Have always gotten great service. I went in with the intention of purchasing tires, thinking mine were done, but the owner and another employee both inspected my tires, and told me they were still good for a while yet.

Went in for a quote on Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac they were 100 more per tire than Canadian Tire. When asked why I was told because Canadian Tire doesn't sell the real DuraTracs that Goodyear won't even accept them from Canadian Tire if something happens to them, as in warranty or repair. So I went back to Canadian Tire told them what they said they laughed told me they sell the real tires have since they came out and then gave me an extra 10% off . To take it further I called Goodyear Customer service to really see who was handing me the bs line and low and behold it is Capitol Tire who lied to me. You see Canadian Tire buys in bulk and these small shops can't compete with the price they buy at. Just say that then . God I hate being lied to. Or maybe it was because I was a woman??? Either way Canadian Tire got my business for these tires.

Stan, Dustin and the rest of the team really helped us out today, when we discovered a slow leak in our truck tire. They took us in without an appointment on a very busy day, explained the issue we were having with an improperly installed stem and have replaced it for us within minutes. Wow. I brought in the wrong tire for a replace flat on a rim. My mistake. The wrong size tire was replaced with no charge. That's the kind of service that doesn't exist any more. What can you say about service like that?

I have nothing but good things to say about the team at Capitol Tire. We were passing through and got a flat on the highway. I was able to get my donut on a limp into town. Capitol had me back on the road in 45 minutes with no appointment and we were able to continue on our trip. Thanks again!

The owner, Stan is such a amazing guy!!. Great customer service and very speedy job! Never go anywhere else but Capitol tire in Cranbrook. I used to go to a bigger company to get the tires flipped or patched, but Capitol tire never overcharges you and does an amazing job. Thank you!

Owner is shady af. Gave me two tires that were too big and didnt tell me until after They were installed and paid for. Now my car makes terrible sounds when taking a wide turn. Also charged me more than $80 what i was quoted. Also while i was there i overheard him calling another customer a fn loser because he works in retail. True story.

My most impressive opinion about Stan: Few years bak- my girlfriend wanted new winter tires. Stan,lookted the tires anb asked me , how much she drives ? Most 30 km per day . He said why, tires look good I wonder, if there is another tire shop in Cranbrook like Capital tire
