Pros: - Most of the staff is friendly (some are unprofessional, see below). Cons: - An employee used my client information to find and contact me on my private social media. Control yourselves, gents. This isn't just disgusting, it's a data security breach (see personal data breach). - Went for winter tyres balancing and change. Left with a missing wheel locking bolt. Absolutely unacceptable. I trusted Gordon's good reputation and didn't think of checking the bolts after I got the job done -- my biggest mistake. It took me months of highway driving in the ice and snow before I realized the missing locking bolt. I have thought of going back in person to address this issue with a manager, but I'm too embarrassed and afraid after my last encounter with their staff. The only good outcome of my experience at Gordon's is that I have since learned how to do common car maintenance tasks myself. - Not as big of a problem, but my TPMS was not adjusted after my tyre change. My TPMS lights went off and I thought there was a serious problem with my vehicle. I had to take an afternoon off to go to Gordon's, just for one of their mechanics to inform me that they have forgotten to recalibrate my TPMS. All in all, I'm very disappointed that, from only one visit to this auto repair shop, I left with 3 different problems that affect me to this day (6 months later). Cheers.

Went there about 2 weeks ago to swap tires on my FIAT 500, we encountered a lot of issues due to me having aftermarket rims, they were transparent about the issues and told me what needed to be bought (they were specific nuts and they didnt have it in shop because it was such a particular case). They were patient throughout the whole procedure, everything ended well. Would definitely head there again.

Excellent service. Bought new winter tires at a fair price from them, and when there was an issue with a pothole / flat tire - they went out of the way to take great care of me / my car. 10/10 Very impressed, and NOT your typical “car / tire” shop
