. They did not charge me and were extremely helpful. If this is the manner in which they conduct business they are top shelf in my book. Knowledgeable & trustworthy.
