Honestly I’m hurt, not only financially and by this conman, but by our legal system. I gave the guy the benefit, even with all of my doubts and intuition which turned out to be true.. There is a law that when this was taken to legal action that it had to be done earlier. He will play games and ignore you and post pone everything until the system lets him play it. A true con man, I dream at night that he steals from the wrong guy.

Craig has a moderate knowledge of jdm vehicles and strives for good service. My only issue was some miscommunication and not receiving the exact vehicle I had asked for. That being said, I still have the vehicle and it works great.

Craig the owner is a joke never bring anything to this place of business i brought in some axles took over a year for him to get to them and brought them back to me saying he refuses to do the service also brought back my parts in pieces when I brought them to him fully put together craig is a business owner that dosnt know how to run a business never bring anything here unless you wanna waste your time and money

I took a rock to the oil pan while travelling down crown roads and needed a replacement. C&S was able to get it done within a week. They also checked the insides of the engine for me which I appreciate. I was happy as well because Craig (the mechanic I spoke to regularly throughout the repairs) tipped me off to a noise my engine was making, that it was likely losing compression. Lo and behold I go home and torque my spark plugs and one of them is barely screwed in. I had been running on 3.5 cylinders for over a year. It also got me to look at my spark plugs, which made me realize 2 of my valve cover gaskets were completely gone as well. 2 of the 3 cylinders that had been firing had oil in them :'\. I'll be fixing that weekend and likely extending the life of my car!! Overall really personalized service, passion and knowledge that you won't see at a bigger chain shop, I'm glad I went there.

Craig stole $8500 from me to "import a WRX" that I found out never actually existed. After about 13 months of lies & stall tactics, I was forced to take legal action in order to get my refund.. Save your hard earned money and take it elsewhere. Velocity Cars in Vancouver is an honest business, and will go above and beyond for you when importing a vehicle.

I mostly just deal with Craig for parts and he always gets me what I need in a reasonable time. He's a knowledgeable mechanic and always gives good insight when I've had issues with my Evo's. He runs a good business and does a great job for its size. Only issue I've ever had is that he'll try to sell you some of his sponsored products first but that's understandable because that's what sponsorship is all about. If you know what you want he'll get you what you want and if you don't know what you want he can still help you out.

After contacting C&S on multiple time about importing a car, we where told they where nolonger importing and were putting there focus more on the parts and service. They where also very helpful on providing us with a importer in Alberta to help us secure a Delica. Even after the importation from another company the Craig helped us secure transportation from Vancouver to the kootenay and provide guidance on get the unit certified. So for this I give them a A+ because they could have turned us away like alot of other company had. Thank you again for making my importation a breeze.

I called 4 different times and was told every time that someone would call me back and no one ever did even though they told me that they said they would make sure to have someone call me after I told them about the first two times of not getting a call back. When I took my Delica in for an oil change, Craig went ahead and replaced the entire exhaust system (apparently there was a "leak that could potentially be dangerous?") With an older one he had laying around. My $80 oil change was now a $390 job and I was demanded it pay!!!!

Very disappointed with my experience. Paid a large fee to import a Delica from Japan. Craig was unable to find a van for me in a timely fashion, this I don't blame him for. But in the meantime I found one locally. While I understand that he spent some time looking for one on my behalf, and I wouldn't have expected a full refund, a partial refund would have been a reasonable expectation. While he initially agreed with me, I spent an endless amount of time trying to get him to follow through, and he played communication games with me endlessly, until I finally gave up.

Bought a car off Craig and it broke down within a few days, brought the car back to Craig and he fixed it without charging us for his time. Great guy, would definitely recommend him

I took my car here for some work and the owner had my car for 3 months and after calling and calling he refused to tell me what he had done to my car or if anything was getting done. Also not to mention I drove my car from Edmonton within a day and not one problem, after 3 months of this “mechanic” having my car I drove it around cranbrook and it starts to smoke and leak all over.

Craig is a liar and a thief. He has stolen money from multiple of his customers including myself and my girlfriend($2500). He will happily take your money but he wont ship you what you paid for. He will continuously play communication games until you give up. I left a similar review on his Facebook page. Feel free too message me for full details with screen shots. I do not recommend dealing with him or C and S performance.

Couldn't find an exhaust for my car that I liked considering the headers I had in my car. Craig sent me a few options and explained how each part of the system had worked. Only about a couple weeks it took me to decide on what I wanted. He fabricated it for me from scratch and it sounded just the way I wanted it to; he even customt installed a electronic valve. Usingproper materials and welding I could not have been happier with the results. Craig and his team were very respectful and understanding to the burden that I have put upon them with countless back and forth indecisive decisions from me. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone in or outside of the Cranbrook area. It was a far drive for me to meet Craig and his team but it was worth it!

Had my Evo in for an inspection, though hesitant with all of these reviews.. had my drivers door scratched and dented from the hoist I assume.. Craig took no responsibility even though I just got it back from the body shop a week ago. I guess all of these reviews can't be wrong. I'll be filing a court claim at this point.
