Went in with a punctured tire on the family Volvo station wagon, and left with a bent leaf spring suspension that made our car dangerously undriveable. Next I inquired what happened, and instead of owning up to a simple mistake of a misplaced jack, the manager aggressively (yelling and swearing) placed the blame on us and told us a fantastic story about how we went 4x4ing in our Volvo Station wagon and hit a rock, then he kindly offered to fix it for us for several hundred dollars. We kindly refused. A second opinion from ICBC and a reputable car shop across town assessed it was not a rock, but a mechanic who had mistakenly placed the forks of their jack under the suspension leaf springs, instead of the frame. Oops! Lesson learned that not all mechanics are honest. As a result, I have a long list of great mechanics in tsawwassen and Delta I'm happy to recommend. Beware the Big O.

I'm new to Tsawwassen and decided to call Big O when I had a leaky tire due to a nail puncture, since they are just up the street. I called right when it opened and spoke with Ken, he let me know that I could drop my car off right away and the tire would be repaired in 30-40 mins. Great and friendly service and fair price! I will be going back for an oil change soon.

As a woman, i find visiting a mechanic with a car issue intimidating. But the level of customer service and honest and affordable help I have received at this location has me drive all the way from downtown Vancouver to Tsawwassen anytime I need anything looked at on my vehicle. I have had lots of tire issues because I have super low profile tires and i seem to like curbs. Ken has always gone out of his way to fix my car issues ( not just tires) for a really decent price and within a tight window. Thank you to the whole team there for being my mechanics that I can trust

Initially took my Honda pilot for AC gas recharge- and they did an excellent job. As the board indicated "Big O tires" I was not aware that they had a service department too. So I spoke to Ken, AND ARRANGED TO SERVICE MY 2005 Honda Pilot with a noisy DRL module and oil change,. Ken, booked an appointment and called me with the price and the total cost etc. They did a great job at a reasonable price compared to dealership, and the car runs beautifully. Thank you and see you again with the next regular service.

I have bought tires here before and on many occasions have needed small jobs done flat tires and slow leaks etc. on every occasion the service is outstanding. Fast friendly service no job is too small. I made the mistake a few years ago and bought tires from fountain tire in surrey. what a mistake the tire sensors they put in never worked and the would not do anything about it. These guys are the best. They are close to my home and have competitive prices and if you ever have a problem they will look after you

I know people who love this shop - at least three only take their cars here. I'm sure some people do get great service. I had a bad one with some run around last year - trying to overcharge until I pointed out the number they quoted was ridiculous. I'm a young girl and that's pretty mean - just cause I knew the hose that needed doing was a $10 part and on the front of the engine... not a $250 job. Most people don't. My fault for being busy that week and getting someone else to do it.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. They may give you a discount on something, although they might take some parts out of your car without you noticing!! Brought our car to change tires and we realized 3 days later that our catalytic converter had been taken and replaced by a simple pipe. We know they took it since we spend our time working on this car and we had a catalytic converter a week prior to bringing it to this shop...The only way to do so, is to put your car on an elevated platform, to a have a saw and to be able to weld...If you are considering coming here, I HIGHLY recommend taking pictures of your car's engine and under the car PRIOR to bringing it in for the work. This may help you defend your case in the event that they also take some pieces from your car!! Don't be fooled by his seemingly nice communication skills!!
