I had an exceptional experience last Sunday morning. After running a few errands in the early morning, I dropped by the Jiffy Lube. Manager was professional as where the two young men assisting with the basic oil change. There was no aggressive upsell but suggestions for further action in the future. More importantly, I appreciated the professionaism of the two young men that day - well done gents!

Just had my tires swapped and am very impressed with the fast and efficient service, great attention I (and my truck) received and excellent pricing I also got some info as to air filter condition (should be changed soon, which I knew) and breaks (which I thought may need attention, but not really) They were very nice to top up some coolant and windshield wiper fluid, which they did not have to do.... This was a nice addition to the overall great and friendly service Highly recommend!!! And I believe for a "chain" these guys take pride in their work and in customer service better than some smaller outfits

I spend most of my time on the road because of my job, which means in terms of matience and other things I’m often going to different locations based on convince. This is exactly where I went last time I needed my car maintained and I was glad to be able to go back. These guys do a stellar job and have exceptional costumer service skills. They price is always fair (if not less then I’ve come to expect at other places) and they really care about your needs, and work with you to help make sure you are in tip top shape. As well, they give excellent advice on matience and how to increase personal vehicle longevity, even to a person whom is as “Car illiterate” as myself. Thanks again!

Very friendly staff and very polite, they moved fast and didn't pushed any sales. A step up from Mr. Lube. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Coffee and newspapers are complimentary and the "come and top up for free" deal for the next 6 months is good also. Definitely worth it for a hassle free oil change shop. I drove up to this location, the other evening, and just asked if I could have a litre of oil in my car, as the light had come on saying it was needed, the team that worked there was so helpful. i pulled in and there were four young men topping up my oil and antifreeze immedietely. when i asked how much I owed, they said , no worries, just have a good day! i was very impressed, this service saved me a lot of time and some money ,Thanks again guys!

Been here a couple of times to get oil changes done on my vehicle. Always been happy with the oil changes and the looking around under my vehicle to spot signs of trouble. They noticed brake lines going bad once which cued me to get them changed. Oil change prices are steep compared to what the dealership will charge. I once made the mistake of having them flush the front and rear diffs, as well as the transfer case without asking how much it would cost. At the end the bill was 800 dollars including the oil change..... Any other service shop would charge no more than 400 for this work tops. What I'm trying to say is, use these guys for oil changes only, and leave the rest of the services they offer to another mechanic that is much cheaper.

I came from Walmart having bought windshield wipers, I didn’t know Walmart no longer had their auto centre, and I didn’t know how to change the windshield wipers. I went to the Jiffy Lube next door and asked if they could help. They came out and changed all my windshield wipers. Everyone that came out was excellent and extremely helpful. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t have been able to put my wipers on. Before I left, they even made sure the wipers were working correctly, very professional, and I couldn’t have asked for a better (impromptu) experience.

Hands down the best mechanic experience I've ever had at any place. The service was efficient, fairly priced, and most importantly - there was no sense of being ripped off which is a common theme amongst oil change service centers. Nav supervised the service on my 2012 Lance Ralliart and he was excellent, he even gave my puppy in the backseat a treat - top marks. I will definitely be recommending this location to everyone in the area. I almost drove the car into the ditch that they sit in to repair the underside. They were super chill about it, ferried me in, were super casual about me almost then driving over one of them. They got me a coffee, were ridiculously over the top white glove service when they spoke to me, ("yes sir, hope you enjoyed it sir, may we get you a paper, etc) and explained thoroughly every service they wanted to provide. Overall, it's a customer first focused service. It's really good. It's overwhelmingly good. Definitely would recommend, and appreciate the service I received today!

Went there on a sunday afternoon and there was no wait. No appointments, it's first come first serve. they made a number of recommendations but were not pushy. They have kids "funpack" which was really helpful for my 3 restless kids - comes with a lollipop, crayons, sticker and coloring book. They also offered to change my headlights free of charge (I had my own new bulbs but just didnt get to around to it yet.) It was super convenient. Thanks guys!

I was in the Wendy’s drivethru when a lady behind me got out and told me my tire was flat to the rim. I was with my husband and two kiddos. We pulled out of the drivethru and the one place we could think of going was jiffy lube. We pulled up to the door and explained our situation. They got us in, helped us figure out how to find the spare (I had no idea) you had to lower it through the middle console of the van. They changed my tire, loaded up the spare and sent us on our way. They were very happy, polite and professional. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for further maintenance.

Best oil-change - here's why. Between now and the next Oil Change we can come back anytime for free fluid top-ups. Friendly staff who do extra stuff like checking the battery power and about 25 other things. Also I had a fuse box cover that was broken and they fixed the clips on it and didn't charge anything. Nobody does that. Also there was an oil leak and they added an awesome product that sealed it up right away. It was amazing. We won't go anywhere else for oil changes now. Serious Professionals and very knowledgeable. The best.

This chain always wants to try to sell extra services. It gives me the impression that the attendants get a commission on their sales upgrades. Each time I have not purchased their recommended extra services I have had all my oil leak out from the cap being so loose. The first one I assumed was accidental, but now I get the impression it is intentional. The last one was the worst. I ran my truck without 4 liters because they did not tighten the filter, it was completely loose. The owner better be careful, your bad service is putting vehicles & lives at risk. You better pay attention to your services.

I've been to several different oil change locations and this is by far the best experience I've had. It was my first time at this Jiffy Lube location and just pulling in, the guys already had my information pulled up and ready. Everyone I met was very friendly and polite. They quoted me the price of my oil change. They offered drinks while I sat in the car. After some inspection, they made recommendations of things I should get serviced. They were patient to answer my questions and wasn't pushy when I made my decision. Overall, I felt like I had exceptional service and an awesome experience. Thank you and I will be back. EDIT: I visited for the 2nd time today since one of my rear lights were out. The staff was friendly as last time and upon a quick inspection, they told me the bulb was just loose and they had tightened it and I was ready to go. Thank you for your honesty and efficiency. This is for sure my go to place for my mechanical questions.

My front licence plate and mount were torn off and damaged this week. Rather than replace, the ICBC Broker thought they might be salvagable, and suggested I try the Queensborough Jiffy Lube across the parking lot. Staff were very accommodating, and after some straightening out, cleaning, and four new screws, I had a mounted licence plate once again. This was also done at no charge - a reflection of excellent customer service!

WAYYYY OVER PRICED. Luckily its a tax write off for my job or it would have been a bigger deal. $127.00 for a synthetic oil change on small car is about $40.00 more than the major competitors I usually go to. Also a ridiculous amount of upselling, upsell one thing I understand but you can't try and upsell 4 things on one visit, its tacky. That being said was very quick and no wait.

i just went there today to ask how much is the oil change and transmission fluid will cost me, cause this previous shop that i went through told me i needed a transmission fluid change, but Jiffy Lube's staff told me i don't really need it right now since it needs to be change at 96k something and i'm only at 72k km. the previous shop also told me i needed tire change but Jiffy Lube said otherwise. i just need to rotate my tire since its still almost as good as new. what i'm trying to say is, they have a honest staff and they won't sell you anything that your car don't really need. thanks Jiffy Lube also, thank you for filling up my coolant and washer fluid for free. thumps up guys!

Totally forgot to write my review, but this place was awesome. Manager was welcoming, very warm atmosphere. I needed a quick oil change and my dealership was closed on thanksgiving. Thankfully I managed to find a brand new Jiffy Lube location. Very new, clean, and awesome. Wished they offered cookies because if they did, I'd be back in a flash. Oil change was done quickly, though quite expensive for synthetic, which is understandable. The thing that got me is that they have a 6 month top up or something like that, where I can come in for free and got my car topped up.. Please correct me if I am wrong, but other than that 5 stars!!! Awesome work guys!

Car not starting well so came in to have them look at the battery as they sold it to me 8 months ago. They said there wasn’t the battery causing the problem and convinced me the get an oil flush and gas additive. Cost me over $250.00! The problem continued so I took my car to a reputable place, they replaced the battery and that solved all the problems. I am disgusted with Jiffy Lube. They just take advantage of people. Will never return.

This replaces a very poor review. After several issues on a visit to this location the head office contacted me to see what they could do. They did step up and look after me to make it right and to try to earn my trust, and I am feeling better about this location. Still not perfect and they do seem to upsell far more than necessary, but things seem to have gone up as far as customer service.

They were very friendly and efficient. Did they ask some up-sell questions...yes...but did not push further after I declined extra services. Oil change done in 15 or so minutes and after that I was on my way! Would recommend this location.

At 5 minutes to 6 last night, I pulled into this location, expecting to be turned away due to closing time swiftly arriving. I asked if it was too late and was welcomed and told 'not at all'. I asked to have my transmission flushed, because I drive a 16 year old vehicle and thought it must be time, but they checked the fluid and said it wouldn't be necessary. What? An honest dealer who did not try to up sell me? How refreshing. They gave suggestions for my oil change, as well as charging my air conditioning unit. They were pleasant and extremely helpful with my questions and not aggressive to make a sale. They made me feel like a VIP. I am telling all my work colleagues and friends about this stellar service. So, I came in wanting a basic oil change. I've been to multiple Jiffy Lube's before but this one has the highest price by far. They told me that the cheapest oil they had was for 74.99, I found out afterwards, on my own mind you, that they had an oil listed for 61.99.. Even after agreeing to pay such a ridiculous price he still tried to upsell me some additives I didn't need. And on top of that he also charged me for a new drain plug because my old one was apparently "damaged" and had to be replaced. Well, I brought my vehicle to my local mechanic afterwards for a service and he found that they replaced no such thing.. It's pretty unbelievable that it's almost 2019 and lube shops like these are still trying to upsell and scam customers, it's honestly ridiculously disgusting. Definitely never coming back here again.

I usually get my oil and filter changed at mr lube for around $60 today I was shopping at Walmart noticed jiffy lube nearby so decided to get my oil filter changed as it was time. Drove in asked how much it was for a regular oil filter change was told $84 plus taxes. I said to the guy why is it so expensive he said its synthetic oil costs more. I told him I want regular engine oil and he replied we only use synthetic we dont use conventional oil which I found hard to believe anyway I declined and drove off

Very poor experience with this location, I presented a free wipers coupon they would not accept it even though it had not expired. Instead they charged me $15 each wiper which I had no problem with doing. I had just asked if they could check my tire pressure and fill everything up to 45 PSI and they check the pressure looked at it for 2 seconds and sent me off without adding any air.

My car battery died in the Queensborough Landing parking lot. It was cold and rainy. I called the Jiffy Lube in the complex to see if they had a replacement battery. I told them that I was in the complex and didn't have jumper cables. Within minutes the General Manger (Nav) brought over his truck and cables provided the jump needed for me to go home. I drove over to the Jiffy Lube and had my battery replaced. This was by far one of the best examples of exceptional customer service i have experienced. Just read through the other reviews and you can see that Nav and his team stand by the work they do, and ensure customers feel valued and satisfied. Highly recommend this place!!

Way over priced , do yourself a favor and go to great canadian , 130 for a full synthetic oil change is 50 dollars more than any other place , on top of that they couldn't figure out my truck was a v6 and it says it on the engine cover , after having to show them how to open my very generic tacoma hood . Wow! I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube on Boyd Street, New West! The staff was very prompt and quick with ensuring my needs were met! They greeted me when I arrived and ensured to get my car taken car of! I had an oil change and the staff kindly replaced my car wipers! They were honest of what other additional things could be done, but let me know these things were not urgent and could be taken care of on the next visit. I truly appreciated their honesty! In the past I have felt other oil change shops would push me to get the add ons although I may not have needed them at that time. I was very pleased with the efficient and kind service and would definitely go back! Thank you Jiffy Lube and see you in 6 months!

It's a little disappointing when you bring your vehicle in for a oil leak after you had just gotten a service and told that I basicly dont know anything about cars or oil changes, even though the oil filter was over tightened leaking and the oil pan drain plug gasket was not changed, they had tried to clean up the mess before showing me, would not recommend this company and will be contacting higher management.

I was driving a car that had sat for 2 years barely used across Canada and figured it’d be a good idea to stop in. Corey, Doyle, and Jorge were super helpful and nice! They highlighted the issues and were super nice in explaining how long I’d have to get the changes done. Awesome location as well. I walked over to the Starbucks and liquor store right across and they called me when they were done in about 20 minutes.

Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location. It was my first time using Jiffy Lube. Usually go to dealership, but I gave a try after reading all these positive reivews. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The service was done in 15 minutes. They even offered me to come back every month to top up the oil and fluids. I will definitely come back.

My trip to Jiffy Lube in Cranbrook was a complete disaster. I took my Ford Expedition in for an oil change. Without my authorization, they also checked all of the other oils in the vehicle including the rear differential. When they showed me the board that they collect the samples in, there was oil running all over it. I was a little concerned but they assured me it was all okay. Two days and approximately 500 km's later, my pinion bearing failed in Olds Alberta. I took it to the Ford dealer and they said that someone had drained the rear end oil from my vehicle and that there was only 200 ml's in the differential when they drained it. There were no leaks from any other point on the rear differential and the fill plug hadn't been accessed any time recently. The fill plug is where Jiffy Lube claims to take their oil samples from. The only plug that had been accessed was the drain plug. When checking the rear differential fluid, the Jiffy Lube employee had inadvertently removed the drain plug rather than the fill plug and lost all but 200 ml's of oil from the differential. The vehicle required a complete rear differential rebuild because of damage due to lack of oil. The rebuild cost me just under $3000 dollars. When I approached the Jiffy Lube manager about the incident he swore and was rude and claimed no responsibility. He refused to even look into the matter and won't even look at the evidence that I provided to him. Avoid Jiffy Lube in Cranbrook!

Don’t have anything good to say about this place. Just got the wife to bring in my truck to get an oil change. She got charged over double for the same synthetic oil change that Ford normally does. Who know’s what the price would have been if she didn’t say no to all the up-sales. Took advantage of someone with no knowledge of vehicles.
