Disappointed Had a loose fender and asked for some help tightening it down. "Insurance regulations prohibit us from touching anything that's not a tire. It's a liability issue." I get it. The insurance company would rather accept the liability of auto damage, personal injury or God forbid - death - because some employee couldn't tighten down our fender. Jesus what is this country coming to Either way the fender is loose and is coming off People could be hurt But nope.... Not going to help you

Tires ordered on a Friday...then I went in the next Wednesday morning and got tires put on, balanced, everything and out of there in 35 minutes...quick. very friendly staff....check them out.

Had my trailer tires installed yesterday. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and careful. Great customer service. This is very rare these days. I recommend Delta Kal tire.

I have been to a lot of mechanics that i thought were good. This guys are by far the best i have dealt with ever! Their amazing level customer service is something i have never come across before. Honesty and quality work in a mechanic are hard to come by these days. I would highly recommend you give these guys a try, you will not be disappointed!

My deepest apologies to the staff of this Kal Tire location for the recent accusation regarding the repair on my tire. I have learned my lesson, Get the facts first before saying anything. Thank you for taking the time to get to the truth. Sorry I took my mechanic at his word. I will remember that even though he's a great mechanic, he still makes mistakes and he doesn't know everything .
