I was on my way to a memorial service and blew a tire on the side of the road. This was a Friday just before 5pm and a long weekend. I was very stressed out as I called multiple tire shops in the area just to be told they didn't have my tire size and couldn't get it in time. My 4th or 5th call was to Mister Tire. At this point I was feeling pretty beat. Luck for me - not only did they have my tire in stock but they also agreed to stay open until I got into town on my spare/donut, and they also lent me a vehicle so I could meet my family. They were very understanding and did everything they could to make the situation bearable. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Thanks again guys!!

Good service and prices aren't through the roof. They will store your spare tires on site in a lockup, a very nice service that's made our family want to stick with them.

bought my first set of dedicated winter tires this year for my Ram 1500 and i'm very happy and surprised at how much better they are than the BFG ko's that i always thought were really good. on advise of the gentleman behind the desk i got Toyo GSi6 tires. advise and service have always excellent for me.

Finally got what’s happening with my brake shoes it’s a manufacturer defect I thank the manager/owner For helping me with everything it’s getting dealt with I would got to this shop because of the owner so nice and good customer service I will say tho the elderly guy working there needs to be better he lacks customer service got in a verbal argument with him but either then that so far so good.

We were driving from Nelson to Calgary and noticed that our trailer tires were literally about to fall apart and we may not make it to Calgary. We called Mister Tire, they had 4 good quality used tires that they sold to us for a fantastic price, and even took the old ones off the trailer, mounted the new ones on the rims and put them back on the trailer within an hour. Fantastic service, wish we lived close enough to use them regularly.

Sold me used winters and said they were all season. Also put a warped rim back on my car without asking if i wanted to replace it. When i came in to have the rim replaced i waited an hour for them to say they had none in stock. It only a month or two after i bought them that they said the tread was so bad that it was dangerous to drive on.

They fit me in, fixed my flat (properly), checked the pressure on all my other tires and I was on my way within 20 minutes. My family got to wait in the air-conditioned showroom with comfy sofas and CLEAN bathroom. The price was surprisingly low. I would consider driving the 5 hours from my home to buy tires from these outstanding folks.

July 21,2018 - From out of town, my Wife limped her Dodge Grand Caravan into Mr Tire with a donut on one wheel and a temporary plug in the other. Yes, two flat tires!! Mr. Tire was able to repair one and replace the other in not time! Excellent service and would recommend to anyone looking for tire and mechanical services.

A flat tire on Labour Day weekend... a minor disaster if you’re in Cranbrook as no one was open... unless you call the after hours number for Mister Tire. Called AJ at 9:45am... drove in on our donut from Norbury Lake... met him at the shop at 10:30am... back on the road to Norbury at 10:45am. AJ was an all star and great to deal with. Thanks for the visit, break on the bill, good old service, and easy going attitude. Cheers!

We drove from Calgary Alberta and stayed the night in the home hardware parking lot to wake up to a flat tire on our trailer. Mr. TIRE INC got us in as soon as we pulled up patched our tire and put our spare on in less that 20 minutes. The price was VERY reasonable and the service was fantastic. These guys are not only quick and amazing at their job, but they are also very friendly and kind gentlemen. ????

My elderly father lives in Cranbrook and owns a car but can't drive but still wants to keep maintaining the vehicle. They come to his place and pick up the vehicle and bring it back. Yesterday he told me he needed new tires and repairs which I thought was a waste since he doesn't drive but I live in Vancouver and can't help with the situation. Jim picked up the vehicle and returned it fixed and told him that the tires were fine, just for a minimal charge. They treat my father honestly and fairly. Thanks Jim.
