We went to Chief Isaac Mechanical to get our van checked through before we attempted the Dempster Highway. The guys could immediately help us, checked our breaks, tires etc. and did an oil change, all for a very reasonable price. Our tires didn't look the fittest so they tried to get hold of a new set for the next day. As none were available in Whitehorse they equipped us with advice instead. Thanks Sean and Robin! Ps.: We made it to the Arctic Circle and back without a puncture, 22psi tire pressure, all safe!

Sean was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. He bad talked NAPA/Advance Mechanical and Integra - both of which provide much better service. Ultimately did not help despite making assurances he would. Go to Advance Mechanical and save yourself the time and bother.

We just showed up unexpectedly with an unusual tire wear problem on our 5th wheel RV. We are running special 14 ply tires on our rig and was expecting to have to either change tire brands or wait for a drop shipment. Chief Isaac Mechanical had our exact specialty tires in stock. He said it's what most folks in the Yukon prefer. And, unfortunately for us, he confirmed our suspicion that our rear axle is bent. But, armed with that information and 2 new tires, we were happily back on our way in a couple of hours. Thanks for being there for us. We appreciate you!
