I had my muffler replaced for 1/3 of the cost that two other business had quoted me, and it seems to be a recurring trend! I just got a bunch of work done on my vehicle at Tireland for a much better than expected price. Consistently provided with straightforward, honest, reliable and friendly service. Please avoid this store. After damaging my vehicle the owner was rude beligerant and completely unapologetic for crashing my motor home into another vehicle. There was no effort to report the damage to me and afterwards I was told I was a piece of s#$^*t and that my motor home was S#^&*t and to never come back again. Oh and by the way he let me drive away with damaged tires that left my family stranded on the side of the highway during record temps. Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

First it was tires, then I went for shocks and struts. They were true to their estimates, totally professional and personable. The work was excellent, the shop was heavily referred and I'm glad I listened. They are top shelf these guys and I feel like I have a tire place for life now. Highly recommend!

I have bought tires from these guys for a couple of different cars now. Each time they were very friendly and knowledgeable. One time I had an odd wobble going on, they checked it out and it turned out to be mud which they took care of for no charge. I highly recommend them.

We were in Courtenay at the airport Weird scraping noises were coming from the suv Saturday afternoon, we thought it was a rock or grit in the discs. The guys hoisted it up and spotted a problem right away. Made an adjustment with instructions to see a mechanic when we could and sent us on our way. Thanks Tireland!

Phoned and was told that after 2 pm it’s first come first serve. Still sitting here waiting for my tire rotation after three drive ups. He said that they bought their tires here so they go before you. I guess they change the rules as they go along. It’s 330 pm. I’m still a sitting duck.
