They were able to book us in fairly quickly and even faster getting our vehicle back to us. They are both friendly and efficient (except for the one person, you know who you are) but won't let that detract from the excellent service coming out of their shop! No courtesy shuttle or vehicle to get to and from so if you need a cab like we did puts you out an additional $50. FSJ needs ride hailing like Uber cause the wait times for taxi (if they decide to even pick up) will be over an hour with premium rates it seems.

Quick job with tire chage for sure which any other places would offer. However, my car servicing was a very bad experience, took more than 3 weeks. Most importantly, it still leaks after a day they finished working on it, where I wasted almost 1300$. Found grease marks inside car after took back home. Amazing isn't it?

There are only two things I want out of an auto shop: trustworthiness and know-how. These guys have both. After car trouble on the highway heading back to Edmonton, these guys got me fixed up and back on the road in no time. They gave a no-nonsense explanation of the problem and a number of options to fix it. If I lived in Thunder Bay, this would be my go to mechanic.

We went in with a bad tire, and they were able to help us right away and diagnose the problem. In the end, it wasn't something they could fix that day (needed a special part from the dealership). And they wouldn't even charge us for their time and work. We were really impressed, and will be taking our business here again in the future. They are open on Sundays as well, which is very convenient.

We were in a pickle being from out of town and thankfully Ft Saint John has a business like this. We did some bonehead stuff and tried to get someone off of Facebook to come look at it while we were in line, luckily that didn't work out and MegMar fixed it. Would definitely recommend this business.

Open 7 days a week. Was able to get a flat tire fixed at 8 am on a Sunday morning on a long weekend. Service was good and the price was reasonable.

It starts with the young lady working at reception. Very pleasant to deal with. After being over charged and told that i couldn't be helped at the local gm dealer (after they replaced a part that was supposed to fix the problem $980.00) Megmar was able to make room in 10 minutes to get my truck in. They found a corroded wire and replaced it for little cost (their more then fair shop rate). They fixed the actual problem and did it in a good time frame. Wicked team

I was referred by a friend to see Dennis about my air suspension issues. I wanted to convert my air ride suspension on a RAM 1500 Longhorn to conventional struts and coil springs with a leveling kit. I called like 4 other shops in town and didn't get a call back for a quote. I went to the shop and Dennis knew right away what to do. Gave me a quick quote and dropped my truck off the day before the appointment. I got a call back at the end of the day, 1 day before the appointment that the work is complete! I am truly impressed by their work and the price was reasonable.

Frony desk staff where good but the boss/mechanic was rude and did a poor job. Just went with the easiest possible fix from the fault code without investigating, failed to replace the fuel filter which he said he would do, charged an arm and a leg to replace our spark plug and when we discovered this had not resolved the issue several 100kms I to the remote north of BC and we called he was no help at all.

Went there to get a tire plugged, it was a good price. Went back to get a gas smell checked, they nearly doubled the other prices I got. When he gave me the price he said, the fuel pump was 900$ I looked it up it’s 350$ from GM directly, he said he could try and find it cheaper. They do all the police cars, thought they would be trustworthy. Plus charged me for checking what the gas smell was, but didn’t tell me until the end. All around lame!

Working north west of Fort St John. I reside in Edmonton, Alberta. I’ve had troubles with my Jake Brake in my 2007 Dodge Ram. I’ve had several different mechanic shops in Alberta and Manitoba try resolve this issue but to no success. One of the welders that I work with recommended MegMar Maintenance Ltd. (Signature Tire Centre). I’m vey pleased to say that they fixed the issue and my Jake Break works like new again. I highly recommend MegMar, they have a knowledgeable staff and mechanics. They are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. Glad to have done business with them.

Office staff very friendly and easy to talk to, little bit more on the expensive side for a shop and felt like they took longer then actually needed to, and when I had questions afterwards I felt very rushed to get out of there. If it wasn’t such an urgent matter I would have gone elsewhere.
